I purchased an Infiniti Q70L from Mercedes Benz of Salisbury. From the initial inquiry to the present, my sales consultant Devon has been nothing but pure awesomeness!!! Finance Manager Josh was great. He answered every question I asked. General Manager Brett reached out to see if there was anything I needed. One of the best car buying experience I’ve had so far!!

Carlos Azabe is very arrogant, rude and lacks customer service skills. To start, despite bringing my vehicle in early for maintenance, the initial diagnostic took over 24 hours to do, requiring me to stay in the area overnight. On top of this, another mechanic I took my car to highlighted several urgent issues, including a smashed motherboard - all of which Mercedes failed to identify or inform me about even after paying the $150 for a diagnostic. Right before he spoke to me today, he was talking to another employee behind my back; saying that he will handle me and that he had an issue with me before which is false. The first time I spoke to him he bragged about the expensive suit and watch he wore to work when trying to convince me to sell me additional services. Who does that? I was very confused by the bragging, it made me very uncomfortable. Then I told him I overheard him speaking about me and asked what the issue was. He claimed the most false and absurd things saying that I tried to nickel and dime him which was not true at all. Then he proceeds to tell me several times over and over that I am not allowed to come back into the Mercedes dealer for absolutely no reason at all. I would suggest taking your car to another mechanic or dealership because dealing with this management is not worth it.

I have bought many a car through the years in and out of state. This is by far the best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Taylor the salesman was superb! Would buy from a 100 times over!

The wife and just bought the third car from Benz of Salisbury. We decided on a used car this time. The car had a couple issues. The professional group they are. Everyone stepped up from the Salesman to managers to their service department and took care of everything needed. Picked up my fresh washed and now perfect driving Benz this afternoon. Engine light on my 2018 Airstream Interstate followed by a warning that I had only 10 starts left. I was traveling north and in Maryland. Long story short, MB in Salisbury was the only one of 3 within a 100 mile radius willing to squeeze me in as long as I was willing to wait which of course I was. The young woman I spoke to, Gabby (sp?), was knowledgeable and everyone at the dealership was nice and accommodating. AND they fixed the problem ( worn fuel emissions part). Very impressive people and place!!

After weeks of bad dealership interactions shopping for used cars online, it was a welcome change to work with Ian and Demetris at Mercedes Benz of Salisbury. I had to call her and when I requested if she could see how long it would take, she said she was super busy and that she “guesses” she could ask service. Great experience.I inquired online about a vehicle, and Rachel called me right away. She answered all my questions and took care of pre-approval immediately. She even sent me some photos of the vehicle and had it scheduled for cleaning the day I arranged to come in for a test drive. Made a service appointment for a recall fix for my ML350. Spoke to the Service Cashier when making the appointment. Clearly stated I needed a loaner. When I get there, I was told no loaner was available. It was the Service Cashiers lack of professionalism and attitude that is the reason I will never go back to this dealer ever again. She had the nerve to say she told me there were no loaners for that day when she spoke to me on the phone. This was a complete lie that I chose not to respond. I have been to 3 other dealerships in MD and VA and have received fantastic customer service. There is a way to say things and treat a customer even when a mistake is made that keeps them coming back to the dealership. I strongly suggest replacing this employee with one that is trained on how to treat a customer.

Overpriced and attempt to rip you off for un-needed work. Two occasions I have saved a significant amount of money by going elsewhere to have my car, a 2014 C220 - C-Class, serviced. First was for replacement of front brake pads and discs, cost £150 less at another franchised Mercedes dealership (Stevenage). Second, and this is why Im now posting a review. After taking my car in for its service with Salisbury Mercedes (under the servicing plan) Id reported a very squeaky steering and suspension issue. They told me one of the lower suspension arms needed replacing and quoted £478. I phoned Winchester Mercedes who quoted £300 for the same job. In the end took the car to a reputable local independent service centre who inspected the suspension arms, said they were both safe and just greased the ball joint that was making the noise. Squeaky noise is gone and they charged me nothing. At this point in time Im richer to the tune of £628 by getting a second opinion and going elsewhere for my servicing. Not impressed at all.

A Great Experience! I have had my Mercedes E350 since June 2009 -- it was my 3rd E car. But, after noting the changes in automotive and electronic technology, I decided that maybe it was time to move on. I researched and drove other highly rated alternatives to Mercedes and other Mercedes models as well. In the end I decided if the shoe fits, wear it. The next move was to find the car and deal I wanted. I found a good candidate on-line at MB of Salisbury and sent an internet query about a car that had the features I wanted. Richard Friedman was back to me virtually immediately -- yes the car was still there. Soon I was driving the 90 miles from Washington DC to Salisbury where Richard introduced me to Kevin Dean. Kevin talked to me a bit about my wants, he handed me the keys to the vehicle I was interested in, pointed me in the right direction, and by the time I returned had a more-than-fair trade-in offer ready for me. The car sold itself, as I expected. But, Kevin made the dealership sale. He made it possible for me to pass on a few other competing alternatives in other places through his sensitive attention to my concerns and his very human approach to his role in building a new relationship for himself and his dealership. Went by the Dealership twice this week to look at a SUV....but I guess it was too hot for the Salesman to come outside to see if I needed help. I was even in a Mercedes SUV, so its not like I was a tire kicker. So I will take my business elsewhere....WAY TO GO MERCEDES BENZ OF SALISBURY
