I ordered something online that was supposed to be in stock. Come to find out it was going to be sent to the storehome. The package was sitting in the mailbox at the store from the 8th until the 16th. Mind you the other female representatives at the store when I tried to get it before were really rude and nasty because they have no American values and told me they couldnt find it. When I spoke to the manager the package was in the mailbox STILL! She cant even apologize on behalf of her lazy coworkers for leaving the package there since the 8th and their nasty attitudes.

Wish the people would be more educated and helpful in answering questions. They seem to be there to collect money. But have little to no clue about merchandise
The employees have knowledge and are friendly. They always offer help as soon as you walk in. Not like gnc in the mall.
