My car’s entertainment console was loose, and B.J. in service was able to quickly diagnose the problem and find a solution, without having to order additional parts/schedule an appointment. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the new truck I was buying. The issue I have was with my trade in. I had done some research and knew roughly about what my trade in was worth. I was told that I was wrong and that a bank would only loan someone $46,000 for my trade in. My trade in was in excellent condition and had very low miles, and was only 2 years old. I told the sales person that my truck was worth more than that and sales person and the sales manager assured me I was wrong. When I said that they would sell the truck for more than that, they stated that they don’t do that at Wilson Ford Lincoln. The next day I looked on their website and they have the truck listed for $54,900.00. All I can say is WOW. They absolutely LIED to me. I will never buy another vehicle from Wilson Ford Lincoln. Definitely not a good way to get repeat business.

UPDATE: Chad Plume called shortly after I left this review (on 7/20) and left me a VM while I was at work. I responded to him via email on July 22nd and I have not received a response back from him or anyone in their office. Its been 5 months of getting the run around and I still have no idea if theyve sent our bank the money.ORIGINAL: My husband and I left work early back in March and made the 45 min drive to test drive a truck and arrived 3 hours before they were scheduled to close. We picked up the keys, drove the truck, and went back to the office to begin signing the paperwork. The sales rep wasnt available when we returned so we waited in her office for roughly 20 min. When she came back to her office she rushed us through the paperwork and reminded us multiple times that they were closing soon. I asked if they were going to turn a paying customer away if they had to stay a little later to get a sale. We left her office to sign the finance paperwork with Chad Plume. He sold us on purchasing the extended warranty and reassured us that we could cancel the warranty within the first 6 months. Three days after we purchased the truck my husband called Chad to tell him wed like to cancel the warranty. We completed the necessary cancellation paperwork and were told they would send a check to the bank. My husband and I have contacted Chad multiple times to get this issue resolved and were still waiting. Its the middle of July and we still havent received the promised email with a copy of the check theyve claimed to have sent to our bank and our bank doesnt have any record of a check being sent. Were tired of getting the run around! I will gladly change my review if this ever gets resolved.

After getting 5 dealers from Howell to Saginaw I ended up purchasing a new ranger through Wilson Ford. Janelle was a phenomenal and very transparent salesperson, there was no come in and we can talk games. I was given all the information I asked for in a very timely manner, including the dreaded out the door price most dealers refuse to discuss prior to getting you in the door. I will be returning here even though it is 70 miles from my home for any future purchases and would highly recommend them.

We were greeted as we got out of our vehicle. We asked for Janelle and were directed to a seating area as she had a client with her. As soon as she was done, she greeted us warmly. We had several phone calls and emails from her since we put our name on an advertising site as looking for a vehicle. She put us at ease and asked what things we would like on a vehicle. After answering her questions, she pulled a vehicle up for us to test drive. After we got back, we decided to purchase the vehicle we test drove. It handled well in city and highway traffic. Chad also greeted us and we filled out the purchase papers while our new car was getting detailed. In 2 hours we were driving home with our new Escape!

The initial experience was, as always, very pleasant with Mike in Service. He invited me to tour the Service area which is much nicer than the days of my being there in new car sales, 9 years ago. Max Bell was doing my oil change and hes a very impressive young man. Seems to care a great deal about doing the task correctly. This is a fairly new if not the newest dealership in Saginaw and I had never been here before but found the right SUV at the right price and made the purchase on November 3rd of this year. I must say the moment I whispered I liked it I was pressured as the vehicle could sell within minutes if I didnt almost guarantee I would be buying it. Unfortunately I never heard nothing again once I purchased the vehicle for a month When I called the dealership about an issue with the new vehicle.. I will say that the finance officers were great and I even spoke with one of the owners Chad Wilson who is very professional and understanding. I would have given three stars but after the conversation with one of the owners four stars was appropriate and I would have made it five stars and I just not been forgotten after the sale. I would however highly recommend this dealership they will go out of their way to help you out and make things right. I Believe this dealership will continue to grow in our community and become one of the better dealerships to buy from in our area.

Took 2 hours to get an oil change. The tech said there were two people ahead of us when actually there were four. I would not have minded so much but I just had surgery two weeks ago so it was very uncomfortable. Had i known there were four people ahead I would have waited for another day.

Went there with an illuminated light on the dash of my Ford. I was charged for a diagnostics reading and was told that codes was the cause and that the light should go away. Well that didnt happen prior to leaving the parking lot the light became illuminated again so I went back to the sevrice area to show that the light had reappeared after the service advisor stated that codes needed to be cleared to make this light go away. Well one thing lead to another as to why the light was illuminated with no guarantees as to if that would make the light go away. so clearly the diagnostics reading was incorrect and the problem was not fixed. This is bad business and poor service on their part!

Adam went above and beyond to get me into the perfect Bronco Sport. I first contacted Wilson Ford about a different one, and Adam got ahold of me to let me know it was already sold. Then a few weeks later, without any additional contact from me, Adam reached back out to me to let me know they had just got a new Bronco Sport dropped off that I might be interested in. He made sure I was the first in line for it, and has been more than helpful in answering my questions along the way.Just beware, the finance guy you sign the line with pushes the Ford warranty HARD. I said no... twice... and it wasnt being accepted. He waved his phone in the air and said youll insure a $600 phone but wont insure a new vehicle?! If you were my sister sitting here, I wouldnt sign the line for you without the warranty! It bumped my monthly payment higher than I would have liked but I felt like I had no choice so I ended up with it, for better or worse, I dont know.

To make a long story short, they focus on simply maximizing dealer profits and customer service and experience is last.I leased this truck new, it was high pressure sales to sell you what they wanted, no real concern to get me what I wanted. LOWBALLED my trade, I finally got what I was asking, $1500 UNDER book trade in value. waited for hours for them to try and bore me into the deal THEY wanted. and finally a true price gouge when I wanted upgrade work done and the sales manager shot me a price and never even got back with me from service, just gave me a price about triple what it actually would have cost..fast forward 3 years, time to buy my lease since truck prices are out of this world.. I came in with my own financing, paying cash and a sale price set in stone by ford.they were not having any of that. again, high pressure to use their financing, with the finance manager even calling me a lier to my face when I said I can get a better rate then they could get me.then, THEN, tried to run my credit, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR KNOWLAGE, I had my credit on lock, and he demanded I unlock it for HIS inquiry. complained about how he does the work and my bank gets the benefits. he dont work for free, wont file my sales tax, plates or any other required dealer fees.once I brought up that dealer DOC fees are his pay and not my freebees from his finance holdbacks and other fees they get kickbacks from.. his tuned changed and all was processed.total waste of time dealer. all about profit, and dont care about a customer. just how much you can bring in profit wise...STAY AWAY.

Recently purchased a used Mustang Premium on the internet. Getting the purchase completed was uneventful. Delivery was scheduled and delivered to my home in Wisconsin. All went as expected until I opened the door to the vehicle and found it did not have leather interior as was advertised. I called the dealership and was told they would have to pull up the ad to verify my complaint and would call me the following day. I indicated the leather was a big deal to me. The pictures did not clearly indicate the composition if the interior, so I had no reason to call into question the details of the ad. The used car sales manager ( I think) called the next day and said the ad had a disclaimer and they are not responsible for the accuracy of the ad. I was told they had no resolution to offer. None. It appears too bad, so sad was their disposition on my legitimate complaint. The one star rating is only because it would not accept zero.Worked with Chad (GM) and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.6/10/2021

From the moment we arrived at Wilson Ford we felt right at home. Our sales representative, Janelle, greeted us warmly and allowed us to browse the show room while she got us coffee. We were interested in either a Fusion or perhaps an Escape. She spent much time asking about our needs in a vehicle and allowing us to take test drives. We went home to decide which vehicle would serve our interests the best. A couple days later we returned to further discuss the fusion. Janelle was so very helpful explaining all the ways we could be in a Fusion including leasing and buying. At the end of our meeting with her that day, she had startedlocating the color and model of our Fusion.All of the employees that we encountered at Wilson Ford that day such as Adam and Eric were gracious and helpful. My husband and I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership before it was even Wilson Ford. Since it has become Wilson Ford customer service and quality has taken a dive. Issues are difficult to get resolved. Staff is rude and defensive. They are unwilling to work and find solutions, if they don’t see a solution to a problem immediately they assume there isn’t a solution and they leave you hanging with your problem, you have to fight to solve it.Once, I called a week ahead for my vehicles maintenance and recall work. The morning of my appt, the staff was acting a bit odd toward me but I dropped my vehicle off and continued on my way. Hours later they call to tell me they haven’t gotten to even my maintenance yet and won’t be able to do my recall work so I will need to bring it back another day. I was told the reason why is “because we have to take care of the people who are ahead of you, who you know scheduled appointments, not drop offs”. Are you kidding me? I had called and scheduled my appt a week ago from the day exactly but apparently whoever I spoke to didn’t put me in their computer. Wilson Ford having incompetent staff doesn’t make, the customer, the inconvenience and it doesn’t give them the right to speak down to me.Currently I need a repair on my vehicle due to an equipment failure, I have the certified pre-owned warranty, so I don’t want to take it to just any mom&pop shop because it should be covered. I need to get it fixed because I am currently down to one vehicle at the moment and my child has an important medical appt coming up at a children’s hospital, that is a few hours out of town. They won’t work with me to get this fixed before we have to go. The appt isn’t tomorrow or anything, I am not expecting magic. Just want some decency and a bit of effort to work together for once rather than the same person always giving me an attitude.(BTW, I contacted another local Ford dealer the person in service was super friendly and understood my issue. He was kind to explain why they are struggling w/ part delays due to COVID which is causing general delay, therefore I was able to understand HIS issue. I can respect it when you discuss with me instead of trying to brush me off and get me off the phone. Despite this they are willing to work out something with me that at least gives me the best chance of getting it fixed and didn’t treat me like it was an inconvenience to do so. I know where my business is going from now on. UPDATE: other dealer has my car fixed 8/29, Wilson would not schedule anything until 9/4 the day after my son’s medical appt.)Back to my review, there were also the issues we had with my husband’s car when we first bought it, another certified pre-owned vehicle. If the certified pre-owned are really inspected as well as they say, these issues should have been noticed. Rather than leaving him stalled in the middle of nowhere after owning it only a couple weeks. The only saving grace was the roadside assistance offered on behalf of the warranty itself. I will say the issues with his vehicle were resolved, we enjoy the vehicle now, but the headache was ridiculous. Not ONCE but TWICE the vehicle had to be picked up by flat bed, to go for repairs. I am of the opinion that it could have been avoided if it were inspected the way the certified pre-owned claim to be and by not doing a hasty repair job the first time and taking the time to check for other potential OBVIOUS issues so we wouldn’t be towed back a second time.I am SO OVER Wilson Ford, ample opportunities have been given for them to provide us with a different experience but they keep falling short. We will be moving on. If the dealer reads, please read this review and consider. This is a collective experience over 2.5 years of working with you, that should tell you something. However, there are some AWESOME people in your paint/autobody and I feel bad they have to fall down with this review because that is all you have going for you.

Had recently bought a new bronco in Midland for my wife and then my vehicle came up with some issues to where I was looking for a new or used vehicle for myself after hearing my situation and some of the fears I had with my credit the salesman basically shut down talking down to me and basically telling me Im out of luck and not worth his time was basically the impression I got as soon as he had figured out I just purchased a new vehicle and that my credit wasnt perfect there seemed to be no interest in trying to help me out went up the road to garber and got an excellent sales man and left with a 21 ram I like ford and my experience in Midland was excellent but I would avoid this particular dealer!

I have been overly stressed with the amount of maintenance my vehicle has required over the last few months, I decided to go out of the Buick network and contacted the gentleman in the service department, They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. there shuttle service with Keith was high end i was given a ride to a local eatery and was picked up when i was done and my car was complete in a timely fashion. They matched and beat out another local tire quote i received and were able to fit in a oil change and offered me a complementary car wash. i would highly recommenced this service team i would personally give them 10 STARS* if possible!

I went in to get an airbag recall fixed. They fixed it in a decent amount of time but when I got in my car after, the steering wheel covering was covered in grease. Nothing was mentioned to me about it so now my steering wheel cover is ruined.

Long story short, this sale was truly a tag team effort from the start. From Janelle, the original contact to Josh the salesman, to Chad and Charles that found the truck I was looking for, to Eric who answered our seemingly endless list of questions regarding the financing, back to Janelle who went through the delivery of the truck and finally back to Josh who met me at Redmonds Automotive (another place I would highly recommend) to make sure everything was all set for installation of the bed liner and cover, I couldnt be more impressed by the effort each one put forth. It really made me feel like a valued customer.Heres a quick recap of what brought me to Wilson Ford. I started the search for a new truck by visiting several dealers including the two where I bought my first F-150s from. I also checked the inventory of other nearby dealerships and no one had what I was looking for. Understanding the time of year and the impact COVID-19 had on production, I knew it was going to be a challenging effort to find what was looking for. That said, 3 of the dealers I spent considerable time with couldnt find anything even remotely close to Michigan so I started to resign myself to ordering a new one with what I wanted. I expanded my search a bit wider and up popped Ford Wilson (an hour plus drive north of me in Hartland). It seemed they had the vehicle I was looking for.I reached out requesting additional information and Janelle was quick to respond. I decided it was worth the trip to see what was in stock and made the hour plus drive to Saginaw. And this is when the team effort really kicked in. After finding out the vehicle I came to see was no longer available Josh brought Chad into the conversation. He said, I dont care if you buy a truck from us, I just want to help you find the truck youre looking for. And that soon became clearly apparent. Between Chad and Charles (the new car sales manager) they spent over an hour trying to locate a truck with the features I was looking for. And that was a LOT more time than the other dealerships where I had purchased a truck! As luck would have it, the truck they had was traded earlier that morning to another dealership. I put a deposit down on that truck that night on the hopes it was still available. Charles reached out the next morning and secured the return of that truck and my search was over!Every step of the way, the effort was there to satisfy me and to make things as easy as possible. Since I was looking at the possibility of trading in my truck, Charles provided several options including offering an agreement to let me keep the truck to sell on my own and if I didnt/couldnt sell it, he would buy it from me later on. It was a cant lose scenario. Fortunately, I was able to sell it, again with some pricing advice from Charles. This was just another example of putting me, the customer first, ahead of the dealership.Lastly, I would make that drive again in a heartbeat when it comes time to look for a new vehicle. I have told numerous people of my experience and highly recommended Wilson Ford to each of them when they are looking for a new vehicle. I mentioned they wouldnt be disappointed and that it would be well worth the drive. And I will continue to do so.So thanks to each and every one of you that had a hand in this purchase. I have bought over 20 new vehicles in the last 30 years and I have to say, without a doubt, this was the MOST pleasant experience I have ever had.At this point, I cant think of anything that could have been improved. It really was that good of an experience.

I just recently worked with Wilson Ford on my 2017 Ford Edge. Due to a deficiency when the car was made I needed an entirely new engine. From the first encounter of diagnosing the problem to the last encounter of picking it up, everything was professional and top notch! What could have been a very stressful experience was just extremely smooth and exceeded my expectations. It is really hard to find companies that are committed to legitimate customer service and Wilson Ford really came through. I work in service industry and my expectations for customer service are really high so kudos to the service team and Mikey! Thank you for everything and even though there was an issue with the manufacturing of my Edge, it is still the best car I have owned so you have a long term customer thanks to the great service!

Since becoming Wilson Ford Lincoln from Saginaw Valley Ford dealership, what a decline in customer service and overall support, where do I began, first under previous ownership, I knew Mr Johnson personally and purchased my current vehicle which was a loaner vehicle, a thing in which they no longer offer, no matter how long it takes to get your car back, which means renting a car that adds to the overall cost of your repair, plus dealers offered loaners as a means for people to purchase newer vehicles once they have extended test drive, this is no longer the case with Wilson.I purchased a second vehicle for my wife 2016 MKX from Adam Burkhart now that Mr johnson is no longer there, entirely different buying experience. This was a pre owned certified car, that had problems right out of the gate, EVAC code issues, several oil pan replacements, and mind you we paid for these services issue out of pocket, until they picked up the cost eventually, stating this is not a recall issue, Ford does not deem it a safety issue, so we were on the hook for the cost until Ford decided to pick up the cost for the repair.After a year of going back and forth with Wilson, we met with Eric Wilson, to see if we could trade the MKX for something a little more reliable, of course our 24,000 car was devalued to 12,000 and wanted to charge us another 15,000 to get into another vehicle, mind you of lesser value than our MKX.We will continue to get our cars serviced with Wilson, but when we are ready to purchase another vehicle, we will definitely not be going through Wilson any longer. Were going with Subarus next. Buyer beware.

My experiences with the body shop. That is what my rating is for. I do not have any experience with sales or the service department however, my experience with the body shop was horrible. The consultant that I dealt with was super friendly and super helpful until it came time for payment. After that he became short and borderline rude and all of a sudden now could care less about me. While they had my vehicle for six weeks in the body shop they put a hundred miles on it and refused to reimburse me for the mileage or the fuel. They claimed they had no idea what I was talking about. Once the repair was done it was found to be defective. Again, they claimed they had no idea what I was talking about then that I was actually crazy and did not know what I was talking about. I took my vehicle to another Ford dealership where was confirmed that the damage was caused by the work at the body shop. I tried to let Wilson Ford fix the problem and now they are refusing to even acknowledge me anymore. They flat-out told me that once it leaves their lot that they dont warranty their work and that they dont take care of their customer.

We had a flat tire on the Milwaukee bridge yesterday. My tire is a difficult one to find. I worked with Todd and parts and they could not have been more helpful. We made arrangements with them to have the tow truck driver take us to the the dealership and pull inside. It was raining, our car was full with luggage and 3 dogs, we could not get to the donut tire. We pulled in after 5. Four men met us and helped, taking off the luggage carrier and getting the tire out. We drove out before 5:30 and the tire was ordered to arrive today.I got a call when it arrived and was being mounted. We arrived and everyone worked to get us on the road as quickly as possible as we have a 12 hour drive.The service area was immaculate, the employees clean and in uniform. Service desk was caring and helpful. If I didnt live in North Carolina I would certainly give my business to Wilson Ford Lincoln.Thank you all for your help and concern.Wendy PagenstecherHickory, NC
