Ive never seen a car dealership like Prosale in my 64 years on this earth. I have been there many, many times and its virtually impossible to get a salesperson to talk to you. I have even filled out a online application to purchase a car and they never got in touch with me concerning the application. I finally got a salesperson to talk to me last week while they were headed towards their own personnel car.The car that I was looking at, I had the cash in my pocket to completely pay for the car and I told the saleswoman that I had the cash to buy the car right then, right there, she told me that it was still for sale but she still got in her car and left. I rode back by 20 minutes later and they had moved that car out of sight but yet the next day and several days after that that car was put back to it original spot. I believe that for me, personally they are going out of their way NOT TO SELL ME A CAR. I HAD THE CASH TO PAY 100% FOR THAT CAR AND THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING ME THAT CAR. Well it was their lost because the very next day I bought a car for $7000.00 extra dollars at a totally different car dealership. Evidently someone wanted to sell me a car but IT WASNT ANYONE AT Prosale. Prosale went to more trouble NOT to sell me a car then the other dealership did to sell me their car and the other car dealership bought me lunch and a completely full tank of gas. GO FIGURE !!

HORRIBLE car dealership. Would NEVER refer anyone to them. The check engine light came on a week after we purchased the car. “Engine malfunction” came on as well. The car SHUT DOWN on my wife as we were pulling it into a shop to get it looked at it. NOT honest people. When I contacted them about the issues they DID NOT attempt to help in anyway. Every time I try and call Jose, who I need to speak with, he is NEVER there. They run from the issues! They do not care about a cars reliability! One thing they are good at is hiding the issues with the car!

Just recently bought a car from there lot and it has been an wonderful experience so far. They had great customer service and was willing to work with me to ensure I left the same day with the car I set my eyes on!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!

I bought my 2007 Toyota Camry from Prosale Motors in 2017. I thought my experience was very easy and pleasant! The car has been very reliable & I have not had any issues with it but the maintanace that is required. Bought a car and didnt even make it home! Called dealership for weeks trying to speak with someone. Finally told they would not assist us. They sale as is and will refuse to be a stand up dealership. Will never recommend and have reported to BBB.
