I get 15 of the 3 gallon bottles delivered every month. I remember the earthquake in San Francisco,CA years back, when no water was in the stores and water was shut off for a few days. I never want to experience that again. And the Santa Cruz county tap water taste Awful. I have peace of mind knowing water will always be available to me and my family in case of emergency!

I have had a few different water delivery services in the past 13 years that I have lived where I do now. There was always issues of one kind or another. With Alhambra, I have had no issues. Delivery is prompt, delivery driver is amazingly personable and friendly, customer service is wonderful and the website is easy to maneuver. Thank you Alhambra! Best water delivery service by far!

I am so happy we signed up for Alhambra water delivery service for my family! Arturo our delivery representative is such a nice guy, friendly always smiling and I can set my watch by him - always on time and the notification reminders are great! I have referred so many friends!

We have had Alhambra deliver water for us during the entire time we have lived on the Monterey Peninsula. Their service has always been easy for us, as their on-line ordering is fast and efficient. When the 5 gal bottles became too heavy for my husband and me to carry into the house, we just changed to the 3 gal. bottles. Easy to change our order for that too It took a few weeks for us to figure out how many bottles to have delivered when we changed from 5 to 3, but because we could change our order up to a day before, that made that easy, too.Our delivery guy is great; cheerful in the morning, always verifies the number of bottles we want, and if I have forgotten to put the bottles out, he knocks on the door to let me know he is here. I have had no trouble with Alhambra, ever.

We ran out of water at our Clinic and called to see if we could get more drinking water. The person at the office told us they would deliver the next day. We were happy about that. Danny our usual delivery drive knew that we do a Functional Restoration Program here at Comprehensive Spine and Sport Center Salinas and that people are working hard and will need to stay hydrated. Weve been customers for over 30 years and have come to rely on their great tasting water, timely service and online notifications for delivery dates and arrival . Alhambra offers a large variety of other beverage choices which are available for delivery. We rarely have an issue and when we do, customer service is very responsive to concerns. Very satisfied customers!

Dont do it, they have horrible customer service. They never answer calls once you are a customer. On hold for 30 min. Delivery driver leaves bottles outside before office hours and isnt able to puck up empties. They have been told several times dont show up before 8am. Noooo, thats to hard to understand maybe his ⌚ watch doesnt work.

Great water, great service. I have been with them for over a year and have had only good experiences. Yes it is expensive, but I think it is worth it. More worth it than a lot of other things that eat up money. Water is life!

I love having hot water at the ready anytime Im having a cup of hot tea! I like the quality of the water. I know Im drinking low sodium water, which I need. And my delivery guy is great!

I love the taste of Alhambra water. It also tests well for TDS’. Over many years I’ve had very few delivery mistakes. I highly recommend it. I think it’s a high quality product.

I wanted to let Salinas Alhambra know they have one hell of a great employee!!. today we were at the Lowes in Paso Robles getting some stuff and my father in law and husband were struggling with this heavy duty door we had just bought... well as they were struggling the Alhambra truck pulls in. The driver by the name of “Jason” gets out and immediately helps out without hesitation! I just want to say THANK YOU!!!

The water is great, it is saving so many plastic water bottles, drivers are courteous and hard working. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Frustrated. First delivery was rescheduled twice without any notification until I called them to figure out what was going on. Then they tried to charge me for a delivery I was told was going to be free of charge until again I called and complained. Just called and cancelled service with them. Bad customer service.

I completely have to agree with all of the other comments here. Our driver is quite a jerk! Work on your customer service skills Alhambra.OH, let me add one more thing, try calling their customer service at anytime of the day and prepare to be on hold for 15 minutes or more. AND, if use their call back feature, you wont be called back.Im searching for a new provider as I sit on hold waiting for this company to answer so I can cancel my service.

Dont do it. It all start out easy until the billing comes into play. The dont give you credit for the bottles they pick up, they send more bottles than requested, they dont show up when they are supposed to, when you close your account they wont pick up your bottles in a timely fashion and charge you late fees.

These people keep droping off more than what I ordered and also dropped it off every week... Charged me for everything didnt want.. they cant seem to follow directions and cancel the water delivery even when you call and ask because they lie to you about it. Steer clear of Alhambra !! They are scammers!!!

Order water from them. Cancel service. They refuse to pick up the water machine and insist I drive 3-4 hours to deliver it to them and present them with a receipt to avoid paying 250$ for a 70$ machine. They had no problem delivering my water but god forbid they pick up their crap. Sounds scammy to me!

Absolutely terrible customer service. We have a regular weekly delivery. This should be easy. Not only did our regular delivery man fail three times in a row, but it took over an hour on hold on the phone to try to make this right. Their online site was not helpful; they never called back despite requests. And even once we tried to cancel, theyre trying to stick us with all manner of rental fees. Dont bother.

This is by far the worse company I have ever delt with - DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY or youll forever have problems. They have HORRIBLE customer service, a very inept administration and rude people on the telephone for help. I CANNOT say one good thing about this company and I have felt with them many times without any satisfaction. This company bought my last water company out (loved them) now its one horrible experience after another!

Good water but TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Ive called them many many times telling them i signed up for service once a month but they told me they the driver is in my area every 2 weeks so he was going to drop off water every 2 weeks. It was a constant argument that i wasnt going to pay for 2 week service and that i signed up for once a month. Finally, i canceled my service and its already been a month and they still havent picked up the cooler and obviously im being charge for it because im using it So i keep calling them asking when are they going to pick it up... and they always say someone already went mam nobody was home THATS A LIE IM ALWAYS HOME!!!! DONT GET THIS WATER YOU WILL SUFFER WITH THE WORSE SERVICE!!! better to go buy water yourself!!

I should have listened to the comments below. Water was never delivered, and when I called, after 30 minutes, they said that they cancelled the service and didnt know why. Worst service ever.

Dirtu water,i got a bottled water before and its dirty,something is floating inside,i called them and complain and they didnt do anything about it,they just come and pick it up,worst experience.

Worst customer service ever, I had a refund coming to me, due to a mistake on their part, that I never received.

The worse delivery service I have ever received. Delivery driver actually called my house to tell me that he would not deliver water the next day as promised by Alhambra Call Center and I would just have to wait for my regular scheduled delivery date. The delivery driver said that I didnt get my water last month because I did not pay my bill and that he delivered water to my neighbors because they paid their bill! My account is paid in full. He told me that he would not be making the extra trip to deliver my water. I called the Alhambra Call Center 3 times about this rude delivery person and was told they were emailing his supervisor....Nothing happened. The water did not get delivered as the driver promise. Im canceling my service and switching to Arrowhead.
