I received both of my packages two (9-23-2021)That were left in the rain. Boxs were damaged, and one wasnt sealed tight. Im very displeased with this kind of treatment. I know for a fact that there protocols in place for such days like today. My boxes could have been covered up to protect my items. Instead they are now ruined. I want some kind of compensation for this. I will post pictures below. VERY upset with how the driver handled this.

Ordered a package from Amazon and was shipped ups. They damaged the package so bad the deemed it undeliverable and decided to ship it back to Amazon. This is unacceptable. Update they have now delivered almost 1000$ worth of product to the wrong address. There response we will be able to deal with the issue Monday. Its Friday so they are going to leave my property which they have no idea where is at this point for 3 days. I guarantee a refund will not be acceptable thus time. How they stay in business is beyond me out of the last 3 deliveries they have damaged one to the point they couldnt deliver it and lost one. 67% failure rate. They do one thing ship packages and they cant do that right.

Out of my 22 years of working this was the worst company Ive ever worked for from HR to the people at the facility. Wouldnt advise anyone go work there. They are unorganized, inconsistent, and very unprofessional on all levels. Huge disappointment.. If I could give zero stars I would..

Got glass for a chevelle. When the driver delivered it there was no receipt, no signature, and the box was open but placed down so no one could tell. Not to mention he left before anyone could inspect it( showing guilt) knowing the windshield was broken. Now Im being told I have to pay for them to pick it back up or drive it to a different city to drop it off for something I paid for and something I didnt break so I can file the claim . Best part is they wont even cover the cost to replace the glass.

For two years now UPS has been delivering my packages to the wrong address and when I go and talk to them theyre pretty much like oh well with theres nothing we can do about it and then today they finally decided to change my address in the computer but they were not very helpful about it they kept trying to put in the old address the people were not very intelligent they kept trying to insist that the truck my packages were on the truck except that I had already gone and retrieved my packages and they were in the back of my car I would not recommend UPS to anyone ever

OVERWORKED DRIVERS! Pushing 70 hrs, working until 9-10PM everyday to come back bright and early again. Cant carry anything for protection so its just ok to get bit by dogs and walk around in the dark! How about hiring more drivers to split up the hours????? U cant have any sort of life working like that and its unheard of. These men and women are essential and should be praised and protected!!! Please do better UPS!

Received e-mail notice that my package was delivered at 3:41 today. I have been home all day but no package on porch, no package in mail box, no package at back door....no package delivered to my house. Cannot contact anyone at UPS...just their poor automated customer service at the phone number provided. Service terrible....worthless. Would give zero stars if I could.

Driver never made scheduled delivery to home. No sticker. Paid extra for the service. This isnt the first time and is one of the major reasons I will continue with USPS. At least that way Ill get my deliveries on time. Even FedEx has more accountability for their drivers.Edit: was supposed to get a call in one hour from a supervisor - that was a lie.

Im wondering who trains them on how to pack a truck for delivery and logistics. I had a very important package coming and I watched them on the tracker be 2 houses down and then in a neighborhood across the street at 11:30. They then spent the next 5+ hours crisscrossing back and forth through the same areas they had just been and go all around my house until I was the last delivery. If they had packed it correctly, I wouldve had my package at 11:30 instead of after 5:30. The company could cut so much time and money if they paid attention to a map. Take a lesson from USPS or even Dominos. Heck, talk to Fabiano brothers around here, Im sure they have a few tips. Unacceptable. Its now 7:30, and still no package. Theyre way west of me. Danced all around me for 8 hours and I will end up being the last delivery when I couldve had it in the beginning.

This is more of a review on their drivers, then the actual service center itself. The drivers are very rude and hazardous on the roads. I know they have a lot of deliveries to make, but they still need to be obeying the rules of the road. Cutting people off, not yielding the right of way when they should be, etc. And then today, 12-11-19, as I was trying to back out of my driveway, I had a driver stop right in front of my driveway, completely blocking me as he delivered to the neighbors house. He literally could have stopped 20 feet further and let me leave. Ill be sure to only be using FedEx or the USPS from now on.

Cordial counter staff....professional and right to the point without any rude edge at all....she made my stop TOO EASY!....In and out less than 5 mins....Customer service has automatic doors and a simple hand truck to ease bringing in your packages. AIR CONDITIONING felt nice on a 85 degree day....TIP: Customer service is on the backside of the building.....Southwest corner of building....if you found my review helpful please👍thumbs up. Thanks

This is a review strictly on the 800 customer service. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. It didnt help that I couldnt speak with anyone who spoke even half way decent English so there was a huge language barrier for everyone I talked to. Ruined ups for me. Probably wont use this service ever again if I can avoid it.

Went in with a small box and prepaid label. I asked for a plastic envelope to protect the box from getting wet. The man working at the counter stated, Yes you can have one for free, but you have to buy a box first. The box was over $5! Not right at all! Ill never use UPS again.

Very poor customer service and a lack of communication between different areas within UPS. Showed up to pick up a package after already speaking with customer service on telephone who confirmed that my package was located at the carrier center in Saginaw, MI. I get to carrier center and package is not there to be picked up. Guy working the customer service desk runs the tracking number which also shows the package to be at that location. He calls someone in the sorting area and they tell him my package is on a truck already set for delivery. I ask the guy if they are sure because tracking shows it to be at this location. He reassures me that package is on truck so I leave and go back home. Long story short...I did not get a delivery that day. Had to go back to carrier center to pick up package which had never been put on a truck.
