Just picked up a brand new bed today and we are so happy with it! Brian was amazing in helping us, especially with delivery of the platform. We can sleep much better now, this bed is incredibly comfortable. I nearly spend just as much on a really thin, shabby mattress that looked like it was for a kids bed at another location. So we are so grateful for discounts! We choose the queen memory foam mattress I believe with cooling gel. I highly recommend one of these babies! Oh yes, he also threw in the metal frame free, $60 at another store, and we get 10 yr warranty on the bed. Quick and easy finance options, mine went through in just seconds. All together, better here than the other fancy stores because they will literally charge you $500+ for a decent mattress alone.

We bought a mattress from Box Drop a few months ago and loved it. A week ago we discovered an issue that required us to return it under warranty. Bryan was fully supportive and contacted the manufacturing company the same day to secure the warranty refund. We came in a few days later to pick out a new mattress, found another one we loved, and Bryan delivered it to our Salem house within the hour. He didnt ask us to pay any extra for the replacement mattress even though we were pretty sure it was more expensive. This was an amazing customer service experience.

I absolutely recommend this place. They have great prices. The owner is amazing.

The selection is smaller that you would see in some of the larger stores but decent enough. In the space of 90 minutes I had picked one out and it had been delivered. Staff friendly and helpful and definitely patient with small children.

Guy was upbeat, talkative, very customer service oriented and knew exactly what he was talking about and doing when it came with mattresses along with being a people person

Ben and his team are great to work with. They have varying/rotating inventory from day to day, so it is best to call them and ask up front. We have been very happy with the quality and the pricing is excellent. They do require appointments in person, rather than drop-ins. We would definitely recommend Boxdrop Salem as an alternative to traditional mattress stores, given the cost savings and flexibility.

04/23I am writing this review to bring to your attention that I am not satisfied with the quality of service provided at BoxDrop Salem. I am talking about the services rendered Wednesday April 22, 2020 and want to let you know I was very upset with your staff’s performance and behavior. The level of disrespect and bad behavior was far too much. Staff did not show interest or behaved in a cordial way when interacting with customers.The moment we approached the business site, a staff member approached us and was already showing signs of frustration towards us for no reason. We were there to purchase a much-needed mattress for our family and asked to see the options in stock. We decided on a specific mattress and informed the staff we would take the selected one, we did not know we would be stuck with the display one. We asked if this is the only option and his response was “Look at the date, is there something wrong with it?” along with that snarky remark, his tone and body language was inappropriate. When it came to purchase the mattress, we elected to pay in cash and asked for a receipt. Staff member/owner stated, “why do you need a receipt, you’re paying in cash, not needed.” We insisted in asking for a receipt for our sake. Staff/owner seemed irritated that he need to provide us with a receipt, something so simple yet inconvenient for him. We even elected to pay for the $20 service fee that included the staff member loading your mattress into your car. That did not happen; staff did not load the mattress into our car even after asking him to do so. His response “Figure it out.” At this point one would walk out and not pay for anything but in that moment one is in shock and disbelief that this is occurring.Will never shop at this business ever again, I will make sure this review is in the appropriate platforms to warn potential customers of this bad experience/service.

He was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful, and understanding of my needs. He even helped teach me how straps work and helped secure my mattress. Will be going back whenever I need a new mattress. Absolutely phenomenal.

Sketchy place. They dont answer your messages on Facebook but plaster sales all over on it, same with Craigslist. They dont answer the phone calls either, then when you go to their physical location doors are locked but lights and everything is on.... Idk just feels sketch so I passed and went with mattress firm instead. Also Brian does not answer messages either, leaves you on read status. Feels bad
