If I can give 0 stars I would. I went yesterday and they said they were understaffed so they’re not servicing ice cream today. Went today and they closed their coldstone services at 7:20 pm. Update your hours online. Or stop coldstone. It’s ridiculous

Love their ice cream, my familys favorite. But the coolers have been down for a month or more now. IE its not available at this location anymore.

Not open, no sign saying so, you’ll end up stuck in the drive thru, Logan and his co-worker can’t confirm when it will be open, but maybe, cause that’s going to make me come back right.

The coldstone portion was closed down at 6:30. Really disappointed this wasnt posted anywhere on site or on the website. Will never attempt to go to a Tim Hortons/Coldstone combo ever again.

Incredible customer service.. my son accidentally dropped his ice cream && the gentleman quickly replaced his treat and cleaned the mess. I tried helping but he told us to enjoy our dessert and it was no big deal.

Their cakes are awesome, but everytime I order one online from this location something goes wrong. I went to pick up my cake on February 8th and after 12 minutes of let me check they said, someone else picked up the cake. I said, thats impossible because I dont live in town and no one would have picked up the cake for me. After another 7 minutes the supervisor told me that they either accidentally gave my cake to someone else or they just didnt make it. She then added insult to injury by offering to give me one of their pre-made cakes at a discount, but we dont have the type of cake you ordered in the freezer right now. I special ordered their heart shape truffle cake that is only available in February for my aunts birthday!!! I was so upset for getting the run around for nearly 20 minutes and unbelievably disappointed for leaving without my cake. Thankfully, I did get a full refund.

The staff is okay. The chocolate devotion icecream is good. I get it without the chocolate chips. Good timbits.

I went to Stone Cold Creamery in S. Carolina n the Strawberry Blonde was DELISH... It was so good that I googled locations in Michigan... Low n behold... We have 3 in Saginaw... I was soooooooo excited... But I was sooooooooo disappointed... It was nothin like the Strawberry Blonde I had in S. Carolina... It was mushy n melty (maybe because it wasnt mixed on the Cold Stone)... It had whole strawberries the Graham crackers were big chunks... It was terrible n asked got a refund... The Strawberry Blonde I had in S. Carolina... The strawberries were cut up... The Graham crackers were crumbled n the ice cream was nice n firm.. VERY DISAPPOINTED... Im gonna try the other 2 locations in Saginaw... Hopefully I get better results.

Very delicious ice cream and friendly service but it would be better if they kept bananas so I can order my favorite. Banana Carmel crunch...🙄

SALTED CARAMEL ICED CAPP!

My friend and I came through tonight around 10:30 and the guy working was a complete A-hole. When a customer asks a menu question you do NOT reply with Uh I dont know look at your phone. There was no greeting and no receipt was given (I assume so we couldnt tell the manager to give their employees breathalyzers before their shift). It was an older man. Huge douche canoe. I hope he gets diarrhea.

In the same building as Tim Hortons. Yummy selections!
