Warranty service at 9200 miles for a lifter failure on 2021 Silverado. Garber was able get the truck right in and returned it a day earlier than expected. Service manager followed up with GM and was able to get an extended warranty on the engine.Great job by service dept.

I had a Evaporator that needed replaced in my 2019 Traverse, it had been in for the same problem (no air) several times. Garber needed my car for over a week, the service rep. Tom Bosio was very good in keeping me informed as to what was going on with my car. I was happy he took the time to contact me and keep me updated. It shows he was concerned for my situation and cared enough to keep me in the loop.

My experience with the finance department was excellent, extremely helpful and engaged. Guided me through the process very easily.Keri who connected me with the sales team from my online interest was extremely helpful and friendly, she worked with me on a Sunday to help me get my questions answered.My experience with the sales team was very poor, Sean was disengaged throughout the process. He really seemed like he could care less. I drove to this dealership with a specific truck I wanted to purchase, and I feel like because he knew that, that he felt like he didnt need to put in much effort. I feel like when you purchase a $58,000 vehicle that there should be more than a take it or leave it attitude. When discussing potential financing options, he did not help guide me towards the lowest monthly payment which what I had requested. He just suggested the offer with the rebates even though there was a zero percent financing option. It is a huge disservice to advertise online two deals(zero %financing and rebates) and then only tell someone at the end that the fine print means that they only get one or the other. Sean told me he was starting a new job the next day and perhaps that was why he did not put much effort into the customer experience and appeared to be distracted. I love the truck, but sadly cannot say the same thing about the sales experience.

When I purchased my truck out, Aaron Bradshaw told me point blank that he would cover my detailing since he was unable to do any other type of deal due to the current auto shortage. When I picked my truck up from being detailed, I was informed that he was refusing to pay for it. I will not recommend anyone to shop at this dealership, not after the terrible customer service I have experienced.

Absolutely the best buying experience ever!! All of the staff we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Matt and the whole Garber team!

Went in for an oil change, had lost my spare key set and wanted replaced. They recommended I have the fuel injectors cleaned and mentioned the recommended cleaning at 30,000 mile range. I bought it with 32,000 miles on it and currently have 42,000. The service was great and the injector cleaning fixed an issue I was having since I bought it. Could not figure if it was me imagining things or the truck had an issue. Looks like the truck had an issue. This raises the question why wasn’t that fixed prior to my purchase, it was still under the 36,000 mile warranty, It seems that 30,000 or even 42000 miles is awful soon to have the injectors cleaned, at least past vehicles were much later. That was $196. Now to engineer and design and sell a set of keys and key fob for $220 seems like a total lack of customer awareness. Customers will lose keys and having to pay that price for a new set is outrageous for the customer. But then again this the same Engineering Dept of GM that also engineered a couple of cars that you had to take off the finder or bumper costing over $200 to change a $15 Headlight. Total lack of customer awareness. As I said the service they preformed was top notch but the cost we have to pay for stupid engineering is way off base. Very disappointed in the GM brand at this point. It will be my last GM/Chevrolet.

Garner was so easy to work with. They all worked to get my loan thru fast and they trusted us with the car until it was done.
