I really loved visiting this Starbucks on my way out of town. Youd think is was just another nothing special Starbucks location, but dont judge a book by is cover. I was in line waiting to order a drink for my wife and I while heading out if town. I couldnt help but be amazed at this Managers love and care he had for every single customer. You could tell he was genuine and he truly wanted to make their experience top-notch. He helped solve issues and took his time, the customers that he helped left smiling and happy. Id work for this guy!! This location does it right. I never got his name but he is a great manager who has an A plus attitude. For that I give 5 stars.

Starbucks in Sherwood Gardens is hands down the best one I e ever been to. Their drive thru window moves so fast and smooth. The employees are very friendly. My order is right all the time.

I came to the Starbucks 4 days ago to order me a pink drink with red dragon fruit and whipped cream on top I called before I went and they told me they had it available when I got there they gave me something else that I wasnt even asking for and there was no whipped cream the girl just wouldnt listen to my order she was trying to give me a order that I didnt want and I left her very unhappy I could not get my refund back cuz they already had made the drink wouldnt go back to that place again the only place I would stay at is the one on South main Street is the one that I like that are very organized

Starbucks is starbucks, service or products are the same anywhere. Average coffee, average price. NOTHING to write home about.

So much potential for a good coffee shop. But its bathrooms are horrifying unbearable. The bathroom had a putrifying smell, which hit my brain right away. The smell was a combination of homeless scents and cigarettes. And here are picture evidence of what lurks underneath your toilet seat.

I had Combination D it was DELICIOUS! The orange chicken was perfect, the shrimp vegetable had crisp veggies with tasty shrimp. The dinner was great.

I hate getting a cup full of ice especially when it’s coffee. Ease up on the heavy ice hand. For the amount I took out at home I didn’t even have a drink😅 🤦🏼‍♀️

Fast and friendly.Havent been to this Starbucks in over a year.. The customer service was horrible, drinks were always wrong and the Baristas were rude. This cisit was great.. the Baristas were pleasant and you could see how everyone worked well together.. Totally like Night and Day.. Great job with new staffing

Great coffee great service

Everytime I go here my drink is always watered down. Last time I asked for light ice and they said my cup wont be filled all the way. So I changed my order to a Oat Milk Latte and it just tasted like coffee and water. My mom ordered a Chai Latte with 4 honey and she even said it tasted watered down. Also, I always ask for light ice and Ive never been told that my cup wont be filled to the brim. Other Starbucks locations usually just say Okay and fill my cup.

This is my favorite Starbucks to order from. I order ahead and they never get my order wrong. I love going through the drive through just because they have the nicest person at the window. I believe he goes by the name of Bo. An Amazing coffee and a friendly nice person can really make your day!!!

Worst Starbucks I have ever been too terrible customer service tried to make me pay extra for a little bit more almond milk. I want less coffee and more milk and you want to charge me? This is ridiculous so I walked in after I went through the drive-thru and they gave it to me with no problem. The end result is the wrong brew of coffee thats now too cold because they didnt pour the hot coffee over the almond milk like any barista with a brain would. 👍UpdateSince theyve reopened after construction everything Ive gotten from the Starbucks has been ruined they handed me a venti frappuccino that was 3/4 of the way full and I asked why it wasnt all the way full so they took it back made me wait 10 minutes when they have a line full of people to give me the same drink that they just re Blended and on the bottom there are huge chunks of what Im hoping is soy milk but Im not sure and I dont drink or eat dairy the person who didnt make my drink assured me that its not dairy but my question is why they didnt just remake the drink instead of blending the one that theyd already made incorrectly and then handed it back to me so full that it was spilling all over my hands and inside my car and on my pants was that for punishment because I asked for it to be full? It should have been full in the first place.

Good. But always busy. Long lines. Like really long lines. Especially in the drive thru.

Let me tell you a secret. The sugar plum croissant are back and they are the best tasting treat that ive ever put in my mouth ever. The best. And im pretty chunky so i have a lot of favorites so please take my word and try a sugar plum croissant. And if you like it like i know you will, please buy me one too. They are life changing GOOD 👍

Waited in line for 40mins before getting into the line we looked up the time they closed and made sure we saw people inside when it got to our turn we waited for like 5 mins till I got off to check and the star bucks was then empty and saw the employees driving away keep in mind there was a big line behind us and they weren’t even considerate to tell the people in line that they closed they just left around 9:15 when online it says 10pm they close

It was a bit busy and it took me 15 min to get my drink. And about 5 min before they took my order and I was first in line. Nice people working there and they made my drink perfect though.

Staff are always friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The smell of freshly brewed coffee is heavenly. I love to meet friends there for a good chat, or spend quiet time on my own. Other patrons are friendly (Im using crutches right now & someone always offers to get the door for me). Its just a great part of the neighborhood. Oh, just in case I forgot to say, they make excellent coffee & never mess up my orders!

The drinks are usually good and consistent, but not consistent enough. Not kept clean. Tables and floor dirty. All employees should be friendly, but nope.

Barista Daisy is rude and needs to work on her bad attitude and people skills instead of saying “hi what can I get for you” she just rudely says “what can I get for you”. Nothing but rudeness and then I was standing at the bar and she ignored me. But thankfully the Nice well mannered Barista Liz was there to help me out with my simple request of a water refill Thank You Liz I appreciate your good customer service. Starbucks please give Liz a raise or a promotion she’s awesome 👏🏼

Starbucks is kind of overrated, but this one has the same solid service and coffee.

This is small Starbucks so Ill call it cozy. Ive been here a few times and find the staff to be friendly. Every time Ive gone here I had the same drink and found each time it was made correctly. FYI, there is no drive thru. Its fir windows.

Its the season right now where everyone is coming for the medicine ball. They ran out of the ingredients ☹ Im aware its close to closing tome, but they know when its cold outside most people use the drive thru. I had to wait 10 minutes to get out of line

Went in no other customers. I was there 5minutes before anyone said someone will be with you. I just find it rude there were plenty of employees there were 2 in drive thru, two working on drinks and one working on food area.

Starbucks never fails to make me feel right at home when it comes to a great tasting coffee much needed in order to get my day started at times when work really has me absolutely consumed and energy drained, a fast and cheap cup of delicious hot coffee makes me happy and gives me the motivation to continue to move forward with my day with work with life.

Never go here if you are in a hurry. Especially in the mornings. I’ve been late to my 8 am class just for trying to make a “quick” stop for coffee. I typically wait 20 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich.

Not actually open until 11/11:30. Door hours sign says 10pm (handwritten 🙄), but they kicked all the patrons out at 9pm with no warning and said sorry new hours were closed now... which is pretty irritating when you walk in at 8:45 to get some studying done.

My third time here. I have never seen a Starbucks bathroom this dirty before. Bathroom is dirtier than gas station bathroom. I wonder if the staff wash their hands here. Yuck! Also, some staff doesnt know what light ice means.

Always make my drinks perfectly

We like going to this Starbucks bc it’s right next to 101 and it’s perfect when we leave to SoCal. Tonight we arrive there at 11:10pm bc it said on that they close 11:30 we literally waited in the drive trough for like 10-15 minutes with no response it would of being nice if at least we got a “Hey we are close forTonight “ instead of just leaving us there hanging. Two cars were in front of us. If your hrs are wrong on google fix them. Mind you there was people inside and didn’t seem to care to say something. Not cool.

Horrible they decided to close the lobby early 7pm with a paper note in the window! I asked why they were closed she said they had a emergency???? We then had to wait in drive thru for over 20min ridiculous and to top it off the coffee was weak watered down👎

My drink was completely wrong I asked for a passion fruit ice tea lemonade with peach added which they charged me for my ice tea didn’t have lemonade or peach in it I also order a banana nut bread warmed up when I got the bread it was cold... not a good place to grab drinks unless you want to be completely disappointed as I was.
