Most bizarre experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Got my odds and ends, and was waiting to be served at the counter, and all the staff ignored me like I didn’t exist. Store was empty except for me. They’re going around a traightening pens and tape dispensers, cleaning the computer screens, etc – never said a single word like “I’ll be with you in a sec”, nothing. Had $700 worth of parts to add to what I was carrying up there. Stood there for 10 minutes before dumping the stuff I was holding and walking out. AutoZone gladly took my money, and I’ll gladly give them my business instead.

I started at Autozone and asked for brake rotors and pads all the way around and he asked if I knew the size and I said there is only one size for the front and one size for the rear and he said I recommend you get me the correct size you need and I said I will go somewhere else and went to Napa and $400 later here I am with everything I needed and more. Thanks Brandon I think that was his name

I had been looking all morning for a steering gear box for my 93 GMC PU and after going to six different auto stores and nobody had an gearbox in stock so i decided to stop by NAPA auto parts on M46 and inquired about a gearbox, the guy said they didnt have one there but they could have it by 12 noon and said hell call me when it comes in, to my surprise at 12 noon on the nose my cellphone rang and it was the sales clerk at NAPA calling to inform me that my part was in as promised at 12 noon. Now thats what i call excellent on time service as promised.Jerome Miller

Been doing business with this company for years. Its been o.k. but did find other Auto Parts stores in the area that are priced better, in some cases have a bigger inventory. Just have to check! Everything is based on your needs. Clean store and parking lot. Parking is good! Most of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable!

They have a great group of people working for them, good prices and if they dont have what you need, they will have it the same day or a few days at most.

Very helpful recommending all the parts needed to fix the air compressor on my jeep. Working great now.

The guys here are amazing. Never treat me like a girl that dont know about cars. They never try to sell you things you dont need. Also borrowed us tools to change a part and helped.

Sometimes the sales staff are helpful. Other times... not so much. Great for simple fixes on domestic vehicles, but bring anything serious or foreign and they tend not to have the parts or experience to get you going again.

Was there today and there was a new employee trying to get help from other co-workers and they would not help him as they was too busy sitting around. Very disappointed that a company can allow this to happen. I and anyone I know will never use this store again. I hope the owner reads this and becomes aware of what his payroll is going to.
