Lots of cool stuff to buy and check out, customer service is great. Very attentive

A very cool shop that has potential, alas during my visit I didnt receive much in the way of customer service, compared to the other customers who were there. It could also have to due with the fact that the individual behind the counter seemed more interested in her poker game. I would hope this is a singular occurrence. The shop does have some cool items.

I found the same items for cheaper somewhere else. I get supporting small business, but when things are a huge difference in price it gets to be outrageous. To top off the entire trip, the customer service is poor at best.

Super cool shop for super cool people. Swords, daggers, dragons, and fae. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. What is not to love!

So overpriced for what you can find online ...same exact items but 30% more than Amazon.

When handing a item back, the employee grabbed it, and that item hit another item and broke it, the employee sighed rudely and pointed to a sign that something is broke its considered bought, then made me buy it, there arent even any cameras in the store even tho that it says there is, he even admmitted there wasnt so there isnt even proof on who broke it, never coming back.
