Ive always experienced great service, prices and staff. I highly recommend this location.

The staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. I often have trouble at OfficeMax store getting my corporate discount to work because the staff tends not to know what they are doing. However at this one the staff had no problems and was able to provide me quick and friendly service.

Stephanie the manager was a true professional and solved my dilemma with Sauder by exchanged the damaged piece with a piece from their floor model. Customer service like this is unheard of in today’s world. Thank you for your help and I know you will do well in life with that kind of attitude towards others.Steve Dasher

Decent selection of office supplies, furniture and electronics.Not a lot of staff but they are usually courteous and helpful, while not being too intrusive.Depending on the items you may find better prices elsewhere but that is the reality for any store.

Again looking for something gave good info now have to study more

Staff on September 10, 2019 at 12 noon were great considering passport photos are soo expensive and they were soo busy. The lady who does printing and the German guy tried their best but in the end the price is too much. Smiles are great..

Bought a computer desk and hutch. The lady manager was very helpful. The elder white haired man needs mote training, good attitude, mumbles some.

The lady in print dept was very busy but was truly cordial and caring. Regret I cant recall her name but she is good.

Great customer service and knowledge happy to say Justin one of the associates that works there did a great job with questions/ information on the products I ended up purchasing!

Competition is fierce in the office supply arena and sadly OfficeMax did little to ingratiate me, be it office supplies or shipping needs. I entered the store hoping to ship a rather large item (4 x 20” wheels), a request I knew may cause some inconvenience. I was immediately met with an exasperated look and a terse, “Where do you expect us to put those?” Again, I realized the request was unorthodox however given OfficeMax was the only authorized drop location in the general area, I assumed I was not the first to request such an accommodation. Surely the manager of the store would provide a bit more empathy however he too appeared to have just graduated from customer service 101 and became even more argumentative.One of the wonderful characteristics of a free-market system is our ability to pick and choose with whom we do business with. The apathy and incompetence displayed by OfficeMax team members this day not only damaged any future relationship we may have regarding my corporate and personal supply needs, but I’ll have to reevaluate my shipping needs, should FedEx continue to see fit to contract with an entity unwilling to provide even a modicum of customer service support.Since it doesnt strengthen their own bottom-line, OfficeMax may want to rethink the relationship, themselves. It was very apparent their associates did not want to be bothered with package handling.
