I had a positive experience with CPR - I will go back there anytime I need a phone fixed. CPR Phone staff are courteous, professional, and pretty quick. They determined the problem with my phone was a simple fix and got it done while I waited, very quick. I will have to go back as the charging port will need to be replaced; somehow their cable worked well, but my newly purchased cable has a sporadic connection that doesnt charge the phone. Probably my fault I didnt insist on getting it replaced, but I was so encouraged to see that it was charging with their cable that my optimism obscured my prior experience with an iffy connection. And as I type this I jiggled it just right - now its charging OK, but that wont work in the car. Regardless of my phone issues, CPR is legit - I believe they will fix your phone quick for a fair price.

Oscar fixed my girlfriends phone my german shepard puppy chewed.I was pretty sure the phone was done for good. The phone didnt even turn on, vibrate, nothing and of course there was no backup for it. I came in with a charging issue for my phone and I thought it needed a new charging port for my phone. I came in and the guy up in the front said to first just clean it out and then take it from there. It turned out that all I needed and the guy. It was fast. No more then 5 min. Now I know where to come for phone issues.

I took one of our companies tower that was not turning on, CPR was able to fix it with in a week at a great price. Good experience with CPR I will definitely be coming back if I need their services.

Got my daughters phone fixed here within the day the screen was ghost touching and then a few days later it was completely black. Went to the store and their “warranty” was filled with a bunch of excuses on why it didn’t cover it and basically threw away $230.

The price given for the replacement of my phone screen was competitive. The staff was professional and courteous. The repairs took the time that I was told they would take. They were also careful in respect to COVID-19 with plexi-glass screens, facemasks and hand sanitizer. Great experience.

First of all, the official name has been changed to CPR (Computer Repair Service) which doesnt really come close to the variety of services that they offer to public. They do lot more than just computer repairs. You can take your half dead cell phone, or TV or tablet and they will give them a new life at a very affordable price. Best part is that they will give you detailed info about whats wrong with your device and what are your options. The manager Lee and Ashley treat everybody with respect and practice honest customer service on daily basis. I have never had a bad experience there.

My laptop fell and dropped to the floor, shattering the screen. Thankfully, I was able to get it repaired here, for a decent price and within a good time frame. My only concern is that Ive suddenly noticed Avast Antivirus installed on my laptop, although I have never had it before (I use Windows Defender), so Im concerned about someone installing them without my knowledge / consent. I take my privacy seriously.

No professionalism and accountability. They encourage their customers to give them good reviews so they can increase their ratings.My personal experience: I went in to fix my keyboard buttons but the buttons were not the matching ones as my keyboard.Secondly, my computer was all black but when I got it back my keyboard was black with silver. I pointed this out to the the manager (female) but she brushed me off and told me thats how it is.In addition, they did not bother asking for my number and put a random one so they had no way of contacting me. I had to call them myself and ask them for the updates on my laptop repair..

It is ok..I recently took my phone and my husbands phone in for repair. His stopped charging and mine the screen went black after 2 weeks and all I wanted were the photos in it. My husband had the same pics on the phone that died. BOTH albums were deleted. Who does that? While the repairs are fine and the phone works, I am very disappointed that they chose to go through our pics and delete them..

Bought my brand new Samsung 10+ in for screen protector an case the day I got it .Almost two months later they still dont have screen protectors for it?They just got one case for it.Now if my phone was brokenAnd they fixed it I would have no way of it being protected when I leave ?Priorities.Accessories are a necessity after something is broke then fixed . But I could be wrong.call and make sure they have everything you need before they fix your whatever is broken to stay protected.

Took my disfuncrioning iPhone to AT&T Wireless who referred me to Tech Guys. We got off to a rocky start, but I persisted in questioning what was going on. All the employees I dealt with over a period of 3 days were both professional and knowledgeable. My iPhone is now working properly and a lesser cost than if I had used my insurance. Awful, they tried to sell me windows for 80 bucks. Windows is free btw. Didnt fix my ram placement in my motherboard. Just an awful experience, they try and squeeze all the money out of you. Oscar was his name I believe. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.also they tried justifying charging me for an operating system that i already owned. the way they organized the wires in my computer is a dust hazard and completely amateur . never going back. they couldnt even install ram correctly . they put my ram sticks next to each other, which is probably the most noob thing you could do in building a pc.

The service was amazing and the delivery was fast.I took my iPhone 6S to get the screen fixed (it was severely cracked) and they didnt have the part in (due to how amazing and busy they are, DUH lol. .) They said the screen should be in, within a week.Well, they actually called the next day, letting me know my screen had arrived! I took it in as soon as they gave me a call, and they had the screen fixed within 30 minutes. Hows that for convenience, huh?! On top of that, I received a coupon off of the total price, for the inconvenience of the screen not being available, when i first came in AND I also received a screen cover as a promotion they had.I paid $150 for my repair but the great thing about going to the Tech Guys is that, you have a 90 day warranty if anything happens you can go back and reap the benefits of going to them, in the first place :D

TLDR: Definitely recommend bringing your devices here, their price is well worth their quality. They saved me hundreds of dollars in new hardware!My gaming computer was having major issues. I couldnt figure out the problem, and I built the thing! It had been running perfectly for over a year so I was confident it was all hooked up right. While I was gaming a BSOD occurred. Computer wouldnt post, nothing would show on the display and an abnormal red LED was shown on my motherboard labeled as VGA_LED. It was all pointing to a hardware failure due to the fact that it wouldnt even post to the BIOS screen! Tech guys could have easily told me I have a dead motherboard and it would be completely reasonable. However, they ran a few more tests as they were unsure and had one of their best Tech Guys take a look. An employee called him The Computer Guru lol. It was fixed on that day! I was only charged for one hour of time ($80) despite all of the troubleshooting and diagnosing. What blew me away was that according the The Computer Guru the problem lied in my operating system... Which is bewildering because my computer never even made it that far in the boot process.. I was sure operating system came after BIOS in the boot sequence.
