Just left. Poor service. I wish I would have gotten waited on by the other worker as she sounded nice. The person who waited on me was very short and seemed like she had better things to do than help me with my transaction. Will do my best not to come to this location for anything ever again. Unfortunate.

A while back I found out these guys charged a dollar if they had to print off a return label. I guess thats understandable, so I started making sure I printed them off first. Then a month ago my printer ran out of ink so I made sure I brought a dollar, but they charge $3 or $4 now which I thought was too much, but paid it. I go in yesterday to return 2 items and one of the boxes werent taped up and now their charging $1 to put a strip of tape on a box! Really?! Do they not know USPS will actually send you packing supplies for free?! UPS, tape is a tax write off! Stop ripping off your customers! SMH

If they smile (and it’s been on many occasions) their faces may crack. Can’t get in the door without setting bigger packages down, and after the struggle, at least for me, they look at me like I’m bothering them.!

UPS lost my envelope with my original car title. It was impossible to talk to a human to find out next steps and do they think it will ever show up. It wasnt the fault of this store.

At first I was hesitant to go back but then I really took a liking to the staff, they are friendly, quick and efficient and have really helped me with my small business. This place really grows on you.

The man told me from amazon that ups would print my label free of charge and this man at the store told me i had to pay him personally 3 dollars to send the email to him so he could print it off for me. then when we asked why we had to pay him 3 dollars and send it to his personal email he changed his story when his boss stepped in. so am i wrong to b upset?

The woman named Jessica is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever encountered. I have worked in retail for 20+ years and understand that some days are a little harder than the rest, but I have never and would never take it out on my customers. She is always rude and always has an attitude. I always leave there feeling disgruntled and to be frank, annoyed! It is not that hard to be kind to people, its part of the job!!! This wasnt one time either, its every time. Get a grip!

The woman associate Jessica the most awful associate ever . Unpleasant, grumpy, not friendly at all . No help . I shouldn’t have to pay for an Amazon return. So management have to look closely how she treats her customers.

Not friendly or helpful at all. Not polite. Not kind. Not even so much as a hello or a smile!! I went to ship an Amazon package back as a return. A just drop it off package. Apparently, Amazon contracts with them to repackage and reship it back at no charge to the customer. The girl who waited on me did not offer to help with ANYTHING. Its supposed to be FREE for return packaging AND shipping BUT, she had to have me email her a label which I had to pay for because she didnt know where to find the QR code let alone where to have me look for one. I proceed to politely show her the email sent to me by Amazon that saysRETURN SHIP METHOD: DROP OFF!! She didnt care or try to remedy the situation even though she KNEW what should have been done per AMAZON.THEN, she informs me that since she couldnt ship it with the QR Code (which is free and no need for me to package) I would be charged even more for A PIECE OF TAPE LOL!! It was already packaged! It Only needed a (ONE)piece of tape. Which I didnt put on it because it was supposed to be FREE AND DONE FOR ME!! She did advise me after telling me I had to pay for it that she wouldnt charge me this time but, next time Id definitely have to pay. This entire visit was a joke!! AMAZON should contract with someone who actually cares about the customer. Im sure the UPS store is paid well for this service!! She was rude and PURPOSELY VERY unhelpful. She acted like I was getting on her nerves and/or annoying her. I guess I need to just have UPS drop off a label and pick it back up from now on. I definitely wasnt feeling like a valued customer here. I will absolutely avoid this place from now on. She shouldnt be working with the public at all with an attitude like that. I definitely understand why their reviews from customers are so low...... The owner should be worried. I see Im not the only one who has had unpleasant experiences here. This was my SECOND one. I shouldnt have gone back after the first visit wasnt much better!!

I used this location to ship back a item I bought off of eBay. The guy that helped me didnt take off the old shipping label and item was delivered back to me because of the old label. I understand that mistakes happen but when I took it back to ship again the person that helped me tried to make it my fault. Taking responsibility for a mistake is good customer service. Sorry ups store. You get a C- from this customer. Ill be going somewhere else next time.

I mailed a package at the store on Saturday to my daughter in Vietnam. l was helped by CJ. He was very helpful with getting the address correct. I spoke to my daughter on Sunday and found out the address I used was wrong. I returned to the store when it opened on Monday morning and CJ was there. The package had not left the store, he was able to make the correction for me. I was very grateful that he was there and could help, because my daughter never would have received it otherwise. Thanks CJ!!
