A friend recommended Lighthouse Door Company; however, due to more reviews and a higher rating, I ended up using another company. The other company came out the same day I called; however, scheduled to do the repair the next morning at 9:00. I cancelled an appointment to be home the next day at 9:00. At 9:00, they called saying they couldnt make it at 9:00 but would call back shortly with what time they can come. 2 hours later they called and said they could come in 1 1/2 hours. So 9:00 turned into 1:30!The service they performed was great. It only took 1 hour to replace a set of torsion springs and balance, tune and lube everything. However, the price was $420! Seriously, for a $60 part from Amazon and 1 hour labor?!So I called Lighthouse Door Company and was quoted $295 for the same work. Dang, I could have saved $125 had I listened to my friend!SO IF YOU NEED YOUR GARAGE DOOR REPAIRED, CALL LIGHTHOUSE DOOR COMPANY!!!

I love these guys. Needed to replace an old school manual garage door that just hinged up. Could not install any of the modern garage doors that need to go 10 into the garage on a track, the garage was partially converted to living space. For not much extra money, Lighthouse was able to take a new garage door I chose, convert it to a fixed one-piece solid door, and custom install it on a brand new hinge system. It looks amazing and is so much more solid and functional! Nice people, easy to talk to them.

Had a great experience with Lighthouse. I ordered a garage door through Home Depot who subbed it to LH. HD had a miscommunication with CloPay that silently delayed the manufacturing of the door. I wasn’t too happy. Lighthouse stepped up and picked up the slack from HD and CloPay and got it installed on time. It also looks better than I expected. Thanks Eric & Installer

Eric needs to learn some manners speaking to a customer on the phone. Wont use them.
