Really great people! COVID-safe, as all reasonable precautions are in place. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The audiologist is very friendly and funny. He’s also very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. Highly recommended!

Really like Dr. Solow but the office is a very loud place for me personally (brain issues) but great for my dad to get hearing aids. Just waiting for them to be ready for pick up now

My father was visiting from out of town and one of his hearing aids stopped working. I took him to Valley Hearing Center and everyone was extremely helpful. Andrea took carte of us...she had to order new parts...installed them, and the hearing aids are working better than ever. Free hearing tests! People are very friendly. Waiting time kind of slow. Kind of fast. Depending on the day but overall great place to go to. I would reccomend it to anyone

Called ahead to have my husbands hearing aid serviced and when I showed up the blonde at the front scoffed at me and pointed to their walk in hours. It was very rude and my 11 year old son encouraged me to write a review after seeing this. Thankfully the other ladies there were very helpful and friendly.

I heard about Valley Hearing Center from a few HAPPY clients and when making an appointment with Rebecca Pin I felt she gave me extremely GREAT personal and very professional TLC to make sure I was happy with the date and time. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and I felt comfortable in a time of need. I could hardly believe how wonderful Megan was with her patience and very gentle way her exam. She made me feel very comfortable and she didnt even charge me for my first few ear checks. She was very helpful in recommending me to a specialist. I then returned to Valley Hearing Centerand her and Rebecca BOTH called me to check in after my appointments. I am VERY IMPRESSED with their business and their personal touch in all they do. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Valley Hearing Center to anyone in need of this area.

Katrina Cox tested me and suggested the type of aids that I need for my hearing situation. She is very thorough, personable and definitely goes the extra mile to make certain that you are satisfied. I purchased the hearing aids from Dr. Belt in Hollister as he sells them for much less. I did return to Valley Hearing Center to purchase their hearing aid care package. They will soon be opening an offce in Hollister, which will be very handy for us Hollisterites!!
