A few weeks ago I ordered a part for my 2014 Nissan Versa by phone, the part I ordered has nothing to do with what my car needed, the person who attended me explained several times what part I needed and he told me “I know what Youre talking, I understand you ”I assumed that he knew what I needed from what he told me since he is the expert, when my room arrived it was nothing that I was occupying, my partner received the part and at that moment we realized that It was not the correct one, he returned and I told them what happened to which they replied that they would return the money but they were occupying my debit card which I commented that later I would go because I had the card with me, when I go to Nissan to return the piece my The surprise was that first they treated me very badly, they did not even say hello, then they told me that they would not return my money that there are no refunds in pieces, I told you that you told me that you knew what I was talking about when I ordered the piece and now that go if I do not use that part for my vehicle the part cost $ 92.45 I do not want to give my money as everyone works hard to have it due to a mistake made by an employee who does not even know what he does until today they return my money and the piece here is still waiting to be returned.Order242444

I went in to finalize the buyout of my leased Leaf. I had a choice of using Nissan of Gilroy or My Nissan. I don’t have a Nissan closer to my home as it had closed down. I basically just took a chance in choosing. At the same time, I scheduled a 30,000 mi.service. I anticipated the all of this taking at least half a day. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process took less than 3 hours. I had paperwork to deal with for the final purchase and a trip to a local bank. Everyone I had contact with, from the Manager, to the sales person, finance and service personnel were exemplary in their work. They were highly efficient and communicative. It was amazing actually.Notes: I appreciated the video of the service being performed. That was unexpected.One thing that might be a Nissan issue in general and not the dealership but, I feel that the Lease buyout inspection cost should be waved if the car is having a servicing done at the same time. It seems that inspection could be wrapped into the service itself. It was a substantial charge for that, but just a suggestion.Thank you!

I had an oil change. The service manager explain to me what the next service should entail. The list of maintenance options I should expect on my next maintenance visit. What I thought was great was the video inspection underneath my vehicle and an explanation what was being check. Thank you very much! I didnt have to get dirty.

I went in for an oil change service for my nissan and was there for about an hour and a half. I never received a text to notify me my vehicle was ready (as they said they would do). When I went to the service desk to check on the status of my vehicle, everyone was completely gone from the service department and the lights were off and doors locked. I could see my car parked outside and ready to go. What bothered me was that everyone went home and completely forgot about me. A simple update before they had left would of been nice so I wouldn’t of panicked when I seen everyone was gone. So unprofessional.

This service department charged me $100 for a zip lock tie to secure a cable before telling me about it to do the work if you want to get taken advantage of this is definitely the place to go and customer service for there too is as bad as it gets Lionila dont ever go near here!Update 1/23/21 they mentioned to contact them to get more information, no reply for over 2 almost 3 weeks. Folks this the service you want then definitely head on over.

I had a 10:30 appointment, I got there 15mim early. I was told that it would take about 1 hour to 1 hour and half, it took 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. This is second time this has happened. I gave the attendant 2 $5.00 coupons when I checked in that I did not get credit for on my bill. So no I will not be returning to this dealership anymore.

Normally I have a really good experience here, however when i had to go in this week, one of the service writers (a young guy) consistently wasnt wearing his mask indoors, hed see someone looking then put it on. The guy st the parts counter wasnt bothering to wear one at all. For your own safety stay away from this place until the coronavirus is over

We went through our own bank and were 100% pre-approved for much more than the purchase price of our vehicle, but they insisted on wasting our time while they ran the numbers, trying (I suppose) to beat the rate we had with our bank. (They couldnt) And then they had the utter gall to send us a letter a few weeks after our purchase turning us down for an auto loan that we NEVER applied for! Next purchase will be anywhere but here!

I visited the service maintenance department for an oil change and i would have liked to be inform about the waiting time since i it was going to be more than hour if without an appointment. Also, at the time to pay, the only information they went over was the payment but nothing about the free service inspection which i only found out on my own by looking at the forms. It is nice to received the free service inspection and have an awesome car wash, i am very pleased with the service guys and huge thanks to them because it is the main reason i come back to maintenance my car here.

I made an appointment to get rear left tire repair. I kept calling to see if they could put nitrogen in my tires, the person kept hanging up. I take my car in for repair. Then the guy comes out and say I have a nail in my back right tire, inner sidewalls. It seemed very odd because there was no problem with my other tires. The guy said, oh you going to have to buy a tire because that cannot be repaired. If you see where the nail, it is straight o.on the sidewall. Q50 2017.

I took my Nissan Versa Hatchback in for an oil change with my $5 coupon, I received in the mail. My tire sensor light was on and James had the service techs check my tires, I had just bought 2 new tires the week before. There was a nail in my tire and they patched it for me and washed my vehicle. I am always happy with my service at My Nissan in Salinas, CA.

Got a good deal. Staff were polite, respectful, and prompt. Everything went smoothly. Everything we agreed to on the phone was honored. Staff gave us a tutorial on the basic workings of the car (electric vehicles are new for us), asked what we specifically wanted to learn, and pointed out features they especially liked. The staff can be a little nicer. They are nice, but once you are done, they are done being nice. During COVID, the lobby is closed and it is really cold outside. Maybe some heating lamps or some tents to work as a temporary lobby. Especially in the Rain or Sun. I took my 370Z in for a look over when I first bought her from a different dealership and everyone was super friendly six months ago. I am not sure, but COVID is making everyone less friendly? Now is a time where we need people to be extra cheery and nice.

Nissan has been claiming that my cracked windshield is from a rock, but how could that possibly be when THE CAR ITSELF was nowhere near any kind of street, freeway, highway... it was parked outside of my house. NOT in motion. It continues to crack, also while remaining NOT IN MOTION. This has been happening since December and I’m being asked to cough up 800 out of my own pocket to fix it. This is really a terrible experience. I’d rather recommend my friends to Toyota or something.

I went in there on Monday May 18th because I was (and still am) experiencing problems regarding my Bluetooth in my stereo which I use often but havent been able to because it will sync up on starting my truck but after about 15 seconds it will disconnect and will sometimes try and reconnect but then it disconnects completely. I have tried to delete my phone and re-sync it but this has not helped. When I called and made the appointment I tried to explain this but I dont think I was quite understood and when I dropped off my truck I was going to try and explain that while I know they use their phones to connect and test the Bluetooth and that it would connect for a time I wasnt able to explain that its my phone that should matter since its my truck. And when I was told the obvious that their phones did indeed sync up correctly and that there was nothing they could do under the circumstances I felt I had wasted my time since the issue was not resolved. So I am somewhat reluctant to take it back unless I can assured the Bluetooth gets replaced or the entire stereo gets replaced. I would just like to see this resolved

Met my expectations that something would go wrong but its the cheapest Nissan dealer in the area. Frustrating that mechanics would get in the car and touch the paint/interior with greasy hands. Blatant disregard for anothers property. Wear gloves when doing work, take gloves off after completing work. Went in to have my brakes flushed in my 370Z, so initially was worried that they got brake fluid on my paint which is extremely corrosive to paint but was assured that it was only grease...

My father and i have bought four car in total with them. we always get good prices for the cars. however, the finances department is were we seem to have a problem. They well sell you Gab insurance and Red Alert which to be honest its something nice to have. however, when you cancel it, like in my case, my car got paid by the insurance so i didnt need to use it, so i called to cancel it. they send me a form to fill and send back which i did and that was all. havent heard anything from them. i have called, left messages, left voice and nothing and when they do answer they say they well call back, and let say, i been waiting for three weeks now.in my dad case he was charge twice for the same gab insurance and he went over to get a refund for the extra one he paid and let say it been more then a year and he is still waiting for the refund.i was planning to buy a new car since mine just got totaled but by the way thing are going with them, it doesnt seem like a well buy with them again.

Got new keys made there. Keys werent programmed right set off service light. Luckily immobilizer wasnt set off. Talked to manager Brian said I could rent a car for $50. New keys cant be made till Tuesday today being Sunday. I live an hour away and just want new keys that I paid for that work. Upon request for his superior contact info he gave me the number for a sex hotline I Google Nissan corporate info and will be voicing my concerns to them.Do not recommend this place. Would rather make a longer trip to next closest Nissan dealer

Update,Called right back to see how much was the trans fluid short, had to explain to 4 ppl, only to find out that THE FLUID WAS OVER FILLED. So why on earth would you mark it as a leak that requires immediate attention???? with zero shortage.One hour estimated work, took two 3 hours. Cvt trans fluid exchange cost over 300 dollars. After I got the inspection was surprised to find that they discovered a trans leak that needed an immediate attention, of course when I fix that, it will cost another 300 to replace that fluid which i just got replaced. Total rip off. Offered to wash afterwards, that never happened neither.

Misleading sales practices, aka. outright liars. I do not recommend.I had a very bad experience with My Nissan Kia in Salinas. I was calling for a used BMW and both their salesman (Julian) and the website posting was inaccurate. I explained that I lived 60+ miles a way and wanted to know a few things about the car before I came to see the car in person. They lied to me just to get me in the shop and wasted my time.Where did they mislead me?- the car was advertised at 49.3k miles, but when I saw it was 50.5k - just above the factory warranty period, i.e. 50k - this is a big deal when buying a used car)- the (low quality) images showed some wear on the leather of the front seat. When I asked the salesman, Julian, if the leather was scratched or if this was due to the pictures, he assured me that it was the pictures. He had just seen the car and the leather was in excellent condition. When I visited the car, the leather was ruined. The previous owners kept an animal in the car and it was scratched all over...
