The service is good and the prices of phones is alot cheaper than going elsewhere, some staff have no clue what the difference between wireless charging and portable charging is...... But dont blame The Company if you didnt do your research or learned how to properly use the settings correctly.

This is the worst cell phone customer service experience I ever had. Got there right at opening, one man in front of me. He waited over 1.5 hours just to add a line to his plan. He even left and went to Kwik Shop two times to use the restroom while waiting for his cell phone to be activated. It got worse from there. I wanted to add new service with two lines. The girl seemed incompentent about how to port numbers over. She called another store and they were also unable to help her. Finally, 5 cigarettes later, one phone was active, but the lady was still confused about why the other number would not port over. Waited a total of 3 hours. The only saving grace is that the phone service seems to be functioning properly. The reason we left US Cellular was because their prices were out of control. I guess it is that you get what you pay for. Quality cell phone service with good pricing but plan to spend the majority of your day here.

Better off calling boost or connecting with them on line. Employees dont really know how to do much other than take your money for phone bill and activate service. Disappointed in service. Not as great as is should be. My phone bill should be 105 (all included taxes and fees) they charge a $3 pay in store fee. So that is 108. Went in to pay bill and they wanted to charge me 122.57??? Ummm for what? Employee stated taxes and fees. Nope. Goodbye boost! Even when my bill was 110 before most I ever paid was 117 with taxes and fees. This place is ridiculous!

Lady that runs the store is never there.. Cant ever get anyone on the phone amd extremely marked up prices... Go to walmart for cheap phones and service, boost mobile SHOULD BE A LAST RESORT..

I went there just now to switch my moms AT&T plan to boost. That was a mistake. They open 10am - 6pm. Got there at 1030. No closed sign no we will be right back sign. Looks like they just didnt care to open their store at all. I also called and it just rang. Not even a voice mail system so I can leave a message.

Didnt try very hard to find us a good deal. Free galaxy s8 advertised on radio, didnt honor it. Walked out paying almost 300 for an old iphone, wirh half rate cell service

Bought a new phone from boost mobile. Was told and given rebate forms sent in same day 3 months later no rebate. Called boost they said call sprint every time I call I get hung up on before it gets even answered.needless to say no rebate from boost. There rebate promise is just a advertising ploy to get you to buy a new phone.dont fall for there tricks. How I hate false advertising.
