My first time at Octave Hearing System. For my 30 years experience that I use hearing aids and I never heard of this place. I checked it out and It went well. The person that I met is Joe Perez and he is very friendly, helpful, professional, and listener. Joe gave me a lot of information that I didn’t know and I was so grateful for him telling me all the information. He helped me to find the best hearing aids device for me and I was impressed with him. Joe’s service are the best ever in Salinas area and he provides free testing for everyone who has hearing loss or Deaf and Hard of hearing as well. I would recommend to my family and friends and everyone for this service. Please stop by and check it out and Joe will help you out no matter what because he cares about his clients.

I am very pleased with the new hearing aids I bought at Octave Hearing. I tried a couple different brands before selecting these . Even after having an audiogram there is a certain amount of fiddling around with different adjustments and Joe was very patient with me as we worked through the different choices. I know that I can go back as needed to make further refinements to the hearing aids as needed.

I have been going to the same hearing aid provider for 28 years until the provider retired. I am very happy to find Octave Hearing Systems as a replacement. I dont often write reviews but felt this exceptional service should be rewarded with one. I damaged my hearing as a child and have worn hearing aids for over 30 years, hence I have experience many hearing professionals. I can attest that Joe is the best I have ever found. I now live in Washington DC and as I needed new instruments I went to two audiologists here. Mind you I first investigated who the best were as I know what a difference a good provider makes for hearing aids. I was so dissatisfied with their level of knowledge that I contacted Joe and flew to California to get fitted for my new HAs. He did an excellent job and helped me find the latest instruments that I wanted - they fit inside the canal and communicate directly with my iPhone and for the first time since telephone land lines went away I can now hear on the phone!!! The phone experience is incredible. As good or better than speaking with someone in a quiet room! I would give this review 10 stars if I could.
