My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at Mattress Firm in Salisbury Md yesterday. We were kindly greeted by Lauren. This was my first time buying a decent mattress so I didn’t know what to expect. She told us about the different types of support and pillow tops. She told us about the bed frames that allow for zero gravity sleeping and the benefits of that. She gave us plenty of time to explore and make a decision. She was informative and not pushy. She stayed after closing hours to help us find just the right mattress for us. Mattress Firm team will deliver and set up our mattress for a decent price the next day. I think we also got a good price because of the president’s day sale. I recommend this store and definitely recommend Lauren to help you with your mattress needs.

The only reason this review does not have 5 stars is because Salisbury is not Rocs usual store. Roc Herman was the perfect mattress salesperson for me. On loan from Fenwick Island, I was delighted to meet someone with whom I could have a conversation. I had been shopping for mattresses for 3 months (up until yesterday) and had done a lot of research and in-store testing. Roc respected this knowledge and did not try to reiterate what I already knew. Instead, he added in his own specialty knowledge along with some personal experience that was applicable to my situation. In essence, he had excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of mattresses, an understanding of when to just chat, and when/how much to be a salesperson. Thank you, Roc.Additional notes, I got the mattress I wanted at a price in my budget due to the sale on 3/7/21 (I do not recall the promotional name) and I could have gotten a moveable frame (heads up feature only) for free (plus $30 in home set up fee) if I had chosen to.There is a generous sleep 120 day sleep trail and a mattress exchange option as well as a money refund option if I do not like my new mattress (both options have small fees associated with them).

He showed us several mattresses, starting with the mattresses that were highest quality. When we found a mattress that excited us, he continued to offer us alternatives (regardless of price) to be sure that we were satisfied. Roc was clear in all of his explanations, knowledgeable about the products, and frank about the price:quality ratios for the various mattresses. Once we settled on a mattress, Roc creatively offered potential pricing options in an effort to get us the best price for the product. Ultimately, I was happy about the overall purchase experience. I was especially happy with Roc, who served as a resource that facilitated a sale rather than a force that drove a sale.

We ended up having a very unhappy time after the sale . We bought a bed and a motion base. The day they came for set up, they discovered they had the Wrong base. Wk later second time out to our home and again Ok the next wk they came and still didn’t have the right base. Now thrird time is here and they don’t have what they were supposed to have, know this has Been just ways too much being jerked around . Very frustrating. And do you think we would be considered for a upgrade base, No nothing! Wow Again

I went into this location to purchase a king size bed. I walk into the store and the two employee working there didnt acknowledge me at all. I go to the one guy and I ask for his card so I can contact them later because they were busy . He says he would give it to me and then go back to his business . I leave the store And I call them . The manager answers the phone and tells me they were busy and to come back without any apology . I would not go to this store and I suggest no one else should go if you want good customer service .
