We had them come out to the house to replace a back window in my boyfriends truck. The price was cheapest around. Same price to have them come out as it was to bring truck too them. The guy (whos name I didnt ask) was very polite and professional showed up on time and did a quick but thoruogh job. Very convient and very happy with the end result. I highly recommend Henderson glass.

I was told walk-ins were how they handled repair but the customer service rep said she would tell the shop that we would show up at 12. We arrived to a sign saying they’d return at 1. Mistakes and miscommunication happen but just rating based on the first time experience.

Had our windshield cracked all the way down. Henderson Glass took care of us and even had some cool swag in the store. Lori was friendly on the inside and it seems so far that Jerry did a good job on out windshield! The aqua coating the did for $10 has been pretty nice as well!

Very happy with the service. I had a crack in my windshield so I called and made an appointment. They had me in and out in an hour, were very friendly and professional, and the price was reasonable. Im glad I decided to take my business to this company.

Had a window break in our kitchen so I called them because they had the best reviews. When the glass finally came in and was install day, one of the glass techs used the good bottom window as a dust pan to collect the glass from the broken window. The next day the window they used as a dust pan had a broken seal. They refused to take blame and said it was coincidence. After arguing back and forth I still ended up having to pay for it to be replaced. I wish their customer service was better than that. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Quick windshield repair, less than 20 minutes

Needed glass replaced in a broken kitchen window. The window was not even sealed properly by the person who did this. I have air leaking in through the sides of the window. It appears to be half completed rush job even though they had the window for a few days. It even took a week and few days to get the glass in to replace the broken glass. Dont go here to get your windows replaced or fix unless you want a half completed job and air leaking through your windows. Waste of time and money!
