Scam artists. Sold me a bed that felt nothing like the floor model, talked me into a more expensive bed that ommited intense outgassings that causes allergic reaction ER trips for my boyfriend and myself. They then refused to refund us the $3000 or even a partial refund. Only after that did store reps admit that when you order a bed, its made on the spot due to stock shortages and must not have been aired out after. Whatever toxins it is cured it should NOT have just been handed to us. If we had known that, we never would have purchased. However we never stopped having allergic reactions to its outgassings. I had to push the mattress onto our balcony and air it for 4 months for it to even be resalable and then raise funds to pay for a bed we dont want or own. Even the desperate buyers looking for a used mattress complained it still had a stink to it! Even if the store replaced it we wanted our damn money back. Mattress World undeplayed the incident to a tee and the dispute was never resolved in our favor. AVOID.

Just bought a bed here and Debbie was our sales person. Very good experience and she was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. Very easy and quick transaction. False advertising. Window wrap claims free delivery. Employee 1 says my 249 dollar mattress qualifies. Employee 2 next day says the minimum is 500 and delivery for my mattress is actually 70. Customer service says its actually 599. Window wrap has no minimum listed. Talk about a bait and switch.

Awesome we had shopped around and when we came through the salesmen was ready to help! He immediately found my wife and I the best deal and jumped through hoops to get his sale. Its nice in this day and age to see a company so willing to work for your business.

I am a senior, living only on Social Security. I first purchased a mattress from this store in 2013. The sales person showed me what my budget would give me, then went to the back to find a pillow top set he could sell me. He delivered it on the spot & it was a fantastic mattress. After moving into a RV & now in a senior mobile home park, I went back to this store....to unfortunately find my salesman had passed away but a young gentleman stepped up to find me a great mattress in Portland (previously owned), which was delivered within a few days. It is a name brand mattress that helps me sleep with the arthritis that usually keeps me awake all night.This is the place to shop! You get quality mattresses with prices that are reasonable. I will never shop anywhere else ... & no, Im not related to anyone at the store or even know any of them. Check it out!

Debbie was wonderful! She provided us with excellent one-on-one attention, asked all of the pertinent questions to help us find what we actually needed (as opposed to what a salesperson could talk us into buying), and then worked diligently with us to find the best solution for our budget: the right product, the right price, and the right financing. She even came in early the next day to take care of paperwork because our schedule was very tight. Cant say enough positive things about how great our experience with her was. Thank you, Debbie!

Jimmy was so helpful we came in from bedmart outlet after we were treated so horribly by their salesman. We were in and out of that store in under ten minutes after we were told to hold on three times so he could help other different customers. As soon as we walked into mattress world Jimmy asked us what we wanted and we got a better bed than we were looking for for cheaper and he took all of our needs into account and got us in and out in less than 30 minutes and under $1,000.

Got a good deal on one of the best mattresses from all the other mattress stores in keizer and Salem. Same mattress was over a thousand dollars more at mattress firm, was not impressed! Mattress world treated us very good with excellent customer service. They even threw in a $ 150.00 waterproof mattress cover for free. It was awesome. I would recommend going there for all your mattress needs.

Went in to the Lancaster store and dealt with Mike C. We chose 2 twin xl mattresses for our adjustable base bed. He told us he would call as soon as they came in. We waited and waited but never got a call. I called and was told that our mattresses had been waiting for us for days. I went and picked them up and when i got home i found that they were 2 different sizes. 1 was twin xl and the other was a standard twin. I called the store and Jimmy told me he would get the right one in and personally deliver it to me. When it came in, Jimmy called and told me a delivery service would be scheduled to being it to me but I would have to set it up. Today i called to schedule and had to talk to Mike again. He was very rude and disrespectful. I was told i would have to pay an extra $90 if i wanted a specific time. This will sit at 1 star until i find out if i can ever get the right mattress. I will not deal with Mike at mattress world again.

Ive purchased a mattress couple years ago at this location and decided to go back for a second purchase. The vibe my husband and i received was horrible. As soon as we walked the employees turned and looked at us annoyed. No greeting, no smile, no nothing. They really looked bothered. We wont be returning back.

Service was mediocre, which I guess is what happens you’re not there to spend thousands on a bed. If my kid hadn’t loved the one we found in the budget area I would have left and bought elsewhere, like BedMart where the service was miles better and there are more budget conscious choices.

Visited your store today with no intention of purchasing anything(day 3 of shopping for a new Mattress), but after meeting Tim(who normally works in Clackamas) my family and I decided to give Mattress World NW our business. Needless to say we walked away with exactly what we wanted and then some. Tim educated us on every mattresses construction and what would work best for us and our family. He never tried to up sell us, and handled the transaction professionally from start to finish(as he was the only employee in the store, but we were not the only customers). We bought a king size memory foam mattress here over Labor Day weekend. This was the 6th store we had been to that day and we found the best deal here. The bed is somewhat firmer than what we expected, but we are still breaking it in. We even got a free pillow in the mail a few weeks later.

Very impressed with the prompt and efficient service we received from the Salem Mattress World. The staff was friendly—especially the gentleman who stepped up to assist us with choosing our mattresses—Mike. He wasnt pushy at all; he listened to what our needs were, gave us several options (even asked our kids what they wanted as far as firm or plush) and the best part of it all, there were no surprises of paying a high dollar amount at the end of our transaction...oh, and our mattresses came in the next day. My elderly mom and I went here to get a twin bed for her move into assisted living. As you can imagine we were exhausted and feeling a bit fragile. Shelley greeted us at the door and wow! Really great customer service. She was very professional and well-informed. I’d never thought of so many details regarding bed needs for an older person. Shelley was patient and kind with my mom but never condescending like some people get with the elderly. She let mom make her best decision and gave her an array of choices without pushing extra upsell which would have worn my mom’s energy down. The staff and store both show great integrity.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Bought a $600 mattress set less then a year ago. Box spring broke with 71 year women sleeping on it. Called in for warranty.......they want to charge $65 just to come look at it! AWFUL service.....even worse manager. An employee actually said This is not MY company. I am just an employee! Now I get to deal with the warehouse in Portland, I bought local yet they wont service it locally.
