I went today to talk to a sales associate to purchase a pair of frames for my lenses and to schedule an appt for an eye exam for new lenses two to three weeks later. ( yesterday I had a blood vessel rupture so I want that to heal before I get a new exam and its been a year and half since my last exam. ) My puppy ate the ends of my frames so I wanted to get the frames now and wait on lenses once my injury healed. When a lady approached me she was very rude and asked me what I wanted. That is exactly how she put it. I told her that I would like to talk to a sales lady about frames. She kept asking me if I have a prescription and interrupting me and I told her yes but its been a year and half and my lens are scratched and Ill need new ones when my injury heals. She told me that I would infect her store and infect her frames and I need to go to my eye doctor. I told her that its an eye injury and I dont understand what you are talking about and she said what dont you understand? We cant have you infecting our store and she was yelling at me! There were customers in her store being helped by sales people and I was so embarrassed. People at my job said they could barely see the injured blood vessel. She was ridiculously rude so I told her to forget it and that I would complain about her behavior. She did not want my business and doesnt need to be helping the public. This happened today around 5 pm in Salisbury NC. I went back to give her another chance and the same lady is arrogant and rude. After looking at frames for 20 minutes and her complaining about cleaning frames; Ill take my purchase elsewhere. The other point is that she only understands sizes of frames but not the fit. Not going back to purchase.

Glasses broke in a month. Called to get prescription info so I can buy glasses elsewhere and they are holding the info hostage. I’d rather have no glasses than go back to them.

Kathy, the manager was so patient and helpful. I brought in my prescription and she explained what all the numbers were, something my eye Dr never took the time to do. She priced out all my options to help get the most insurance coverage. Due to the complexity of my lenses she helped me pick a frame that would still fit well even after my lenses were put in. Very helpful

These people have the stupidest policies; they would rather me drive around blind than contact my eye doctor for my contact prescription to sell me a few pairs of daily contacts until I get my glasses.
