I hate that at 7:30 pm you can’t access your storage unit. Closing time is at 8pm this time management is unbelievably horrible.

I had a real positive experience. The reason why is because the staff led me right to where my storage was located without any fuss.In addition, the staff was really friendly and the items that I needed were sold right there in the office; such as locks to lock my storage and tarps.I also liked the fact that they had a very little storage unit, a 5×5. I didnt have much stuff so I certainly didnt want to have to pay for a big storage unit for only the few things that I had.

Always a good experience this is my 6th time here or 7th and final after this I will b heading out to Az Yuma but all my experience have been great the customer service is excellent very kind very caring very professional and the units are great wouldn’t go anywhere else ....

Way overpriced and they only let you stay for one hour before kicking you out.👎 We originally wanted a storage so we can declutter and organize things that are put in the unit.

Good storage

This is the second storage unit I have rented with them. Honestly, this is the only storage facility I would use in Salinas. They keep it clean, its has great security cameras to where I feel safe along with leaving my property there, awesome deals, and the customer service is outstanding. Everyone I have seen or worked with has been helpful, courteous, and always pleasant. I would highly recommend this location for any storage needs.

Friendly staff and good deals if youre a new renter. The place is also kept pretty clean and feels very secure with only one entrance. Be ready to supply your own lamp for the unit though!

Absolutely love this place. Reserving a storage unit was so easy and the staff are extremely helpful. I accidentally rented a space that was too small for all of my stuff after a cross-country move and they didnt even blink when I asked to size up. They were happy to show me a few different units and we quickly found a new one. I highly recommend this place if you need a storage unit.

If I could give zero starts I would. The lady in the office was amazing but other than that it was despicable service the units are so close together you cant move and there are no trash cans anywhere.

We just moved to Salinas and needed to rent a storage unit right away. Im from Arkansas and need a safe and secure place for my belongings. Security Public Storage became the one and it has an amazing security and motion sensor. They have great deals and most of all they answer all my questions. The management is friendly and eager to help out in any way they can. I will surely recommend the SPS.

This is a great public storage place. I had my things stored there for about six months and never had one problem or fear of it getting stolen. Best security in the area. The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is top notch and very helpful. I highly recommended SPS if you need your things stored in or near Salinas, CA.

Ive had my storage with Patricia and Daniel for close to two years and have always found them friendly and accommodating - especially during difficult times when I needed a unit immediately or if my payment wasnt received on time. Their facility is clean, spacious, and rents are reasonable considering Bay Area prices (the same size unit in San Francisco would cost me $200 or more.) Id highly recommend them to anyone needing a place to house some of their most valuable possessions for any length of time - knowing their things are safe and looked after.

This storage facility is top notch. Very secure and well maintained with a helpful and friendly staff. The unit we liked happened to have a small opening in the corner and they patched it up quickly and took care of it well before our move-in date. My mom rents two storages here and its a great place. Personnel is friendly and know my mom by name and even remember me when I go in and pay for her. If your payment date ever slips your mind, theyre kind enough to give you a call before they charge a late fee. Super helpful and friendly!
