Got an I phone case from Walmart. Always satisfied when going

Walmart in Salisbury is always busy and a cluster. But today I went and there were multiple lines open. They were moving quickly. And best of all was the very sweet cashier that I got the pleasure of interacting with. What a lovely person. Ill be honest, shes the only reason Im rating 5 stars.

They had 3 workers standing around the laptops talking. I couldnt get help for anything finally another worker came up to help 3 of us. It aint lack of workers it workers too good to help.

As usual, no one to help.Long lines at registers. Call buttons not working and manager totally confused. Can it get any better? I think not. 😂😂

Need more lanes open during busy times. Need to stop switching the self checkout from cash to card only every other day. Need faster cashiers. Overall, honestly I cant stand going, especially during busy times.

I prefer the Wal- mart in Kannapolis. That is just my personal opinion.

Long lines always only 2 register s open always they f.... Up at this location Also their lacking in online grocery pick up I think when they run out of items they just put what they want also not everything they substitute are on the app posted either for example instead of 3 boxes emerald cashews Im guess they me the gummies which I did not order at all in place of cashes made no sense to me and regular water instead of mineral water.Also when I was in car waiting on groceries the person putting groceries in car actually asked me if any of yall are sick? How rude....This pick up order is aug 29 7-8 am pickup order.... Which I should not have to answer if we are sick or my health problems I have. Also at Salisbury where everyone parks in pick up order spots workers and regular go inside customer Also WALMART PICKUP HAS SOMEONES PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER INSTEAD OF THE STORE NUMBER

Good clean store. Easy to find what you need and get back out. Need more Real Cashiers!

Worse customer service ever. Ask 3 different people for help to get dog flea meds out of locked case. Told 3x not my job. Could you page someone? No. Finally caught employee on way to bathroom, she got me and another customer help. Next time, ordering from chewy

Their grocery pick up is below par at best and their management is terrible too, when the manager disappears for two hrs and no one knows where they are is beyond me I spent almost 4 hrs waiting for my food because someone messed up my order and management has yet to rectify the situation. Some of the employees are nice I dont want to throw everyone under the bus but a good handful or so are just rude and inconsiderate. Ive taken my business elsewhere unless I feel so inclined to go inside but my work schedule doesnt always permit that hence why I pick up my groceries.

Love shopping there just need more people on registers

Things are improving in their curbside pickup. If there are things that you need that can be sent by mail there is no extra charge. That is a plus because the shelves are not shocked well.

Waited 45 minutes for a propane tank and no one ever showed up. Went back and forth in the store twice, and still didn’t get assistance. Had to go back in a third time for a refund. DO NOT GO HERE, THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!

Very quick to action! While we were there there was a little ol lady fell and hurt herself. Walmart had EMS and fire rescue on the scene within 15 min. Store is super clean. Employees are super helpful.

This location always seems to be out of a lot of merchandise. I should never have to travel 30 minutes to another Walmart just to get what I need. At self checkout, certain monitors will only watch the black people. I was sitting in the vision center and watched the monitor stand in close to the register that a black males was checking out on. Never did she move from that spot until the gentleman was finished and left. The said thing about it was, the monitor wasn’t even causation nor African American but of another ethnicity…..Hopefully things will get better!!

Had my worst retail experience ever today. Employees are in desperate need. Theyre understaffed and need training in customer interaction and problem solving procedures. Management is unavailable probably due to handling escalating customer complaints. Thankfully I was not the customer screaming in line for help or the other customer asking where management was. I was the customer who was being berated (in front of customer service) by yet another upset customer because I pointed out she had cut in front of me in a single file line. Do not shop at this location. My personal complaint was handled after a manager was found and by that point I decided I would not do my grocery shopping there. Aldis was capable of handling my grocery needs without the traumatic experience.

Actually very nicely stocked this time ? with exceptions of toy area. Found everything on my list except 1 item and it was Purina Puppy Chow Tender AND Crunchy but Im honestly not surr if they even sell that particular kind but it was available in adult dog chow....my experiance will make future visits less stressful!

Very dirty store. Whatever you do dont buy fruit or vegetables from them. They also have a lot of empty shelves so most of the time you wont be able to get what you want. I have also been asked by complete strangers to give them money for diapers, etc. Yet they did not have a baby with them.

They only had self checkouts open while I was there..wouldnt have been a problem if I didnt have multiple items

Pharmacy need to improve staff, theyre not rude, they just look rusty and beat, no disrespect meant.

The last two times Ive been, the store was uncomfortably hot. I mean about 85° hot. I finally got to the dairy section where it was cooler. Fix your AC or lower the temperature. The Waltons have plenty of money to keep the store cool. I wasnt the only one either. Store employees were sweating and other customers commented on the heat in the store. Everywhere except dairy and the meat and cheese section, where it was bearable.

I was looking for a particular vitamin called cherry tart and i couldnt find it. A employee went above and beyond to help me. Very nice an so so helpful

No big truck parking. Not even by the delivery docks. Use a different Walmart if your in a big truck...

They do not keep enough Figi or Eveian water and I hate self check out.

This Walmart needs to be cleaned extremely. Like someone said that front restroom is EXTREMELY gross. Like how could people shop in there with it being unsanitized like that. But to each is own. Ill pass !!

It was alright, you can go there for pretty much anything you need, but they dont always keep their stock up.

Didnt actually visit Walmart this time around, was checking out their in-store eye center, to pick up my glasses. But I do go to this Walmart all the time, they have a fantastic reduced item section, on the left hand side of the store.

Called local store at 1pm and phone rang 20 times before being answered. I got transferred to a department and after ringing a number of times it kicked back where the phone rang so many times it just disconnected. I called back twice and no one ever answered-horrible customer service

Cant get help finding stuff and 3 check outs working .come on wal mart open up more check outs people has more to do than stand in long lines at your store. You took our money stop holding us hostage

Didnt feel safe in the parking lot people hanging around cars not enough staff to work registers.

Really nice and friendly workers tho I feel bad they have to work in such a hot building, and its been this way for at least a month...we just bought a TV and had candy melt before we could leave the store, so how can any of the food stay the right temperature so it doesnt go bad? Management needs to step outta the office and take care of business.

Not my favorite place to shop, its always packed, full of rude workers as well as shoppers, and is out of stock a lot. But you can get all of your shopping done here if you do go here as they have a little bit of it all and within a decent price range.

Went in for one item - a long-sleeved white dress shirt. Had one 3X white and 3 blue and that was it.

Just wanted something quick from garden dept. Door was locked and had to go in main entrance. Register there was also closed causing me to go half across the store and stand in a long line for two items . Wiff outside waiting called me three times because I was gone so long. . I like shopping at Walmart most of the time.

Walmart is horrible. I avoid this spot like the plague. Customer service is always trash and its always packed. Front bathrooms never seem to be cleaned. I once needed help and was told that the person who works in dog section takes the key home and nobody had the key. Went up front manager said that was not true and she would send somebody to open the doors. 30 mins went by and nobody came. Sent my kid up front to tell them while i was also calling. Lady never acknowledge my daughter and kept picking up and hanging up phone....( this was a customer service manager) never even said a word just picked up and hung up. Worst place ever.

I went to this Walmart this morning to return some shirts. My husband went and got two things, came back to customer services and went and paid for what he got and I was still in line waiting to be waited on. I was standing there for over half an hour and there were only 3 people who had been waited on. A gentleman in line spoke to a manager about getting more then one person working customer services and nothing was done. Mind you I said screw this to the lady behind me who was also complaining. I do not like this Walmart but if I am in town I do go there but trust me it happens only once or twice a year. Prefer the one in Mooresville.

This is a very nice and clean Wal-Mart. Lines can get a bit long but overall I have no complaints.

Place is not truck friendly! 2 hours stay for shopping only! Absolutely no overnight parking! Security woman is polite, but annoying you to leave. Trash is all over parking!

I asked and waited for over 30 minutes just to get someone to the jewelery department. They called for assistance twice and still no one showed. I asked to speak with a manager and got blown away... I never saw a manager... Terrible service and the majority of the employees seemed like they didnt care. This is one of the ABSOLUTE WORST Walmart stores I have ever been in...

No one shows up for pick up. Been standing here for 30 minutes waiting for my pictures and no one will come. Other people have been in line longer and left after an hour.

Great customer service and great Security Officers but weird customers

They keep the aisles clean and clear. I go to the hot deli alot.. but they no longer offer the 8 peice bone chicken meal for $10 dollars & the 12 price tenders for $10 & the 2 whole chicken meal with 2 sides. Please bring them deal back, when I loved so much.. Then Ill give it a 5 stars.

I placed an order on Walmart.com to pick up at this location. The day after I got an email saying that I had picked up my order, but I hadnt. Ive called multiple times for days to no avail. Walmart Customer Service couldnt get in contact with them either. I rarely shop at Walmart and every time I do, my friendly neighborhood Walmart reminds me why.

Over the past few years this store has taken a nose dive. They dont carry anywhere near what they use to . Its always dirty and with exception of most of the Groceries all the aisle look like a tornado hit them

Ordered a custom cake off walmart.com. 2 days later I was able to pickup. This cake looked horrible and looked like it was thrown together by a 2 year old. No border, the colors were awful. I couldve made this at home better. Salisbury nc bakery workers are lazy and I will NEVER order another custom cake from them.

I got my covid shot at the pharmacy man at the the grayish silver hair was man very nice 57 years old and he assured. me! I felt safe getting the shot. I am spontaneously!. everybody in the pharmacy I appreciate it very much with a five-star I cant say it enough how much it means to me Walmart is able to do this also with me Pfizer it is safe for liver cancer and if I can get anybody can get it. If you feel like youre unsure just go see these people at Walmart Salisbury North Carolina 28146 I will get my second shot I have about 15 days she was very accurate about anything Walmart in Salisbury North Carolina Pharmacy call call them if you have any concerns I feel very secure now.! Called 3 different departments, the phone just rang for LITERALLY 10 MINUTES. What happened to customer service? Ill buy from Amazon. At least I can talk to a robot there.

No one answers the phone the service is terrible there the associates get attitude for no reason . Very rude not friendly at all. Most of them cant answer one simple question.

Its Walmart what do you want everybody knows what a Walmart looks like.

I understand why certain things have to be locked up, but eventually customers will want to buy those items so there should always be associates with a key nearby! The first time I had to wait 35 minutes and 17 minutes the last time, thats not right.

Typically I enjoy walmart and have no issues. Only problems I have is that they are never stocked. The baby section where the medication is, has been completely empty for atleast 2 months. Then today I waited in line for 40 minutes to get formula just to be told they didnt have any. I get staffing is bad right now and a customer was being difficult with the cashier. Also, I understand formula has to be locked up because people steal it but lock it up in a case where it is visible to other customers like they do at the Kannapolis store. That way, I could see if they had my daughters formula instead of waiting in line for 40 minutes with one item in my buggy.

Dont apply here I missed a call and tried to call back a week straight an hour back to back call everyday and no answer. Needing good employees is not their top priority I guess.

The rudest and laziest employees Ive ever come across, I asked for assistance and they said I would need someone else so I asked for them and they threw down what they were holding and almost threw a fit. The store has inventory blocking isles everywhere making it difficult to navigate and its as hot as a Sona. I know walmart is not known for quality but this was pathetic

Clean store but customer service was horrible. Close at 11 but at 10 couldnt get an employee to call the csm over the intercom to come back to electronics and the csm, when we found her, didnt have a key to get us a phone out. They were extremely rude.

I went to buy a USB cable and learned that the electronics does not open til 7:00 am. Ok fine but they really should put a sign up in front open the cash register!!! I honestly do not really like this Walmart but there is one lady in paints that is sweet as can be!!!

As always place is disgusting 22 registers 4 open went in for 1 itom a pair of pants took 1 hour. I hate that store hate when I have to go. Come on salisbury open some stores so we dont have to go to this hole

I moved here 5 years ago and this Walmart has continually out of stock on multiples items like dog food and soup for example for extended periods. Rarely enough check outs open.

Absolute worst experience in automotive. I should’ve never came here but they were the only place with my tires. Diane was so kind and great. The techs I couldn’t stand and kept working on other vehicle even though I’d been here for three hours. They don’t get paid enough to care. I know that. But I don’t recommend anyone to come here.

Loved it. Easy parking in the garden area. Everything in stock. No waiting in line and lots of self checkout. More crowded than Mocksville store but thats expected. Great produce section.

This Walmart is terrible. The poor employees are always short staffed and the store is a mess. They hardly ever have items that I want in stock. If the same items are always selling out, they need to get more of it, more often. The customer service center almost always has only 1 person at the counter and a huge line.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Walmart put everyone else out of business, yet they are always out of everything. Most of their stock is in disarray and just jumbled up with very little organization kept. I went there to buy Airborne two weeks ago, they had one flavor of three in stock, today, only the same one flavor in stock. This is all the time! Today, I counted 6 empty or half empty drinks just sitting on displays throughout the store. Im giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because they actually had about 6 or 7 registers open, instead of the usual 2 or 3.

Great selection and variety of anything youll need in 1 trip but not enough lanes open, so checkout seemed like forever!

Poor inventory! Every time I go, they are out of something I need, and usually for months at a time. Can never find customer help and employees are never the station they are assigned. (Fabric, jewelry, beauty)I prefer to drive to the Lexington location .

This place has everything you need and tons you dont. Theres no such thing as a quick trip here though. Expect to see a lot of cash registers with no cashiers. The lines with the robot cashiers are much faster than the human ones proving once again, robots are awesome. Robot cashiers get 5 stars but the overall walmart experience can be very frustrating.
