What is there NOT to like at Baskin Robbins? Its been a staple around here for as long as I can remember. They also have online specials and weekly walk in specials as well. Lets not forget BIRTHDAYS. You get a free scoop of any of your favorite flavors! Ya cant beat that!

Like all Baskin Robbins, they offer many different choices and more non-dairy or no sugar added items so they can be a little more guilt free.This particular location gets a lower than five star rating due to its very limited parking but thats not the fault of the product but the choice of location.

The ice cream was good as usual but the two women that worked there made us feel like we were annoying them by being there. They weren’t busy, we were their only customers and it was as though they had something better to do. Unfortunate customer service experience when I was trying to have a fun surprise outing with my family.

Love how this location closes at 10 pm not like the one on LAUREL... had to drive all the way to the south side just to get icecream at 9:55pm on a cold day!

Visited Fri evening I think. The staff was sociable and attentive. The bill wont break you.

Was just there earlier and got really bad customer service from the 2 little girls working there tonight. I literally ordered the 2 easiest shakes and didn’t ask for anything else. Please train your employees to smile and have manners. Lol.

Fast and friendly never had a problem with my order. Did have one bad experience with a worker once but the manager made everything all right.

I think that they should have two person making a specialty ice creams and having one person serving scoop ice cream cones for those people who dont want to wait other than that service was okay
