ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Upon arriving at the drive through, it clearly states FULL SERVICE BOTH SIDES. Waited for over 20 minutes in the 1st lane, only for them to refuse to take my prescription. They said they were only doing Covid tests. The little girl at the window responded with complete rudeness and attitude. My husband went in to give them the RX and during that time they realized they didnt put the sign up...at THAT time the sign what put out.. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

They didn’t process my return because they said I had to wait 24 hours before I can actually return it which makes no sense as to why we would have to wait longer with this corona

We stopped in and bought disposable cameras which Im glad they still offer. The counter attendant wasnt very focused on the customers though.
They took to long. They took 40 min to give me my medicine and there was only 4 people ahead of me.
Want to pharmacy there for first time to get a script filled for my wife who just got out of surgery and a very ghetto girl named Jessica there was the rudest person ever she had a very bad attitude towards customers I dont think she likes her job she gave us a four hour wait time and when we ask for the script back she shoved it back at us and told us its the same wait time everywhere wich is not we got it filled somewhere else in 15minutes she had the nerve to tell us not to come back and when we asked for manager he was being interrogated by police officers in back of store looks like he was in handcuffs horrible place never again
They are very unprofessional and dont own up to their mistakes. Diapers were on sale and I guess they labeled the wrongs one and they said they made a mistake and I felt really embarrased
Bad supporters
I wanted 2+ 2 additional passport photos for my son. Manager was very rude and angry. She wanted to charge us 16+16=$32 while their website clearly mentions that additional passport photos only cost 3.99. CVS staff including manager are not well trained. It was a bad experience and felt humiliated. Filed a complaint with CVS corporate.
