This is my 2nd time going for an oil change! I always wait as it normally doesn’t take more then an hour & the shop feels like I’m right at home. They have cats the roam around and greet you & a nice pond inside as well. The staff is always welcoming & polite. I’d recommend to anyone for any kind of maintenance of their car.

This was a road service call 30 miles away, only place who could get to me in 2hrs or less they called to let me know tech was on the way he showed up less than 2 hrs, first he was very courteous and friendly, didnt waste time running up the bill . And his technical knowledge of the best way to repair the problem was phenomenal. His name is Matt T. Cant miss him hes a carrot top and he knows his stuff .Fantastic attitude . I really, really appreciated his honesty, something lacking in the American work ethic these days. Bottomline i have there phone number saved and they will be the first i call next time im in need of mechanical help. It takes a lot to impress this Army Veteran. I was impressed . The pricing for work performed was great and the service was exceptional.

I live an hour away from this location and while I was in the area I ran over a large landscaping spike. It was about 8 inches long sticking out of the side wall of my tire. When I called they were so pleasant and courteous. They offered to get me in immediately. I was concerned about driving the vehicle to them and they eased my mind by offering to come to me and put on a spare to get me to their location if I needed it. I didnt but it was nice that they offered. The office was very clean and I was in and out in no time. The price for my new tire was comparable to what the price is where I have my normal service at. I highly recommend them. Thanks again taking such great care of us.

Took in my tire repair immediately. Wait time was minimal. Modest labor charge was suprising. Thought that it may have been atypo. Friendly and helpful local folks doing a great job for the community.

Very nice place. My first visit here. Staff were attentive. I love the cat in the waiting room. Nice touch. The only question I have is - I was told on the phone that my headlight cleaning would be $89.95. I know it’s not a lot of money but there was an additional $7.20. When I asked what that was, they said it took a little extra elbow grease to clean my headlights. I believe customers should know ahead of time that there may be a difference in the quote. I appreciate the timeliness of getting the job done and the ability to get an appointment that worked with my schedule.

Called to make an appointment for a wheel alignment and have the front tires balanced. Work was performed in a timely manner while I waited. As I waited there were customers in and out quite regular and the place was busy but I did not get the feeling they were overwhelmed. Everything went smoothly for a fair price and I would definitely got back for any tire or alignment work. I would highly recommend them.

While on a camping trip I got a flat tire. It was a Saturday and alot of places were closed. I gave them a call and talked to Doug. Doug explained to me that they were shorthanded and busy bit when i explained my situation, Doug sent a road tech out immediately to assist me. **EDIT:Nov 10, 2020 - We returned again yesterday for an emergency flat and was helped very quickly. The lady at the front is a no-nonsense, straight to the biz, get ‘er done kinda person and we loved that. They had my wife out of there pretty quickly considering the circumstances. We will be a customer for life. **We were in a rush trying to get two tires so I could get to work and 5 places we tried said they couldn’t help until hours and hours later. On a hope and a prayer, my wife called these guys and Doug assured us it was ridiculous to have to wait that long and he could do it for us. Once we arrived, he left to the warehouse and got the tires. While we waited, my wife made a new friend, Nikki, the Siamese cat, which was so well behaved she thought it was a statue! Doug had us out of there in no time and under $200 for two nice tires on the rim. Can’t beat the service or the price. Will definitely return as customers... and my wife sooner than that just to see that 🐈. Thanks guys!
