I have a fairly unbelievable story, my serpentine belt shredded a few miles north on 75, I began to lose power steering, and battery. I was able to exit the freeway and costed to a stall in their parking lot.I went inside and purchased a belt and jumper cables, and John whom I believe to be the store manager helped change my belt, something I wouldnt have been able to do alone. The engine was HOT and I was burned several times and I can only imagine John was as well. He went above and beyond to help me and I cant begin to describe what that meant, or how that made me feel, I live in brighton Michigan about a hour south of his location. Thanks John youre a Hero!

If they dont have the part in stock then they tell you that you will have to go somewhere else or order the item on online and then come back to pick it up. What kind of parts store doesnt order parts for customers.

Helpful people and competitive prices
Bought spark plugs online for in-store pickup. They could only find half of my order. At first they asked if I wanted to buy a more expensive product instead. They eventually offered me the more expensive product for the price I originally paid without me asking. Its best to call ahead and have them check if its actually in stock.
I have never seen a store with 3 employees and not been acknowledged. Maybe they were to busy trying to smoke their cigarettes up front. Just go on Bay Rd service is much better!
