Its a big grocery store. Newly renovated. Clean.

Had to pick up additional Halloween treats & customer service was on point. Directed us to the right section, in & out of the store, no problem!!!

Nice remodeling does match with the old cracked and dirty floor. Waste of $ for schnucksIll just go to the one in des peres which is much nicer 5 min. Away.

With the renovations going on they have marked down a lot of organic items. We got some good deals!

You can buy pure essential oils. Check to see if the product are pure, read the labels first.

To start very happy that the store was making upgrades. I have continued to go through this period because it is convenient and people were very helpful.Unfortunately, today I visited the deli, there was no wait, and I had an unpleasant greeting. I asked for three meats(1/4 pound of each) and 2 cheeses. There was two employees working in the front and one in the back. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes to make.I returned, still no other customers and still was not done. I did ask another employee if he could help out and his repose was” we can only help one customer”I would think that team work would be a priority rather than just letting another employee struggle as her response was “ they are new slicers”.I asked for a manager and as I was talking to her the unhappy employee shook his head and stormed off.Again I have been a loyal customer through the new changes but to be met with this discourtesy is disappointing.

They have everything you want plus more. Great selection of beer wine and spirits. Great Meats all the way around. Will be back

I call this store, “my little Schnucks”. It is not a super sized store, but well stocked, which is why it’s simple & quick for me, knowing where everything is and not having to walk for miles from one side of the store to the other. The employees are friendly & helpful.

Well, I went to visit my grandson and needed to go grocery shopping, afterwards. My son told me to go the Schnucks where he and his wife shop, but I accidently passed that one and ended up at Schnucks in Kirkwood! Im happy 😊 that I did!!! Im not a regular, but for sure, its a first choice backup!!!👍

I was coming in to Schnucks and saw an employee, a supervisor named Tasha, going in the door. I tried to go in the same door and she told me I had to walk to the other side even though it was very cold out. I asked her why she was going in the exit and she got nasty and said because she is an employee, then she walked in a locked the door so that I couldn’t come in. I left and went to another store.

Typical Schnucks. Im usually not disappointed when I shop at Schnucks. They offer several non dairy items and gluten free items.

Too incompetent to show the right information on your Google My Business. This is the 3rd Schnucks I been to that has a Pharmacist listed at their location. I even called this time to make sure one was there and their voice mail said 24 hours. I just got a tooth pulled and it hurts. This is wrong.

Terrible! They dont have a bank,a pharmacy even a customer service anymore. I was customer for more than 15 years,but I will switch to Dilberts! Somebody on the high level at Shnuks is not thinking!!!!????

Store is long instead of wide, making the asiles very long. Bring binoculars if you want to read the signs on the far side.

Somewhat less than pleased. In a hurry this morning, and the bread has been moved. Same aisle for the last 6 years. Marketing genius at work? maybe not so much.

I went to the Deli for some fresh meat and received smart aleck comments, and wrong weights.

Good grocery store. Produce here is very good, and theres a large selection of organic produce. The bakery is so-so. Theres a deli here too with a large selection of cold cuts and cheese.

Average grocery store. Layout is terrible. People are nice.

Went in late one night and there was one cashier (quite possibly the only person in the store at all). He seemed very tired and I genuinely felt sorry for him. The store was clean and found everything we needed with ease, however it says something about the management to staff the store with only one person.

Employees here are much more friendly than at some other locations. Im not sure how this works or why it is, but it is true. I think having to work in and around Kirkwood is a less horrible experience than having to work....well....at the location further north at Lindbergh and Clayton for example. The Kirkwood/Warson Woods location feels happy and suburban and the service reflects this. In contrast, the Lindbergh at Clayton store feels snooty: the customers are among the wealthiest in St. Louis. Because of this the workers seem a bit unhappy, looked down upon. This creates an environment where everyone is nasty to everyone else. I have long noticed this. Anyway, the Warson Woods location is excellent. The person complaining about the bread being moved just seems a little self absorbed. So what if they moved the bread! Those people work hard to please. Im willing to bet the person who made that observation/complaint never worked in a grocery store. It is hard work.

Ive been a regular Schnucks shopper for over 15 years, and the staff and manager have always been pleasant and helpful!

Its a nice Schnucks, with nice selections, and good prices on everything but organic produce. Both Schnucks-Dierburgs-ShopnSave all need to step up their game in both price and selection of organic produce and meats. They rarely offer promotional pricing on any of it, and the new Fresh Thyme down the street does.
