I wear your granddads clothes, I look incredible, I get my look from the goodwill up the road. Lol. This Goodwill is very clean and very well lit. The staff is friendly bathroom is always clean and masks are required. It is a very big store and literally have hundreds of items Grown folks 2 kids. Plus all kinds of little Trinkets and glassware. Im a long time customer. I adore upcycling and saving money. On Thursday I was shopping with my youngest daughter. We stood in line and saw a wonderful customer service episode between Joy and another customer. It was truly joyful to watch! Now it was my turn. Hello! No response. I tried various ways of engaging Joy but it seemed that the joy was taken out of Joy. I think Joy needs to be schooled in the art of customer service. Smile no matter who comes through your line. Its your job. My daughter commented, Wow, that was rude!. Discrimination goes both ways.

Last week one of the employees mustve rang in one of the items I purchased with the wrong tag color, and when I tried to return the item not only did they tell me I was completely wrong, its on a different receipt, but they also laughed about it afterwards and was very dismissive. Horrible service. will be calling corporate for my money back. Thanks for ruining my day.

In a tornado warning the employees made me leave the bathroom, the safest part of the building, to stand in the back of an open wearhouse, or leave. We should be able to use our best judgment in dangerous situations.

It was clean and well stocked. Plenty of staff to help you find what you were looking for.

Very rarely do we walk out of here empty handed. They have an incredibly large section in almost everything. Love coming here to see what weird or cool things we can find. Great prices too. Clothing is cheap and still in good condition.

Big place with lots of stuff.... if you buy glass things they used to wrap them in news paper but now they dont..... I was told that news paper is too expensive!

Found some funny shirts. The guy worker there was very nice, and funny. He made the experience much better.

Although pricing might be high on some items, they offer sales on color of week. Most other Goodwill on westside of our state discontinued this offer. Discount for Seniors on Wednesday is another way to save $. Store is clean and well organized.

The parking lot is adjacent to the front door. Mask wearing is required.

This location is huge!! The selection is decent. Not a lot of Target stuff like we used to see. A lot of clothes. Clean and very friendly.

Kinda confusing, girl and boy childrens clothes are all mixed together. Found some good deals though.

They have good items, but a member of the staff misgendered me. I was there with my long term boyfriend and dressed clearly in mens clothing, not wearing makeup, etc...My boyfriend came in to help me try something on, since it can be difficult with a binder sometimes and a member of the staff rudely stated that men and women shouldnt be in a changing room together after we were already in there and I was half undressed. Your staff needs to go through sensitivity training .Not only is this offensive in the sense of misgendering someone, but you assume that a man and woman will automatically do sexual things in a changing room. Not everyone is straight and most people know better than to do things like that in public. I probably wont be coming back in until this is fixed and I intend to tell everyone I know who shops there about this.

SOME of the staff are very nice. Others... not so nice. They have a LOT of stuff to choose from and put out new stuff a lot. I do think they price things too high and use E-bay as a price guide and thats not what thrift stores are about. I go to a thrift store searching for treasure - T-shirt. A super hero Glass. Star Wars toy- ect . You wont find that here but you might find some nice shirts.
