I have been using these guys for years. I always trusted their work and quotes. Lately it has been different. My husband was quoted one price, then when I came in to pay and pick up my car they told me a higher price. When I asked why, he stated due to the shortage, the prices went up....Over night! Tried to give me the run around. Needless to say my husband called back, and they did honor the original quote. Beware if they think you are dumb to pricing and cars! They will inflate their prices, charge you double the cost for parts, and then upcharge you for labor!! Go look me up in your database.. I have spent thousands of dollars at your business,, even bought a used car from you for 2,000. Just to put another 1000 in or so into after you said it was good to go.. My husband Brent had motor work on his car and both my sons, Taylon and Terrance. I totally trusted you guys and never questioned it. So sad to see such dishonesty going on, I had always felt comfortable going their and supporting a local business.

I brought my Jeep in for “hearing a noise” and the team at Gales’ were quick to diagnose and repaired it right there on the spot! I was even offered a free loaner. Fast & professional, I highly recommend Gale’s!

I had a computer module on my passenger side that had completely corroded and wasnt working at all. This was causing lots of other issues with other electrical system communications in my car. Ryan Bank did some research and discovered that not only did he need to replace the module but also the harness that held it. He discovered that the harness was having problems with a seal causing a water leak within the computer module. If I had just let the dealership fix my car, they wouldve only replaced the computer module and I would have had the same problem occur again. Thanks, Gales, for being thorough and getting to the root of the problem.

Nadia and her team are so helpful!She helped me find parts for my car when she wasn’t even on the clock and they did a complimentary full detail on my car when I had it there last! I have never been treated so fairly. The integrity in this company and their people is beyond words. I have never literally felt at home while having car repairs. They have earned a customer for life in me. This is what every business should strive for. I would give them 100 stars if I could, 5 just doesnt cover how absolutely wonderful and intelligent they are. For the first time in my life I would send my daughter, son, or grandparent to them in a heartbeat with full confidence they would be in the best hands possible. I tried to install a trailer hitch myself and broke a bolt. They were able to extract the bolt and install the hitch cheaper then other places quoted me just to install it. They were great to work with and I would gladly go there again.

Ive been to different car service centers and every time I received my vehicle back there was always something else wrong or it wasnt fixed properly. Great service! Not only do they text you with a diagnostic report, it has pictures so you can see that what they said was fine, really is fine, and what they said needs work, really does need work. In addition, they belong to a network so if youre far from home and the repair fails and its still under the 2 year/ 24K mile warranty, call a toll free number and they can get you to a garage in the network to do the repair under warranty. Great service, I was able to have a loaner car, they answered all my questions, they even double checked something when asked. They listened to me and as a woman, thats important. My car was done quickly and well. It drives like a dream now. Highly recommended.

I knew something was wrong with my car but didnt know what - they listened, took notes, went with me for a drive to hear what I heard and provided me with a loaner so I could still do life . Service was quick with phone calls to keep me informed. Not only was service great but it felt good to walk into a well thought out, clean service center. The final little feel good at the end (I wont give it away) was a nice touch to drive away with. I will be back.

I cant recommend Gales higher than 5 stars??? I havent experienced this amazing of customer service EVER! Jason & Andy took their time explaining what services were done with our 74 CJ5, brought in outside consultants to ensure their course of action was what was in our best interests and went beyond by educating us on options and future recommendations. I will be sending everyone I know here, for sure!

They show great care for their customers! Very witty when it comes not only the booking process of bringing a car in but also the fix. Brought my car in for a fix and they fixed it and everything around it for a great price. They even offered to buff out a scratch i had on my hood. These guys rock and id recomend them to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!......I went in for an alignment on my Saturn Vue and they said I needed my front control arms replaced first. Just for my control arm replacement they were trying to charge me $800. The price of the control arms brand new was only $120. These people were trying to charge me $680 just in labor in order to do a $100 job alignment. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Dont waste your time.....they must think young people are gulable....
