I go there mainly for the fish. I buy fish and have it fried for days we dont have time to cook. They have a variety of products that i dont know anything about. The place needs a little cleaning and the the pastry case is full of flies.

1 of 3 Filipino/Asian minimart in Salinas area. The only advantage from the rest is they cook or fry your fish on the spot. Love to have my Tilapia fried. They also serve Filipino food when you want a takeout. Balut at times is available depending on availability. Fresh seafood is always available.

Today is Monday, 9:40am and this store is closed! The google info says their hours are M-F 8:00am-7:30pm. There is no sign at the door. This is inconsiderate and unprofessional. Costumers’ time is also important! If you’re going to be closed, at least put up a sign or update your info. Thank you.

An adventure to shop. Lots of great specialty stuff. Dont expect anything fresh. Mostly packaged food.

First time my husband and I bought the fresh fish, which we asked that it be fried. You can have it fried or grilled. We bought Tilapia, Im not a fan of Seafood, but the fried fish was good.We asked the cashier what to eat the fish with. She suggested either Soy Sauce with lemon or a sauce called Toyomansi, which is Soy Sauce with lemon already in it.I cut up fresh tomatoes and onion and added the Toyomansi sauce. We added fresh lemon to the fish and the tomatoes and onions mix.It was very good.

I love the seasoning on the tilapia but heads up it does take them 30-40 minutes so call in advance but worth it

Too few asian stores. Love being able to get the ingredients for a meal i cant get at a american grocery store.
