Always very friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable on prices. We have had new tires put on there also brakes and oil changes. They dont try to sell you things you do not need.

Called to for an estimate for new tires and they quoted me a very reasonable price. They told me to bring it in this morning. When I dropped it off, they told me about 2 to 2 1/2 hours and I told them that I would just go over to the bookstore. More than 2 hours I came back, and they hadnt even started on my car and told me it would be another 2 hours. They obviously do not value customers time.

Great service when I bought new tires. Getting the included rotation and balance is another story. They don’t make appointments for this. I was told it would be 2-3 hours before they could get to my vehicle and I decided to wait. I’m 6 hours into it and they just pulled my vehicle in the garage. I would have made arrangements to drop it off if I had known how long it would actually take them. I’ve had to cancel 2 other appointments I thought I would have time for. I will not purchase another thing from them!

Such a great experience the day before, I went in for an oil change at a different location, and they told me they’re checking my tires, but didn’t say anything to me. Then, I went into a Belle Tire, because I thought I just needed my tires rotated. I had noticed some shaking while I was driving. Then they came back and told me that I needed my tires replaced! And instead of just verbally telling me this, they brought me back into the shop to see my tires! And explain to me how low my tread was on my tires! Such great service!

The guys at Belle Tire were great! They treated me with courtesy and respect, telling me exactly what the issue is with my car, the cost, (before they proceed) and if they cannot repair it, where it can be taken care of. They got me in and out the door within 2 hrs for a major wheel problem! I would highly recommend them for customer service, and knowledgable repair/issues!

Everyone there was great to talk to. They changed two tires and did a wheel alignment that was badly needed in a very timely manner and answered all of my questions that I had about the warranty on my wheel alignment. They explained everything to me and the amount that was needed so that I could make the right decision that worked for me. Very nice guys, great service!

I scheduled an appointment to have a flat tire fixed and my brakes inspected. I arrived at the specified time only to be told that they only had one mechanic at the time. One left earlier in the day due to injury, so I was patient with them because of this. They told me they wouldnt be able to look at my truck till about 4pmAfter hours go by with no communication I physically check in with the establishment only to be told that me creating an appointment was pointless and theres no priority in making an appointment. So not only did they take my vehicle from me for the entirety of my day, but they didnt even look at it. Lack of communication and terrible service make this a place to avoid. I would caution anyone who goes here to stop .

I bought a car from rpm for $3000 took it to Bell Tire spent $2000 and they made that 2009 Chevy Malibu with three bullet holes run better than my girlfriends 2012 Chevy Malibu and she treats that thing like a baby hands down if you need work and are in Saginaw and you don’t go to bell tire I feel bad for you hands down best mechanics in town!!!!!

Arrived at the store and was happy to see people waiting for their cars, we were processed quickly and they pulled our car in right away. It took a bit of time, was given the problem and they quickly took care of the problem. They advised us of the other problem with our brakes and we will return to this shop to have it repaired. Tried belle tire for the first time. Fast eddies checked my tires and told me they were fine and there was nothing wrong with them and that the glue was just coming off the rim ( cause i had to keep putting air in my front tire) and belle tire actually brought me back and showed me that my tires were literally unsafe and falling apart.Thanks belle tire! Ill be back in 2 weeks to get my back tires replaced for winter! My car doesnt vibrate and I feel a lot safer driving my car now! You guys are lifesavers!

I had a blow out on the freeway . I went and found the closest Belle tire because of the experience down in Ann Arbor that Weve had. It was 10:00 at night so I was at the door at 800 am .They were so helpful and kind Ethan the gentleman that did the work was so kind and very helpful in helping me understand about my spare tire being to old. I got 5 new tires in a very quick timely manner and felt as though he really cared. I was able to continue my trip. The team there was really great. Thank you 😊.

I had called around to different places to get my brakes repaired. I was told couldnt do it until next week, drop it off; we will get to it when we can. My best answer was bring it in we will do it right away. That was from Belle tire. I took it in and they fixed my brakes right away. They are very friendly and get the job done.

Belle tire is the greatest tire company... of all the other tire companies belle tire is like owning a smart phone while the rest are pagers... not even the good pagers that could receive small messages. Other companies compared to belle tire like old single line Motorola pagers, and belle tire is like Facebook on a smartphone

All went fairly well. A little miscommunication on the rims I wanted but that was ironed out. The only problem is when I back up the tires rub fender liner. Will see if this works itself out by Wednesday, if not Ill go back for different tires. Will let you know how that goes if it comes to that. Hopefully well. Well its Monday and the tires were just to big. Went back Saturday and told them and they said come back Monday and well have the right size. They were true to their word. Love the tires, love the rims. Great job Dylann. Was in and out quick time too.

I went in to see what was going on with one of my tires. Turned out it needed to be replaced. Leon was awesome! Gave me all the info I needed. He was great with my 3 year old son I had with me. He bought him something out of the vending machine. He was just super nice and informative. You don’t get many experiences like that. Will definitely go back in the future.

When I walked in the facility yesterday, the Manager was friendly and acknowledged me right away. I thought that was great, I was treated with kindness and respect. I appreciated this behavior as a customer.

I had a problem that was addressed by the manager Alex. He did everything he could to resolve the issue. Much appreciated. With that said Belle Tire is a company that pays their employees commission, if you expect the fairest price with honest employees, you wont find it here.

Stopped in on a Thursday and talked to Derek about rims and tires for my 2017 Colorado. Tires arrived the following Monday and rims were there the next day. They mounted and balanced the rims and tires, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Derek got me better tires than I originally asked for at the same price as the cheaper tires! Highly recommend Belle and ask for Derek!

Courteous people and they have your vehicle done in a reasonable amount of time.

On the way home with my son in law and daughter we had some trouble with their boat trailer we stopped and noticed the tire was bad and about to blow out, we took it in to belle tire. I’m a law enforcement officer in Michigan and spoke with Lonnie (the Assistant manager) he was in the service, and told us they would stay open until we got there and they would help us out. When we got there Lonnie and Josh took care of the trailer and got us on our way safely. If the world could work the way they do we wouldn’t have any problems. They were very kind gentleman and they helped us to get back on the road safely!

On our way home from Houghton Lake our boat trailer blew a tire! Lonnie the assistant manager and Jake helped us out so much, they were just getting ready to close and they stayed to help us out! We have never been so thankful that someone could help us, they were so polite and knowledgeable about what we needed! They got us in and out and back on the road super fast! Thanks so much again guys!!!! We will never go anywhere else when we are this close to them again!!!!

Terrible service. Very slow, like turtle speed. I called ahead The man said they had openings they were not busy. I pulled in five minutes later and waited 15 minutes for someone to talk to me. They were not busy just moving very slow.

Always helpful but many sets of tires from here sometimes can be a very very busy so plan ahead. Make sure you call ahead and set an appointment time sometimes I can go really quick but many times you going to be waiting for at least an hour no matter what. But there is a shopping district cross the street and a Superstore right behind the place so thats worth a deal

If you dont want to fix a tire at 720pm then close at 720pm not 8pm

My experience started off great, I found tire prices for cheaper online and their online support was VERY quick and great to work with. Sadly, thats where the positives stop. I had an appt. at 4pm, arrived 10 minutes early. I stood at the counter for roughly 3-5 minutes without even being greeted, while someone worked the counter just stared at the computer. I get it, this isnt the hospitality field. So I brushed it off although I was mildly irritated. I was finally waited on at 4:05, I was told when I made the appointment it would take around an hour. Well, 5:10 rolled around and my car still hadnt moved. Not one time during this whole process did anyone come tell me the wait would be longer, or a hey sorry its taking so long. There was no communication at all. Finally my car was done at 6:05pm, and the free alignment check wasnt even performed. Im unsure if it was because it was after closing hours or just because they didnt feel like doing it, but it was NEVER conveyed to me that it wasnt being done or asked if I minded. 2+ hours of waiting, with no communication and finally as I checked out I got a sorry it took so long. Ive used Belle Tire in the past with no issues, but I will definitely be finding somewhere else to go.

Had a slow leak on a tire that came on an auto I bought new 3 years ago. Stopped into Belle and they would check it out but it would be an hour before they could get to it. They offered me an appointment for the next day and i took that since it was a slow leak. The next day they fixed it in a short time at no charge. Guess thay is why I have been a Belle customer for quite a long time.

Did a nice job and took almost exactly the time they said my car would be done. Bought new Goodyear tires and even gave me a discount. Have been a long time customer of Bell Tire and will continue to buy all my tires from them.

I had an appointment at 9 am today for 4 brand new tires. After the work was done, and I paid, I checked my tires before leaving the store. The front drivers side tire was damaged. The tire had a gauge in it and was not safe to drive. I pointed this out to them and they said its safe to drive since its not leaking. I told them I am not comfortable with that and want it replaced. they said they could have a replacement in a few days. I called corporate to explain the experience I had. Corporate said that they will make sure its there today. they told me one hour and I waited three. They acted so inconvenienced that they had to fixed their mistake. The manager was rude, as well as the assistant manager. They did not want to take responsibility for their mistake. They expected me to me okay with paying for a damaged tire.

Bought new Goodyear tires, filled out the rebate and now 30 days later they are telling me my rebate is invalid and wont let me redo it. Complete scam. Wont shop here again if this is how they do business.

Been a customer here for quite a few years now...since it opened actually. Have brought my last 3 vehicles here for tires, brakes and a few other things that needed work. Have always been pleased with the service and pricing. Never have had an issue. Highly recommend them!!

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. We have been going here since we moved. My family and I thought after all these years, they would continue to do a good job on our vehicles. However, that is not the case. I took my car in for a oil change recently and I asked them if they could check the entire car over to see if there are any issues. They told me no. I took it somewhere else, and now it is over $1,000 of stuff we have to fix that THEY were supposed to fix. This past year, we asked them if they could replace all the belts on my car, I am now having to replace two belts and brakes. If there was a way to get our money back for the amount of MISTAKES and CARELESSNESS these people have in this place, trust me, I would. If you want to save money in the long run, dont take it to Belle Tire.

Dishonest. Charges extortionate rates for parts and labor. Tells you about one problem. When you fix it and pick it up then they suddenly have other issues. Mechanics have no attention to detail. Im generally unsatisfied and would never go back. They broke my odometer on a tire change

Great experience! I had a screw in my tire and needed it replaced. Since I had got my Tires 6 months ago from Belle Tire, I got my tire replaced for $47 dollars. I was given great service and they tried their best to expedite my stay since I no longer live in the area and had to get back to work. They ordered me a tire from another location since they didnt have any in stock and it arrived the same day.
