I walked in and had to wait for a few minutes, Carlos greeted me and asked how he could help. I needed to open a new line with the same phone number. Carlos was helpful, pleasant and patient in this process. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I would not mind coming back.

I was ready to cancel my plan with Verizon, I went here and told them I wanted to cancel because I was paying too much, Maria and this other guy helped me that day, Maria is awesome UNFORTUNATELY her co-worker is a dishonest person he Offered me a lower plan he said the only way to obtain it was buying the Verizon hum, he said I wasn’t gonna get monthly fees for that, which was a lie !!!! So I wasted like 2 hours on the phone back and forth getting that taken out of my plan because I was being charged for it . Maybe I wouldn’t mind paying but it bothers me he wasn’t straight up, ..this store needs more people like Maria and less people like her co worker. !!
