Gene and Eli at the Salisbury, NC stores are rock stars. Thats why you got two stars.After paying a $100 for delivery and old mattress pick up, the delivery guys left us with the boxes, the plastic, and said they would only pick up our mattress and not our Box Spring. I gues Spring. I got absolutely no help except from Gene.I had also called the corporate headquarters because I thought that we were getting free pillows and sheets and a mattress pad. But no, we didnt get that either. And I was told I would have to purchase it separately. When I went to the store, I was actually told that I had the option to purchase insurance for my adjustable bottom. I was an offered insurance in any other scenario. Thank God gene was there to help us get everything in order.Is all around an absolute terrible experience except for your great employees Gene and Eli.

Called the store, spoke with Ian Salisbury location, he was tremendous help! Offered us a better deal and all we did was show up and pay! He delivered it right to ur truck and helped tie down!

Today I purchased a new mattress, I was wonderfully surprised with the level of customer support and knowledge that was shown by there sales person Jason D. Wiggins. I came in to the store with a budget and an idea of what I wanted, and after a short conversation I was shown a few options that fit very nicely into my budget. Most of all the new mattress felt wonderful ! The company may advertise various items online but they have around a 6 week lead time, so it is worth every moment it your time to go into the store and speak to the store staff. My purchase was available for delivery in 3 days.

Make certain you really want your mattress. Do your research and a lot of bed testing. Not seconds actually ly there and feel the bed. Move around! So far 2 out of 3 choices have been great. To be fair the choices were ours and NO pressure sales at all. Nikki is a rock star at this store. Shes why we came back and will continue to in the future.

My salesperson, Sara Dillard, kept me in the price range in which I was comfortable. Helpful and informative, but not pushy. I walked out feeling confident with my purchase and not regretful.Update: Changed from 5 star to 1 star. I dont regret my purchase, but Mattress Firm proved incompetent. I told Sara my address was wrong on the receipt she gave me. She had me handwrite the correct address and she would fix it. It was never fixed. She also informed me the old bedding would be removed and the new bed set up. Wrong again... I had to pay an additional fee the morning my bed was to be delivered. The delivery men indicated this happens frequently. When I shared my story with a friend, it turned out the friend had experienced the same issue when buying from Mattress Firm. Though I am happy with the bed, I could not recommend this company due to their horrendous customer service.

This company does bad business. They advertise if you purchase a purple mattress and are unsatisfied you may return it at no cost to you. What they dont tell you is that if you purchased an adjustable base it is not returnable and when you return the mattress, you are charged 1200 dollars for the base you originally purchased for 500 dollars. This company should be ashamed to have such bad business practices! Purchase Elsewhere!

Upon entering the store my family was greeted immediately. Was asked were we actively shopping, or just looking. The options available was a little overwhelming, but after a few selected questions we could narrow our search down. I know only spending around 30 minutes or so testing mattresses isnt long considering the longevity of the product you are wanting to buy. After choosing the product the purchasing process was just simple. The three different shipping options were great. Also, the showroom was laid out to accommodate current pandemic conditions. Future purchases will be coming from this location. Very different interaction from another location we had just left.

I helped my grandparents with two bed purchases (one transaction) from this location. The salesman Clay did not inform us of the brackets needed for the headboards until I ASKED after the sale. We ordered brackets and when the beds were delivered the bases to the beds are not the same (purchased two identical mattresses and bases). Needless to say, we have one bed without a headboard bc the brackets I ordered only fit one of the beds, not both. When you pay $2,792.00 for two beds, I believe the service should have been much better than it has been. Mattress firm should help make this right.

I wrote a review for this store a year ago. They ask you to write a review while in the store & they’ll put you in a drawing. This is why they have so many good ratings. I bought a new mattress from Mattress Firm a year ago. They price matched a mattress that was supposed to be the equivalent of a Serta mattress that I found at another store, but I told my husband I’d like to compare prices with Mattress Firm. When we came here they convinced me that their mattress was the same or better and they also agreed to not only match but BEAT their price. I should have know better. The mattress barely made it past the 100 night warrantee before I noticed a slight sag in the middle. A year later & this mattress is unbearable. The entire center is sunken in, the padding is flattened. I can feel the springs. A year later, I’m in the market for a new mattress now- needless to say I will NOT be giving Mattress Firm anymore of my money.

Tristian was such a great help to my sister and I!!!!! He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He made my day selling me a vibrating adjustment base for an amazing deal. This was our first experience buying a mattress and it was a wonderful.

I am surprised to see so many good reviews after the experience I had in here yesterday. The selection was good but the gentleman selling the mattresses was way too pressuring, and a hint of arrogant. when I told him i wanted to shop around do more research on a bed he asked why? Just buy something here instead of respecting my decision and giving me a card like a REAL salesman should do. Someone called me on my phone and I had to go outside to take it, he followed me to the door yelling like I was a thief but by then all I heard was blah blah blah. That sealed the deal on me ever returning to this business. Ive gotten better treatment from a used car dealer....
