We only called in to replace a hat that my wife lost on route 1. They had the hat put aside and were expecting us. UK dealers could learn a lot from these guys 👍👍👍👍

I want to thank everyone at West Coast Harley Davidson for making my first new motorcycle purchase a great experience.Terry got in touch with me the very next morning after I scheduled a online test ride on a 2020 iron XL1200NS and scheduled it at my convenience. I fell in love with the bike the second we went on a ride so I had to have it. .Geo was awesome helping pick and choose my entire passenger set up and trim parts.The finance guy made it super easy and clear and answered any questions about loans and all that good paperwork stuff. Peanut and his service guys will always be there for any of your motorcycle needs and to be honest the only place Ill take my motorcycle for service. My headlight bulb went out and peanut insisted to take it in as soon as possible and I took care of me stress free .While we we there we schediale my 1k check up and my passenger seat set up to be installed the very next week when I was available. The owner of West Coast Harley-Davidson has closed this location in Salinas, CA, and consolidated its inventory with their sister store, House of Thunder Harley-Davidson, in Morgan Hill, CA. Fortunately, their service manager, Philip (aka Peanut), transferred to the Morgan Hill location, so you can still expect the same great customer service in their Service Department.

This was by far the best dealership I’ve been to. I’ve been to several across the country and this is the first military friendly and reliable dealership I’ve been to. Very nice workers and the 1k service on my BOB was quick. I’ve waited on previous bikes for 4-5 hours and they took 2.

I had the best dealer experience of my life at West Coast HD. Shane and Sunny and all the guys there are great. I came in never having owned an HD or even bought a new bike straight from a dealer. They were more than happy to let me test ride the brand new model I was interested in, they worked with me on getting what I wanted for my trade-in, and took great care of my wife and I.Since I got the bike about a month ago, Ive gotten a couple of calls from the guys there to check-in and see how Im enjoying the bike, and extend invitations to their bike nights and events.I wouldnt hesitate to send any of my friends or family who were interested in a new bike straight to West Coast HD. I have a new key fob that needs to be programed and MONEY HUNGRY WEST COAST HARLEY DAVIDSON DEALERSHIP wanted to charge me $64.50 which no dealership should charge you for that. It leaves a bad impression on the whole industry.So I called HOUSE OF THUNDER HARLEY DAVIDSON DEALERSHIP in Morgan Hill, CA and they said they would do it for free!If I ever choose to make a purchase I will definitely not go to West Coast Harley.They are MONEY HUNGRY.

Oh my gosh, had THE best experience! My boots had a major blow out in the middle of a trip from the OC to Carmel. Have been here before when I visited, but this day was above great! West Coast Harley was a great experience to get our 2010 Sportster back to fully operational after 5 years of PNO. We were in the middle of a cross-country move and Phil (Peanut) allowed us to keep the bike on a tender for 2 weeks while we waited for the transporter to pick it up. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a used bike from this store and ran into some issues with the fork seal leaking, whatever stuff happens I made my appointment to get it warrantied. While it was in the shop I received a call from Phil who notified me that my rear ABS sensor was broken. He promptly began searching for the part which was not an easy one to find. Long story short. Phil expressed genuine concern for getting my bike and I back on the road as fast as possible. I would recommend this service department to anyone in need of servicing. Good job guys.

Andy & Theresa provided me with over the top and beyond the call service. My bike got a flat. After calling a tow truck I did not want to leave my bike outside. Andy agreed to wait for me until the tow truck dropped off the bike. Once I got here he took his time to ensure that I was properly taken care of. He even called a cab for me. The next day Andy made a few calls to locate a correct replacement. Though I had to wait I was very appreciative and the entire staff was very courteous an accomodating. Nothing but the highest regards and compliments to Andy and the Monterey-Salinas Harley-Davidson staff.

Service dept is helpful but be prepared to pay full HD prices. Limited in-stock full helmets (only had one -- the display model), but tons of half-helmets (I like my face too much to wear one of those). Purchasing a used bike was fairly painless compared to car purchases, financing guy is super chill. Salesmen know your name and greet you every time you come in. Lots of used bikes to pick from that you can get for much less than new, but be sure to closely inspect -- mine had a lot of rust on the spokes and a nearly bald front tire, just build that into your offer. They took off some $ when I pointed those two out, no hassle. Not nearly as busy as the photos suggest.

Ive never had a bad experience here. I own 2 Harleys and these guys have always treated me like a king. Whenever they fix anything for me it works the first time every time. Their staff is cordial, professional, and very friendly.

My motorcycle started dying on me on a group ride near Carmel. Called up the dealership and they asked me to come in directly. Dennis helped me right away and explained the possible causes of the problem. They ran a diagnostic test right away and identified the likely culprit and fixed it. I was back on the road in an hour and able to join my friends on the way back. Great people to work with! I would definitely recommend this place.

I really appreciated Matt working with us and picking us up at our motel. Service staff were prompt and got us back on the road in great time. They helped us out of mess getting us back to vacationing quickly. They went above and beyond expectations.
