Great friendly staff. They know a lot about games which is great when you have lots of questions. Only complaint is that they sell so much stuff its hard to find the game youre looking for sometimes. But its always worth a phonecall to see if they have the game youre looking for!

Alright so this place, these people with their customer service, knowledge of product and ability to communicate are just the best. Not only does the store offer a clean and professional environment but the ‘mom and pop shop’ vibe resinates like the good ol’ days. They offer video games for most every system, DVD’s of the rare and hard to find variety, records, POP dolls, figurines, a bunch of other gaming stuff I know nothing about and this crazy VR arcade set up that is just beyond me. To say the least, this store is way better than any other retailer of its nature. Peace

I give their VR Arcade an 11/10! It is sooooo much fun! I highly recommend purchasing a time slot for an hour or more. I came with two other people and we shared one booth for over two hours. The time goes by fast! I personally recommend purchasing one station to share verses buying multiple stations for each person because after playing a game or two it is nice to take off the headset and watch your friends play! This is also good to do if you are someone who gets motion sick. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come back!

Love this place. They have so many different kinds of media from video games for almost every console, to music, to movies. They have the amazing prices and you can find things you didnt even realize you were looking for. Everyone there is extremely nice and ready to help you find what youre looking for.

Had fun on the VR

An average selection of game titles with again, average prices. Movie and TV series selection is above average. Inventory turnover on video game titles seems somewhat slow. Customer service is pretty good and they make sure to buff any disc-based titles that have condition issues before you leave which is appreciated. Make sure to utilize their punch card system which will net you a gift card after so many $20+ purchases.

Staff are very personable. And the vr arcade is alot of fun. Not to mention all the stuff a nerdy guy could ask for.

I recently discovered this place and they have amazing prices. What I like most is the staff, they are fun and friendly and very knowledgeable. They really seem to enjoy their jobs and appreciate their customers.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Had a terrible experience with video games plus down the road from them. And they were extremely understanding and helpful and cut me some awesome deals to help me out. I would highly recommend this store to anybody. The manager, while I cant remember his name is a very nice guy.

This place is clean and very friendly. I called yesterday and asked if they had a specific game in there vr arcade and they told me that they will get back to me in a week so the big boss can approve purchase of the game.So far Ive had a fantastic experience.I will update after a week.10/10 would recommend!

This is the place I prefer to get games and a game system besides Walmart. Because there game prices are decent and also they have ALOT of good stuff there.

This place has a great selection of used/retro video games. Picked up an old N64 for a great deal. The console worked well too.

Tried their vr setup. Th err y have about 60 games to play. The guys were professional and answered my questions. Its a nice setup and at $15 for a half hour you cant beat it.

The customer service here is usually outstanding and you can typically find some good stuff for a low price. Some things are a little bit more expensive than my personal preference. They usually only have one worker at a time, which is fine most of the time but creates long wait times when they get slammed.

Great selection. They have had what I was looking for everytime I have went in. As an avid gaming and collecting family I am often looking for random things. My son was SO happy that they still carry Disney Infinity and Skylanders figures as many gaming buy/sell/trade establishments do not. I was able to get him a good chunk of what he has been searching for, for Christmas at a great price!Their Brand New Nintendo switch games are always $8 cheaper than big box retailers, even at regular/new price. (I.e. $52 and some change versus $59.99) Saves me a good amount over time as I have 4 Switches in this house...Staff is always knowledgeable and extremely polite!

Stopped in here while I was window shopping. They have quite a good selection of used CDs and Dvds if youre looking for older music and movies. The game prices are hit or miss, but they have great sales on some titles. I got Uncharted 4 for 4.75 for example.

Supporting the small community merchant is crucial after the Financial Tsunami. I was looking to buy a Garmin Drivesmart 50LMT Model GPS and I found the Media Reload on Ebay and searched from Google found its store picture.I doubt i will received an used or seller refurb. version, but once the item arrived, I realized the GPS is brand new and the total is just less than $120 making it is a great deals.I feel supporting the small community merchant is crucial to maintain the community economy stay healthy, so why we still need to pay more for the large multinational company to buy a same product?Oh, by the way. I majored in finance. I wish more customers doing more shopping with community merchant, small merchant need your support more in order to maintain the community economy stay healthy.
