A place where you can buy tools cheap if you might only use them a few times. Be sure and check YouTube for videos reviews of any of there products. I have bought many different things from here and never had a problem.

Ppl where rude didnt want to help me at all..they didnt even know what they where selling. Trying to sell me a car jack for my motorcycle. Had to drive up there myself to fine what I needed an still didnt even help me get it to my car. Im a cashier myself an Id never do that someone...

I am a do-it-yourself kind of person so this is one of my favorite stores. When I need tools or welding gear this is the place to go. Good selection and helpful staff.

They no longer offer the print catalog and wont help you navigate their website to try and get the deals.

I had pretty much everything I had come for

The people at the store are good and very helpful. But beware of the products. I bought a welding cart and the wheel bearings are mangled. I called the included number, was on hold for 25min, just to have the person tell me that the manufacturer doesnt supply any replacement parts. Then I was instructed to return it to the store. Its an easy bearing to replace and not worth my time to drive 30 min to Saginaw. Lesson learned, inspect items before leaving store.

My dad loved to come here when we were in town, and I have to say, if I need pretty much any kind of tool, I go here. The prices are good and they have amazing deals on top of it. Great place to find the tool you need.

Love this place, great prices, as long as you look at what your getting their tools hold up pretty well, I abuse my tools and have not broke things that I would have expected to break, and the pittsburgh brand has the life time warranty so break it and get a new one

Love this spot for tools! Our cashier(Ron)was so cool, we would drive the whole 1.5 hrs again just for that reason.

I love Harbor Freight. You can find what you are looking for because of all the signs that are up. Most of the Staff are friendly and helpful but you always have that one. Through it all Harbor Freight is my go to store.

Love this place. Needed wire and supplies to anchor pool cover for winter. Watch for ads in the paper. Almost always have a free gift with purchase. No min. Purchase necessary. I also find replacement tires for my lawn mower and garden /untlity carts.

You can find good deals if you do your research.

Leaving harbor freight this morning...Was in store for 30 whole minutes and not 1 person asked if The Wife and/or I needed any help... Mind you : I constantly heard others being asked but not once were We asked...Can SURELY find somewhere else to spend My Money. Saginaw store..(never again)

I did find a nice drill for the price and drill bits. The cashier didnt greet me, when I walked in or approached the register he only said whats your number (very aggressively) I didnt know he was speaking to me, so I said hello how are you before giving my number. He seemed to have a bad attitude. Yet he greeted a man who walked in the door.

Came here to get a screwdriver set! Found a multi bit set for $1.99 .Store was clean and tidy. Could not find anyone on the floor though. They had one cashier but she was very fast and got the line through quickly!

The store is like an adult candy store. Good stuff, good prices. Disappointed the last two visits. Had to wait 4 weeks for delivery of Hercules 20 volt batteries and the circular saw. Waiting 3 weeks so far for A A & A A A blue batteries. Other than that, the place is Cherry.

Prices are comparable to Menards. Not a lot of selection but a little bit of everything. They do run some good deals at times. Tool and equipment quality is always questionable. Good for someone that needs a tool for one time use or needing to replace more 10mm sockets.

They have pretty good prices for cheap tools. But you get what you pay for... They usually have whatever Im looking for at a lower price than anywhere else.

Huge selection of tools at much lower prices then brand name tools. I would suggest warranty plans with any expensive tool purchases, as again these tools are not brand name tools and they do not hold up as well. However considering the much lower prices and the warranty programs they have on the tools, its well worth the money. Most tools I have purchased offer a replacement plan, no questions asked. If it breaks, you get a new one, if you purchased the warranty plan. All warranty plans are different on each tool.

This is one of the best Harbor Freight stores Ive been to. I always enjoy shopping there. Ive been to many in Michigan and Florida

Got what I wanted in stock When the other store in Mount Pleasant told me it was a special order item

Like Harbor Freight but the customer service in the Saginaw MI is horrible. They can’t keep things in stock and when you call them they never know when a truck is coming. Or one associate will say Tuesday but another one says they won’t be getting any trucks or the truck got cancelled. None of them know what the other one is doing.

Just left the store, one of their workers sounds like shes coughing up a lung and isnt even covering her mouth. And when I made a very polite comment the Supervisor told me I shouldnt have came in the store then.

Been using harbour freight for awhile now. Use to be a decent place to get cheap tools and some quick supplies. I dont know what business requires a receipt to do an exchange if I they have my number in the system. They claim they do returns then repurchase. I bought 8 cans of bed liner spray about a month ago. 3 of them wouldnt even spray. 2 of them didnt spray right. So they basically ask for your number now for no reason and robbed me for almost 50$

What can I say? Harbor Freight rocks for quality tools at a very, very good price. Customer service is always spot on and I never have to look hard for what I need. Sometimes I have to tell the associates that I with to explore the store on my own. There is so much neat stuff to check out. Take your time and look it all over. You will come across something that you forgot that you needed.Hint: always to a Google search for coupons and print one out before you go. They have great deals and even better deals when you can whip out a coupon.

Harbor Freight Tools is a great place to find many tools at a very affordable price. A lot of their hand tools even come with lifetime guarantee. I would not say what they sell is good for a day to day shop use but are great for at home.

They are not scared to tell you how to get a coupon so you get money off your purchase.

Use a coupon and know what the intended use is. Item have a motor... get the warranty or expect it to be a several use item. Definitely some gems among the Chinese trash

Great prices and coupons can add to that value. Buyer will need to study product(s) they wish to buy. Some are well worth the cost and solid. Other products just not up to job. Buyer education helps at this store more than most.

I needed a metric set of drill bits, the store had none other than in a huge set. All our shop uses is metric. It was disappointing. But I found my other items pretty easily and at a great price:)

Harbor freight is a good place to go for your tool needs. It is sometimes very difficult to get customer assistance in the store, but if you know what you want and just want to go in and buy something its a really good place. If you need assistance give yourself some extra time.

Harbor freight use to b good. We have been there 3 times for moving blankets and the same answer they are outWhy do they advertise items then dont have it when u get there. I have heard alot people that r upset because they dont have the item they wanted.

They are too quick to promise when stock will arrive for your raincheck without making sure theyre not just lying to get you out of there, not happy with managers handling of what to do about it, or getting my items.

Spoke with a young lady that recently moved back From Chicago I cant remember her name but she was excellent! My warranty reciept had gotten purfume on it and I was unable to read anything from it. I called the store and she was kind enough to read everything off my receipt and explain to me how to get my product! Highly satisfied with her customer service!

Good place for one time use tools ....only decent things they sell are welders and tool boxes and a few other items but most other items you buy here will barely make it through what you purchase it for however staff is friendly and are great with returns and exchanges
