Had a Pontiac GTO that was in perfect stock condition, took it here for a simple speaker replacement job, they broke pieces of plastic off my car, tried to super glue it back together and hide it from me. They also charged me to replace my rear speakers and never even replaced them. Very poor customer service and when asked about what they were gonna do to make it right they just shook it off like it wasn’t their problem. I highly suggest staying away from there by all costs especially if you have a nicer vehicle that you want handled with care. Not the place to go.

I have waited 6 months for my couch and now theyre telling me that it will take 3 more months. The excuse was covid. I was told when I set up financing they told me that it would be a month tops That we would be the first ones to get it. 6 months later and all I hear is I dont know or we are doing are best. It seems like they make more excuses than furniture. If you cant keep the furniture stocked then dont sell it plan and simple. there is better places to get furniture dont waste your time or money here. Theyre not very helpful.

This is my first time ever in an ABC Warehouse. I was thoroughly impressed with Gina Ford. I was looking for an electric fireplace and a TV stand/entertainment center that would hold the fireplace. She spent a great deal of time with me discussing the merits of various fireplaces, looked up several to see if the features I was looking for were available. She then showed me all of the TV stands that could fit a fireplace and discussion again with me the various features of the furniture available. Though I didn’t find a fireplace that I was interested in, I was so impressed with Gina’s help that purchased the furniture anyway, and will fit a fireplace to it later. First trip to ABC Warehouse. It won’t be my last trip!

We went to several different places looking for appliances for our new home. ABC Warehouse was the only place that would work with our budget and Gina was a huge help. She listened to our needs and was able to work out a great deal on a great product to meet our desires for the appliances and kept us within our budget. I would highly recommend ABC Warehouse and Gina if you’re looking to purchase anything that store sells.

I had such a great experience! I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door, and pointed in the right direction by Lindsay. Mike, my salesman, was very knowledgeable when i expressed i was looking to purchase a new washer and dryer set. Not to mention my washer and dryer were wheeled out and loaded into my vehicle for me! Salesperson was very friendly and helpful when I went mattress shopping last Sunday. I purchased a mattress that was supposed to be delivered today. I wasnt given a set delivery time due to how they handle deliveries, but they took my phone number so they could give me an estimated time they would arrive.Today I spent the whole day waiting for a delivery that never came. I waited until now to call them to get answers to give them the benefit of the doubt, and only now they finally let me know that the mattress was not in stock and would be ready for a delivery next week.Its fine, mistakes happen, but would it really have been so hard to just call and reschedule the delivery? Having to reschedule a delivery is not nearly as aggravating as waiting a whole day for a delivery that they knew wouldnt happen.Update: It came in, delivery people were very efficient, loving the new mattress

If I could give zero stars I would. I had them put a stereo, 4 speakers, 2 subs in my truck and they said they would have it done that day. I went there at quarter to 6 and they still werent done so they said to bring it back the next day. When I left that evening and had a red light I had no brakes and had to just shut my truck off. The next day I brought it back and they said oh yeah we forgot to hook that up under my dash. I have had nothing but issues ever since. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend anyone to go there.

Walked into the store to be greeted by a female employee berating a young male employee because she felt he wore his mask reversed. He tried to explain how he flipped it because he was only ever provided one mask.While he was correct apparently that wasnt the answer she wanted to hear. She berated him in front of customers before calling him to the office. It was very unprofessional to do this in front of customers.I came in for 8k hdmi cables and walked out empty handed as I felt disgusted by her actions and decided Ill take my business elsewhere.

I am very upset i moved into my new house in August bought my couch and loveseat. Only received my loveseat was told it was in stock they showed up with only my love seat. It is September 23 and i ordered it the beginning of August my family still has no couch to sit on. I understand things happen. But I have been the one calling on it every week. Sometimes put on hold as well. I am starting to feel like they are my customer and I am the employee. They did not offer me a display model or a different couch. Nothing. The least they could do was to call us every week with updates. At this point i will have to figure out what to do as this has gone on way too long.

We had a hell of a time buying furniture during Covid. We got screwed over by Ashley furniture. I came here, and bought exactly what we wanted. I spoke to Zach about delivery and my concerns. He set us up for delivery just two days later. Excellent customer service!! We will be back!

BUYERS BEWARE. Ordered a bed frame. Was told they did not have one in stock but could have one shipped from another location within a week. After multiple phone calls and a MONTH later we finally received our bed frame. Scratched, in a refrigerator box, & most definitely a return or floor model. We paid for a new product and received what we did without a simple apology or explanation.

Was in the store for over 15 minutes. No one offered to assist me. 3 employees stood at the front of the store and gossiped. The whole time.

My visit to the ABC warehouse in Saginaw, The wife and I went in looking at recliners, we were very fortunate enough that Luke our salesman greeted us, Because with his friendly smile and his knowledge it made our shopping so much easier, He was very patient and took care of Our ever needs, we didn’t only buy one recliner we bought two and a pair of Washer and dryer, I think Luke might be a manager if he’s not ABC you better look into it because you don’t wanna lose this one. I’ve owned three businesses in my life and Luke is definitely manager material we will always shop there and hope only that every time we come in and see everybody’s happy face we will see Luke thank you so much ABC you guys are done it right

Good selection helpful staff

Went in to just look at new kitchen appliances . The prices on that weekend were amazing, but the sales ended in a few days. Was not planning on purchasing, just to get ideas. The store manager Joel, talked me into putting one of the appliances in there free layaway to lock the sale price in for 90 days. Ended up doing that, but also purchasing that day a gas stove and above the range microwave. The stove was not delivered to the store on the day promised. So, old one had been taken out to make an easy transition. Was left without a stove for a week. When went in to pay for layaway on dishwasher, they argued with me on sale price. After hours of arguing, finally received the sale price, but yet again, it was not delivered from the warehouse when promised. Shady manager. Will never deal with him again! Have spent way too much hard earned $ in there throughout the years. Never will again!

On February 26th went to the store searching for a refrigerator every employee was on their phone never raised their head up once to greet from the time we entered til the time we left everyone was still on their phone no assistance what so ever I’ll take my business somewhere else phones is more important then customers..

We stopped in here when we were looking for a new TV and washer and dryer. This place is like a used car lot that is buy here pay here. The sales people follow you around like a zombie on the walking dead. They will NOT leave you alone and hound you and hound you. We could have gotten our washer and dryer here for a better price than where we purchased it. However, I could not wait to get out of there because of the sales people.

My sales Associate Mike is always so helpful and honest! Just a great experience pressure free. Very pleased with all the products I have purchased there over the years. I currently have a home full of appliances and furniture purchased there that I’m completely satisfied with. Would not hesitate to recommend my salesman or this company to anyone... nor their prices and products

My complaint isnt with most the staff by any means. my complaint is towards just whoever is in charge of or oversees payments. When i went there for a bed and a t.v the employee who helped me was extremely helpful and nice, however, back in December i went to make a payment of $100 and they messed up and put the payment towards an inactive account. i caught the mistake a week later and brought it to their attention. ive brought it back up every month there after and i get told the same thing, thats its resolved and it will appear in the next statement. is now 4 months later and the only thing they can tell me is the same thing theyve been saying for months and then try to offer me an at cost item as if i would ever want to buy from there again for them just to potentially make the same error and seemingly refuse to resolve the mistakes they make.

Great, friendly service! I went in knowing what TV I wanted. No sales pressure to upgrade or add on any other items. Staff were accommodating and quick. Item was in stock, I paid and had it loaded in my car within 20 minutes. I have always bought all my appliances and household items here. Im never let down.

My mother bought a new refrigerator from you guys and your contractor that installs the water line completely ignored her calls and she still doesnt have the icemaker connected. He directed us to our choices, figured out what was in stock/deliverable, and gave us plenty of space to sort out our preference.
