I am a woc and I got the nastiest looks, and the owner didnt seem to want to help me. I will definitely not be coming back!!!

I mailed my rent check to this place, my landlord has a box on the second and as of the 6th they havent received it. I know it doesnt take 4 to go down the street. I called them nobody answered so I left a message. i am paying $5.00 a day late fee. I am not happy

I LOVE THESE PEOPLE. I HAVE BEEN A BOX HOLDER AND CUSTOMER FOR YEARS, AND THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I LET DO MY PACKING AND SHIPPING.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS TO ARRIVE IN PERFECT CONDITION, THIS IS THE PLACE. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO WRAP EACH ITEM SO CAREFULLY, AND THEN ADD ADDITIONAL PACKING MATERIALS TO FULLY SECURE THE ENTIRE SHIPMENT.MY ITEMS WERE VERY FRAGILE, AND ALL ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION. THEY ALSO WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, TAKING THE TIME FOR ME TO FEEL EVERYTHING WOULD BE FINE. THIS IS WHERE I WILL DO ALL MY SHIPPING IN THE FUTURE. THESE NEW OWNERS ARE GREAT!!

Outstanding customer service I will be sending all my packages from this location. The owner personally help me find the least expensive way to ship my items even helped me pack them in the box. You just don’t find that kind of customer service anymore. Well done I will return to your store

No one enjoys the chore of shipping but the owner made it so easy and helped me find the most cost effective way of shipping and educated me on the best way to save money in general. He packed my things up for me and didn’t charge me to use his tape. A great resource for shipping needs!

This place is great!! they always have a hello, and make sure your shipping needs are fulfilled. Ive never had any problems with my mail or packages, and Ive received some big packages. I cant believe some of these reviews!some people must be very thinned skinned. I give pac n ship a (6) star rating!!!!!!

I am kind of blown away by the negative reviews. I go to this location regularly and have always been impressed by the service. The guys here are helpful and knowledgeable and have always been quick to help me accomplish what I need accomplished with minimal hassle at a reasonable price.

Absolute a great experience. They were very professional and packed up contents way better than I could have done.

I went there about 3 weeks ago to shop a flashlight; they charged me almost 40 dollars all said and done. The older man that works at the counter was gruff and has limited customer service skills. I called today to get a price quote and the man rudely told me he couldnt give a price over the phone, despite the fact that I had the dimensions. I called FedEx and they charge half the price, including tracking! Never go here unless you want to overpay and be treated poorly.

This store is great and the manager (sorry, dont know his name) is excellent. Very fast to help with getting packages shipped, always courteous. Great store in my neighborhood.

Some definite changes in the last month that I am not happy about. I miss Pablo but I think I understand why he left. The new manager or whatever he is seems to have little experience with customer service. Hes rude and every time I am in there he is ranting at someone on the phone. Now thats what I want to hear when I go in to pick up my mail..someone yelling at someone. Its terrible! I am looking to move my mailbox because I dont like it here anymore!!

I dropped off a next day air early am package hours before UPS pickup time. I find out the following day that the package never arrived. I call the UPS store and the manager tells me the driver never picked up my package. He then explains that next time I should not drop off my packages there and I should take them to the main facility. I then explain to him that I was very upset and his reply was that If I wanted to complain it wouldnt be the first time he got a compliant. UPS lost a customer to service like this.

Ive used this P.O. Box service for over three years and have always had excellent customer service. Now within the last month or so, I have had nothing but problems. The gentleman that claims he owns the store looks and acts like he is drunk. I had a package with checks be sent to my P.O. Box (tracking shows it was signed for) but I have not received them. Two weeks ago I was told that they wold look for them; so when I went in today I asked him what he does in situations like this since they show they were signed for. The new owner says he doesnt know he just took over and starts to yell at me, claims my name isnt even registered to the box. He refuses to give me a refund back since I just paid for another three months. I WILL NOT BE USING PACNSHIP ANY LONGER!!!

I called just to ask a simple question. The person that answered the call was not happy to be answering and the one of voice was very rude. I asked if they took UPS dropoff and he said, NO I DONT and hung up. Needless to say, I will not be doing any business here any time soon and unfortunitely I am moving my office near that place so I will have to find another place do ship. AVOID AVOID AVOID this place.

I give this a negative 10! We have had this po box for over 10yrs! Now with the new RUDE, SHORT TEMPERED OWNER We are forced to change location. This man yells and screams at ALL HIS COSTOMERS!DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING YELLED OUT AND BEING TOLD TO LEAVE!!
