I received Outstanding Customer Service at this store when I worked with Guillermo!! He went out of his way to help me get my service started back up. When the store didn’t have my SIM card, he called to another store and told them what I needed so it was an easy transition. Guillermo was friendly, gave great customer service, and was very knowledgeable! Highly recommend working with Guillermo!
Terrible customer service at this T-mobile, the manager is unfamiliar with their promotions. I had to leave and call customer service to get my new phone returned and exchanged within the 14 day policy on the back of my reciept. The manager refused to return and exchange my phone. I had to leave and call customer servicr and them had to drive to a different location with customer service on the phone to get the correct service. Finally, after almost 8 hours I was able to finish my transaction. I would recommend finding a different store and avoid this one as the employees are not trained properly and lack customer service skills and most of all compassion.
The employee in this store has a bad service! I came to fix my crack front screen, when i came back they broke my back phone too. And the manager doesnt even get me a compensation. I have to call the sprint customer service to file a complaint.
Fraudulent practices! Check you bill.I have used this store since it was Sprint and now as T Mobile. Twice now I have had an employee deceptively add no cost services to my account only to find it on my monthly bill later. Once I thought it was either confusion or a misunderstanding between me and the employee. Twice seems to be pattern, and I bet Im not the only one.
Customer service is terrible. They do not have interest in accommodating their customers. No acknowledgement whatsoever for their clients coming in and standing around. The technicians are uninterested in prioritizing you and your current problem; and if they do something faulty on their behalf, they will tell you that your phone or device was already in that condition. You’d expect more from technicians so be weary whether or not you let them handle your device as they might ruin it even more. After coming here a few times, I wonder why I even bother. As the information they end up telling me, I couldve easily figured out for myself after research or they have you end up calling Spring Corp. eventually, for THEIR technical support. They take no responsibility for anything. For the looks of it they lack experience and management. Specifically, a technician named Jose. Avoid him as he will appear to know what he is talking about yet does not. He gave me a faulty suggestion that I later found out had nothing to do with the product I purchased. Then again, another female technician of whose name I did not catch recommended another faulty suggestion. If you would like to NOT have your problem resolved within reasonable time and with some lack of expertise well look no further, THIS is the SPOT!
This was the WORST cellular experience I’ve ever had in my life. The workers are pessimists and honestly do NOT know how to help you. The service they provide is ridiculous. They completely SCAMMED AND ROBBED me and I am extremely unsatisfied. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PESSIMIST COMPANY!!!
The worst experience I ever had. First the sold us a phone on someone elses account & didnt inform us the phone did not have a phone jack. We were just in to return the phone & they couldnt do that simple task. Our account had notes about no restocking fee. And they wouldnt do it. So they had to contact another manager from another store to come & unlock something. They were rude & disrespectful. They were raising the music on purpose. We asked them to turn it down & they wouldnt. They threatened me to turn off my camera or they will call the cops while outside. We were there for a least 2 hrs for a simple return. They dont deserve any stars.
Great service. Been a Sprint customer for over 8 years. This location is the only Sprint store Ill visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Really a hit or miss, yet just went in and got helped right away. IT was a very pleasant visit and got super helpful advise. There is one person in particular who went above and beyond for sure. I hope she stays and continues to give her 100% amazing customer service.
Made appointment on the website, went to the location and noone onsite, other people are outside waiting and it states the store is open. Call the store number noone is available to answer. If store is not open it should reflect on the website.
I had great customer service at this store!! I went in and was helped almost right away. I told the employee named Alondra what I wanted and that I wanted to save the most money as possible when doing my upgrade and she did just that instead of persuading me to go for the most expensive phone or better “deal”. She got me in & out which is what I wanted. 10/10 was her service. If you’re looking into getting things done I would go to her.
I am supporting Sprint. I have been a Verizon customer for years and finally made the switch. It is literally half the price! The coverage isnt quite as good, but it is worth it. The staff at this particular store were very helpful, each jumping in to help wherever they could. They were very knowledgeable and I would recommend going here.
I just received excellent service from Miguel and Jose in the store. My daughter has had a problem with her phone for nine months, and the online sprint customer support has not been very good. But when we brought the phone into this store, the team was really excellent at helping us right away, identifying the problem, and coming up with a solution at a very reasonable price! (Free). Thanks everybody in the store for all your help.
Charles helped us create a new Sprint Store account and transfer over lines from Verizon and Sprint. Our situation was a little complicated but he was very helpful and patient. I asked a lot of questions and he did a great job getting the info I needed.
Really hit or miss on this store. You can get an amazing and helpful employee, or you can get someone that doesnt seem like theyd be able to find their way out of a paper bag. Its a phone store, where no one can seem to answer the phone - if they did, it would have saved me a trip. Really wouldnt recommend unless you are a person with amazing luck - you might wind up with the one good representative out of the bunch of unhelpful, unhappy people working here.
This store is extremely disrespectful and hard to get customer service. I walk in once every couple of months and every time I do I wait two hours, the wait would be fine but i feel disrcimnated against more often than not. Ill do their check in and see people that come in after me get called in and worked in way before me.

This is a mediocre store, the machine to make payments doesnt work, you have to wait for the staff and when you make your payment they say they dont have change.the staff is not well trained, they dont know how to use their own system.some of the staff are nice and try to be helpful.

Seem all of the sprint location seen to lack service and ability to provide corrections to there billing error. It would be nice if they offered the same excitement in there commercials to sell there product. As well as offer a true understanding in there customer service at store location levels.....
Couldnt accommodate me after being with them since they were Nextel yeah quite a while almost 2 decades. They only offered deals to new customers without consolation for loyalty. Goodbye Sprint.
In order for me to post, I had to provide a star rating. My true rating is a 0. I was at this store from 2:30 - 5-45 PM and ended up walking out fustrated and upset due to the manager. I brought new cars and a boat in less time.Bryanna, the manager, needs customer service training. Her phone was more important than helping me or wanting to speak to the sprint representative on my phone. I have been a loyal sprint customer for a long time and its a shame that sprint will lose a customer due to one very bad experience and bad management.I dont understand how a large corporation like sprint hires or promotes people that doesnt put customers first. My experience in this store was unacceptable!
This is the third time time i go into this store and its the same experience. They dont care about their customers and it shows. I went in with a broken screen from my phone. I wanted to talk to the technician he didnt came out. i asked for a copy of my insurance to see why they wanted me to pay for the whole deductible and one of the people there said that she didnt know she asked someone else and their response was just a no while looking at her phone. They didnt even ask me for my information to look it up. There was about 7 people working in there and not a single one tried anything i was their only customer. They dont even deserve a 1 start.

Here’s a warning: DO NOT let Alondra the sales rep assist you. She had lied and given misinformation due to her lack of knowledge causing many over charges on my account that I was NEVER refunded for. Multiple times she would cause an issue in store and refer me to customer service hotlines so they could fix the problems she caused on my account. Disappointed with this sprint location.
For me to be a new customer to Sprint I wasnt sure what to expect. The agent that assisted me was more than helpful. He walked me through the entire process of switching my number from another carrier. I left for a few hours and came back and he was still there to continue assisting me. I walked away with the phone I wanted, the phone service I needed and nothing extra nor did he push the extras he just mentioned them. I came back a few days later when I was having trouble with the phone and he offered to replace it right then and there. Being in the hospitality business myself, I was very satisfied with this site and my buying experience.
Staff is lazy and unhelpful. They dont want to do anything for you in the store, even when they are perfectly capable of doing so.We went into the store because the SIM card in my phone stopped working. They had me call a customer service number to order a new SIM card (while we were in the store) and we were told by the operator that the store could help us and provide a new SIM card.After relaying this obvious information to the sprint employee, they magically had SIM cards in the back and were able to replace my faulty SIM card within minutes.This is one of many unhelpful visits weve had at the Sprint store.Cant wait for our contract to END!

I have been a sprint customer for over eight years. I moved to califorina two years ago, at which point I up graded my phone and had to sign a new two year contract at this store on main st.. I lived in greenfield so I asked how the service was in greenfield and was told according to the map it was great. Its wasnt. In my home at best I had one bar. Called customer service and was informed by them greenfield was on the border of a dead zone. When I asked I the store could or did not tell me this they stated they did not lnow why. When I talked to the personal in the store why they didnt tell me this they stated they were not techs and could only go by they map. When asked if there had been others with my problem they stated they could only fill out a reported. They stated they filled out many reports. In the two years I got the same run around. So if you want to play this sign up. Heres what I find funny if the map the problem why hasnt the store ask to a tech sent out to greenfield or any other problem area. Have them re-check and re-zone the map. Just goes to show how much they care about the customer
This Sprint store in Salinas has the most horrific customer service. In particular a sales rep Varicela is nothing but i low life hussler. She purposely gave me no good advice, or disclosure that the phone she was selling me would get no data coverage about anywhere. I could not even get a connection in Watsonville..zero. Varicela was nothing less than rude, unfriendly, and pathetically ignorant. I will never enter that store again.

Sprint customer service at this store and the Sprint phone customer service deserves not one star but a negative rating. This store has since moved to another location. Sprints customer service was and most likely still is rated the worst in the cell phone industry. It is rated the worst by a long shot.
Today I went to the sprint store in Salinas an employee came over and asked me if I needed help I told him yes I handed him my iPhone he took one look at it and said that he couldn’t help me because he didn’t know anything about iPhones because he didn’t own one he said excuse me I’ll be right back he went to the back of the store and left me standing waiting for him over 20 minutes so I figured he wasn’t coming back so I left I look back and he returned to the counter where I was standing but I had left already this store should be closed because the employees are unprofessional I would never go back again
Unlike most people that write comments based on one visit, mine is based off several years of using this store. Like every business with some form of customer service, it has its good days and bad days; good employees and bad employees. Most times when I have gone to upgrade a line, the help has been great (may or may not be due to commission). Other times I have been ignored. Just depends on who is working.Recently as of Aug. 20, 2013, I received a great amount of assistance from the employees. My phone ceased to operate and instead of brushing me off and telling me to go through Asurion for a replacement, they held the phone for the day attempting to troubleshoot before telling me they would order a replacement through Sprint (not Asurion). My replacement phone was ordered without having to pay a cent. So overall my experience with this location has been good.

Worst sprint store ever. The manager kept telling me and my brother to call customer support to get help instead of helping us in the store. This is the worst service I have ever dealt with at a real setting. On the phone with customer support now and they said that the store couldve and shouldve helped us!! This is ridiculous.
