Weve been with Culligan for years, first with an affective soft-water system on our whole house, and for the past number of years a reverse-osmosis system of pure water for our kitchen. Their service, if needed, has been prompt and effective. Some say you can get the pure-water filtering systems elsewhere and do it yourself, but many also say they dont last as long. And, the tiny connections are very hard to do (or fix). Letting the professional do it is worth it and isnt available for those who do their own installations.

I’ve been a customer 4 years and they where great however the last few months they have not shown up and they still charge my account. In the last 6 weeks Culligan has shown up once, my water is back to being at the highest levels and the water is not soft. The customer service promises the service will be every two weeks but Nope, no one shows up!!! I’m going to cancel my account and demand a refund!’

Convenient, cold delicious water. No more bottles, extra waste and storage issues. Our only thought for improvement is getting the water bottles with a handle so its easier to lift and place on the tank. Other than that we have been extremely satisfied

Prices are very fair I have no plumbing issues, no hard water staining sinks and toilets and hair and skin and clothes all benefit from this wonderful soft water. Culligan delivers on time, it is hassle-free for me as the tank exchange is effortless on my part. I would have a hard time letting go of my softwater and Culligan!

I am just a small business owner and as a person who owns their own business I have learned some important rules along the way. first is how you treat others. second is your level of honesty and third is how well you know or perform your business. I have to say that Culligan water supply of Salinas has completely failed in every one of these categories. the level of incompetence in the front office is really poor and if you call them on it, be prepared to be met with professional disdain. yeah, attitude! Also the product I have gotten from them, useless. cost me hours and money. management? never called me back. all around Ill give them a 2 out of 10. thats because Im nice.

Culligan Water Conditioning has been delivering water salt for my water softner for the past two or three years. The delivery representative is always courteous, clean, and friendly. As I have very light colored carpets that he must cross in order to get to where the softner machine is, he has no problems taking off his shoes so he doesnt track dirt on my carpets. He did this and I didnt have to ask. Its the little things like this that make me happy I receive my water softner salt and service from Culligan of Salinas. I highly recommend them.

These guys set in my soft water unit quickly and very nice. The installer explained how the monthly (in my case) exchange worked and answered any other questions I had. I get an email from them monthly reminding me what day the exchange will take place and I am very satisfied with this company. I would recommend them, in fact I did to a neighbor and they are happy too.

Culligan sold me a water softener with a lifetime guarantee for service. The water softener has not been working properly and when called they want to charge a fee for service and parts that is not what they tell you when you buy the system. I do not recommend a culligan water softener to anybody due to their blatant lies of lifetime guarantee.

Culligan in Salinas was great, until they got my money.Service is poor once instalation is complete.The first service came without informing me of a day, month or time. No notification. I was charged for a service and 2 bags of salt. I called them, they refunded the money. They finally, sent me a calendar, but refused to give a time frame.Poor customer service.They do not answer the phones, which makes it very difficult to set up service appointments. When you can finally get through to someone, they refuse to set up a delivery time window.They want you to leave a key or garage door opener. I did this once, the delivery person did not put the controls in the mail slot...he left it on the ground next to the garage door. He did not fill up the container or do any servicing. He lied and said the container was full, it was half full. Then another cover up and said the system wasnt working. It took another day of waiting to find out it was working.They did not charge me, which was good.The next scheduled date, I called 1 week ahead to set up a time. They said they wold not no until the day of and not until late in the morning. I tried calling them at 8, 9 ...no answer and no answering machine.Really bad customer service.

We have enjoyed reliable and friendly service from this company for 20-30 years now. I cant recall when they merged with or absorbed Servi-soft but weve found them dependable and responsive to all our needs.

Needed repair/replace of RO at sink. Tech came out at appointed time and replaced unit due to rust. We are happy with the service and highly recommend dealing with this company!

I asked Eileen to postpone my delivery for two days as I was having work done on my car, and it was in the driveway, which would make it difficult for the Culligan delivery driver to deliver my tank through the garage. I have my tank delivered every two weeks. Eileen said shed get back to me. That was four weeks ago, and she hasnt gotten back to me, and I havent had a delivery since. I have paid my bill on time for 17 years and they havent even contacted me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
