Attentive and helpful staff. Many asked me if I needed help while there. Also, I felt no pressure to buy anything so my experience was peaceful. I ended up needing to return an item and it was seamless and very simple.
Purchased a laptop here and it arrived on time in the mail. The guy was very helpful and attractive and smelled good. I dont remember his name bit he is light skin black guy with dreads. And he dresses so well. He was so fine I had to purchase something because he walked right up to me wanting to assist me🤭😊 Hope my boyfriend does not see this rating I wrote 😂

This store is horrible dont waste your time. They have no stock in the store, so if you want it now forget it. They even have discontinued items on the shelf just to take space and not make it look empty. Its better and not to mention cheaper to buy online. Stay away!!!!

Went to geek squad to ask for help on something that would probably have taken 5 minutes to show me how to put pics on my memory card and he said i needed appt which was a joke because there was no one in the store, i mean no one !! They were all just standing around talking he could have helped me !! I could understand if they were busy but they werent P.S. i bought the most expensive memory card you think they would help me, i should have had them refund my money and went somewhere else !!

Absolutely, positively the worst customer service ever. Ordered appliances to a house from out of state, coordinated a delivery and they never showed. Now unable to get a date for delivery that allows for us to be there due to distance from where we live. I should be able to backcharge them for my time. Will Never Ever buy from here again. What a joke.

We wanted to buy a computer and was told that someone would come and help us and waited for a half an hour and when someone came they waited on someone else. We ask for help and was told that they are all busy and would have to wait. We leave and will not be back
The ratio of employee to customer was high but no one came to help us even after asking for help. We left and went to Walmart. Got the same TV at a less expensive price. Customer service is non-existent.
Usually I would give a 4 but today Im giving it a 3. Went to buy a dishwasher they had nothing in stock and what I picked out the lady said it would November before they could it. I went to best buy ordered the same make and model and I am picking it up Friday. The lady that waited on me I would give a 2 . She acted like she hated to be there.
My experience at Best buy was the best it could be, with the help available. The guy answered all my questions and helped me in researching possible price matching.
Its nice having a brick and mortar electronics store close to home. Ive always enjoyed Best Buy because of their selection and pricing.
Terrible service and limited products. The first time we came in here looking for a laptop, they had few that let our needs. Then once we settled on one, we were informed while trying to buy it, that they had none in stock. This should not have happened, they should not have laptops on display that they can’t sell or even order. The second time we came in, we wanted a modem/Router combo. They had none of them that were Compatible with Mediacom for less than 300 dollars. Not only were there limited products but we had to beg for service, both times, we had to Scour the store to find help.
The most disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced they even had audacity to disrespect corporate by telling corporate “that he’s doing his job wrong” and “I’m not gonna teach him how to do his job” even though corporate was following policy the manager at the store has no respect for anyone is childish and immature even corporate filed a complaint against the store that’s how immature they were they refused to return an iPad they kicked us out of the store after eight and began to turn the lights off another employee the second time we arrived while we were talking to another employee came up to us very hostile in this store refused to follow Best Buy policyBy the way the manager that was disrespectful was ( John schmidt)
Pretty well stocked and friendly associates but some of the displays and demos on different products dont work. This seems to be a popular thing with Best Buy and any other store but its no less annoying.

Made a pick up order went flawless. The guys was nice and went through the motions to make sure I was safe as was he. My immune is a little lower then a person my age so I dont venture in stores like anything now. My only issue lies in their phone customer service. I used to be able to call and get a human. For some reason I was re routed to the call center. So the exchange I want to make will be up in the air tomorrow because I couldnt get through to this store to request they hold the other one. Granted I doubt it wouldve mattered honestly. I would like to of tried. I work early am so I cant just shoot back down there to exchange this $160 purchase just because its one left in the store. Push comes to shove I will literally just get my money back and go to Target. But someone really needs to do something with the phone service. I called the store for a reason not the call center.
Everything I went there to look for was out of stock. The salespeople and employees were great though. They went and looked to see if there were anymore and answered my questions. Just didnt have the items I was looking for in stock or any comparable alternative.

Drove more than a half hour to shop there and left empty handed. I wanted to purchase a new laptop, I found a HP ($1,000) that I liked and was told it was out of stock and they only had the display unit which they can not sell, because it belongs to HP. They said the labtop has been unavailable since October of 2020 but they still have it on display. Why display something you are not selling? I only give them one star because thats as low as I can go.

Havent been in a Best Buy in a while and stuff has changed for sure. Best Buy reminds me like an electronical store with an identity crisis. You have your typical PC, Laptop and peripheral sections youd expect. Then, you have home appliances section with stoves, coffee makers, washers and dryers, refrigerators youd expect to see at a Lowes or Home Depot that no one walks through while shopping there. Best Buy used to have a good selection of moves to pick through, now it is down to one half of an isle with meager pickings. Ill have to find a new store or maybe online to pick out some road blu rays for my kids.I was never asked for help nor was acknowledged by any of the staff. Kind of typical when it is ran by kids and the company mantra isnt necessarily to help the customer. Cant fault the worker on that one when they promote that kind of culture.I would say, this store didnt have much in terms of things I would need. Next time I need something tech related, I will get it online.

Dont buy from this store. They will randomly reschedule delivery of your items even if they have confirmed the day before the delivery will occur. My delivery was supposed to be between 10am and 1pm. At 12:10 I received a call that there is a scheduling conflict and my delivery will not happen. I inquired why and the woman on the phone was incredibly snarky and just told me because there is a conflict. I asked what about the people schedule to install my stove between 4 and 6 today. She said she didnt know and that I would have to deal with that even though Best Buy scheduled that as well. Did I mention this was the 3rd time the stove has been scheduled to be delivered??? Definitely do not buy appliances from Best Buy, you may never get them even though they have your money.
Have never had issues at the store itself. But I have been trying to call them off and on for weeks and NO ONE HAS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! I don’t live nearby and my wife bought a car stereo from them and paid to have it installed. I’ve been trying to schedule since January!Today a message said enter your phone number and we will send a text to your phone so you can schedule. Never came! I’ve always shopped BB for electronics and have never had an issue before this. But I am beyond frustrated at this point. Stereo install is paid for and we can’t get it done.As I type this I have been sitting and waiting for someone to answer for 15mins. Unbelievable

Shame on Bestbuy & Geeksquad for their threat, via email, stating they are going to charge me $490+ dollars for service never requested. No more business with Bestbuy for me. I have never purchased service from the Geeksquad and I never want any dealings with these crooks.Furthermore I intend on telling the world about their scare tactics.
Bought a 75 inch TCL and chose the curbside pickup option. Pricing was great. Curbside service was excellent. They loaded it for me and got me going on my way fast. Highly recommend.

Bought both a TV and cabling labels in two separate purchases over the last 2 weeks. Disappointed that neither were in stock, especially the TV since it was advertised as on sale, but both were delivered within 3-4 days. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The place is nice & had what I needed However the people that works there are very nice & want to help however they do not know the products that they are selling you. I wanted the ROKU & the 2 people I asked questions to 1 told me yesterday to every question I asked just to make a sale & found out that to one channel I really wanted to get I can not get & the other person had no clue about anything & was just there to use up Oxygen & collect a pay check. The help needs more training on the products that they sell & be truthful about them good or bad.
Would not honor price match against an item shipped and sold by Walmart despite a price match guarantee... This store has been going way down hill over the last few years. I used to spend thousands here a year, now I will no longer be shopping here.Update: they said they wouldnt honor it because best buy couldnt verify walmarts stock... I ended up ordering it from walmart online that hour and got it 2 days later... Do better best buy.

Very limited selection on pc components. Staff was just about unwilling to help me when asking a question about one of their pre-built PCs. He even asked is that all you need? While backing up. Felt like I was inconveniencing him instead of the other way around. Will say the return process is fairly efficient.

Laughable experience. Asked an employee standing in the computer section if they could tell me more about a laptop and was hoping to be able to see how the laptop disconnected from the keyboard to become a tablet. He had no idea that this laptop had this capability and refused to figure out how it could come off. He tried to show me a video of it coming apart (on the Best Buy website) to prove to me that it indeed came off (which I obviously already knew... and why would I drive all the way to a Best Buy to watch a video of something I was trying to physically test?), and when I asked him if he could find someone who could help me further, he claimed there was not a single person in the store who could show me the detaching capability and that the alarm would go off if I tried to do it LOL. There was a separate alarm on the screen and keyboard portions... I will forever wonder why people go into a customer service job when they have zero desire to actually help customers.

Bought my daughter headphones online from Best buy last year they stopped working and I went to the store to try and get them exchanged and they gave me store credit so that I could buy some more even though I did not buy the protection plan for these headphones I was simply following the manufacturers warranty instructions they were nice enough to give me store credit so I could essentially exchange them

I like to browse the available DVDs to purchase. Often Im purchasing movies for a family member as a gift. I also like to view the newest TVs for sale to see if I can see the difference in the screens displays of each brand.

Only gave three stars as I had a bad experience with one of the blue shirt guys. I had to return a product as it didn’t work. And got told this is what I do. I said what. He told me buy things and return them. Now I live over an hour and thirty mins away from this place. I’m pretty sure I would go somewhere to do this if this is what I was going to do. Some people are very knowledgeable at their jobs. Others have no clue what their even talking about. To give you great advice always but the protection plan from any Best Buy. Protect your investment. It’s well worth it as price electronics are becoming more and more expensive. For my time at Best Buy this past go around was awesome. Two guys who keep making me go back. If wasn’t for these to. Best Buy would never see another dollar from me.
Went in to purchase 2 tvs hdmi wires and few other small items...went to the tv part of the store looked at tvs looked at the 2 employees watch me look at tvs and never once did anybody ask me for help and it was disheartening because I remember when that place had amazing service...the 2 girls in electronics seemed to be more worried about gossiping then actually interacting with customers..so i went to target got everything i needed from a very helpful young man in electronics
I used to like this place. Was here yesterday, wanted to buy a all in one computer, printer and a 55 inch tv. I walked around looking at different items for 30 min. Not one of the people working there even looked at me to help me. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!

I ordered a new dishwasher on 3/7/2020 for delivery on 3/21/2020. The day before (3/20/2020) I received a confirmation text that the dishwasher would be delivered between 10:30am and 12:30pm on 3/21/2020. Then I received an email that all installations through Best Buy would be postponed. I was just getting the new dish washer delivered, not installed, and I was keeping the old dishwasher. So I called Best Buy to verify if I was going to get the dish washer delivered on 3/21/2020 or not (over an hour wait on the phone). So I decided to use online chat. I was assured that the delivery was still on for 3/21/2020. Well 3/21/2020 came and about an hour after the end of the delivery window I called Best Buy to see what was going on. After 2 hours holding on the phone (with a canned message that stated that all deliveries were still on, that the item would be left in the driveway, no installations) I decided to have them call me back. About an hour later Best Buy called back and said that they would have to reschedule to 4/7/2020. I asked how they could be sure that they would be able to deliver on 4/7/2020, and they told me that they couldnt. So I asked how can I get my dishwasher today, and they told me that there was one dishwasher available in a store about 45 minutes away. I told them to change my order from delivery to store pick up, which they said that they did. So I drove 45 minutes to the store, was told that they have the dishwasher, confirmed that I had already paid for it, but that they couldnt release it to me until someone at Best Buy changed the order from delivery to store pickup, which apparently no one at the store could do. And the store was closing, so I couldnt wait around to see if someone at Best Buy eventually changed it. They told me that they could cancel the order and recharge me again to pick it up in store, but then Id have to pay sales tax on it because the store I was picking it up from was in a different state than the one it was supposed to be delivered to. The store manager was standing right there and wouldnt do anything to offset the additional sales tax cost (never mind wasting a whole day to waiting for delivery and chasing down the status of my order since Best Buy never bothered to contact me to tell me what was going on). So I just cancelled my order, Best Buy did a terrible job overall with this order. I will never be shopping with them again. I highly suggest not doing business with Best Buy based on my latest catastrophic experience with them.
This was the most helpful staff of any best buy I have visited. I was greeted at door and led to product I was buying. Staff took time to answer several questions.
