I have had several very special (and Very Expensive) Artist Print concert posters in my collection for 10 years, and some of them really needed framing! Michaels has good quality supplies, and experienced framers that not only do great work,.. they respect the art! If youre looking to frame something special, go by and check them out. (Please do NOT give Hobby Lobby any money!!) Youll be pleased with the way your special art turns out!

This is a great place to find almost any craft supplies you could want. Very clean store. Spacious aisles.

Customer service is super nice, but I called to see if they had stock on an item I was looking for, I even gave them the item number from the website, they said they had it in stock and would hold it for me at the front. When I got to the store, it was completely the wrong thing… not even in the same ballpark as the item I asked for. Super sweet of them to hold the item, but it was the wrong thing after having told them what I was looking for AND giving them the stock number.

Very quaint arts and craft store nestled on the end of a shopping center. Wide range of items from miniture clothes pins to candle wicks. Great mark down items can be found her. Nice $1.50 selection to select from thats useful. Great customer service and helpful.

Michaels in Salisbury often has items that stores in Charlotte dont have. I visited to see if they had the first day of school signs that parents or teachers use to take their students photos with. This store had a variety of signs.

I bought sun changing beads for a school science lesson.

Check out girl mixed the contents of my two orders, and then handed me one of the bags containing photo frames and let go of the bag before I could get hold of it. One order was for a friend, so I needed them kept separate. She did get me another package of the large photo frames, but not the two smaller ones that were also in the dropped bag. I havent yet reached a place where I can un bag everything to be certain that its all there, unbroken, and on the right receipts.

They were and always are very fast and efficient!

Whats not to love? The customers are just as helpful and pleasant as the employees! Love the atmosphere!

I love shopping at Michaels to buy crafting materials and even little home decor trinkets from time to time. They have great products and the store is well laid out. During my last visit, I had an absolutely terrible customer experience, but that has not been the norm for me in the past, so Ill gladly give this store a chance to redeem itself. :)

Micheals for me is like a smaller version of Hobby Lobby. Some of their deals were good must mostly I found most of their products to be over priced. Its ok, they had some cute stuff in for the fall but honestly I dont see how they can compete with stores like big lots for home decor. They did have very specific stuff for sewing, art, jewelry making etc but it all seemed pricey.

Been shopping here for years and even through the pandemic but today I will no longer shop here!!! I cannot wear a mask and as of this weekend you can no longer go in at all without a mask even if you are exempt. I even went early when I knew it wouldnt be busy and was denied entry. If I had not been there the last 9 months many times with no mask and no issues it wouldnt be a big deal but now it is a big deal to someone who shops here very often!

Great selection of items. Affordable. I feel that the staff could use a little training on their content, as I am often in need of something, but as I tell them what it is, they have no idea what Im talking about. I taught three employees what a French curve was. It was kind of embarrassing...

Food was too pricy for regular folks a footlong hotdog,onion rings 1 fish plate for 2. 45 dollars we will not be going back i can get the samething but under 20 dollars at another resturant near my house

Love visiting this Michaels. They usually have a very good stock in everything (if they don’t they usually can tell you when they will receive more). All the employees are friendly and willing to help if needed. The store is always clean and very well organized, even during the chaos of a huge sale.

They always have a big variety of items. I can help with a school project, of just replenish art supplies. Theres usually a great sale on things like baskets or bins so I can organize supplies.

Got what I needed and left. Quick and easy service.

I come here when my kiddo has a school project or Halloween is coming up. Other that that I just cruise by if were in the area. Just browsing. Sometimes I get something sometimes I dont. Im usually checking out the baking and cake decorating area.

Merchandise three times the cost of Amazon. Disinterested employees not available for any type of help. Two visits and Im done. I wont be back.

Love Michaels! Expensive, but they have a great variety and if they dont have it in store there is always online. Coupons on the app are always nice and the people are super helpful. They will walk around the store with you and help you find what you need.

The story is always pretty well kept but I always have a hard time finding employees to help with items that are locked up in the back. Normally I have to go up to the front to get someone. But you can apply multiple coupons at checkout from their website which is nice. Also they do coupon matching from hobby lobby.

I used to come here for acrylic paint and go to hobby lobby for oil paint. Then for some reason they stopped carrying almost everything! Even their new brand of acrylic paint. My son also cant find the markers he used to love from here. Honestly, I try to save my art shopping for either my Raleigh trip (Jerry Arterama) or for my trips to Concord Mall (AC Moore, better selection and discounts). I will keep coming for the occasional item and to browse.
