The great big man clerk is the rudest person I have ever met in a store an will never go back an tell every one I no not to go there

ZERO STARS. One lady with orange hair and crossed eyes had an awful attitude because she had to void my transaction 3 times. When I told her from the getgo I wasnt sure how much was on the card. She rolled her eyes and told me great, she has to void again when I told her that was her job. She got an attitude and told me she was going to get in trouble for voiding. So I told her to have her manager give me a call she said no it was fine. She continued to ring me up with an attitude so I called her out on it. Walked out. At the pump she kept pressing the button and saying have a good Day over and over when Ive been there before they only do it once. Something needs to get done about that woman.

Ive been using regularly since 2005.. today was my last visit. I will drive to the other side of town before I go back. If you dont want to read the entire story, just know this, there are ants in the drink machine. Unless you like drinking dead ants in your sodas, dont go to this store.In September 2018, as I got a fountain drink from the soda machine, I noticed ants coming out with the soda and crawling back up into the faucets where the soda comes out. Yes thats right, its not autocorrect, I saw ANTS crawling coming out with the soda. As I went to put a lid on my cup, I noticed small dead ants around the top of my cup, clearly trying to get up out of the soda and dying on the top of the side. Now while Im sure no one would ever doubt a persons credibility on the internet - I recorded a video to prove it. I took the cup up to the counter and showed the clerk, explained to her Id seen ants coming out with the soda and crawling back up into the machine, showed her the dead ants on the inside of the cup - soaked from the soda and stuck to the side. She took the cup, looked at the dead ants and said Yeah.. I dont know where they are coming from, guess were gonna have to clean over there or something - you still want the drink?. I was absolutely appalled.. Did I STILL WANT the drink?!Ever since then I was extremely skeptical about going back to this store. It was the closest gas station that offered styrofoam cups instead of plastic, which are the only ones that keep your ice cold, yet Id skip it and wait until I got close to work to grab a drink. When I was home on the weekends though, Id cautiously go to this gas station, watching closely checking for ants. Itd been 8 months since Id seen any there and I was starting to get comfortable visiting again. As I poured my drink today, May 2019, for some reason I remembered the ants.. I looked closely, but I didnt see anything. I drank over half the drink before I started to feel bad. My throat started to feel weird, a bit like Id swallowed something that got caught in my throat and a bit like acid reflux.. I went to pour the drink out and get some fresh soda in the cup and what did I see? An ant .. just like before .. dead and stuck to the side of my cup. Well below the top of the liquid, probably stuck and drowned beneath the ice. See the two pictures from today.Who knows how many ants were actually in the drink that I swallowed..This place should be shut down. Absolutely disgusting.

Never had a problem with the customer service inside, but the fuel islands are a joke. If youre driving anything bigger than a Tercel, you can forget about getting in or out of there easily. Theyre too close to the store parking and you cant get to the inside sides of the pumps without having to wiggle around someone else.

Very rude!! Went in to purchase drinks. Decided to get a Mtn dew slush. The taste was off from what they should be. Instead of just dumping the drink and getting something else I wanted to let the clerk know that it didnt taste right. She rudly defended that she just filled it and it was fine...she just kept on that nothing was wrong with it. I dumped it and bought two bottles if drink instead. She handled that situation very poorly, we were trying to be nice and let them know, we even approached her very politely about it...Just rude!!!! Would give a 0 if I could

Terrible customer service! I needed a receipt that contained gallons and purchase price per gallon. They say they cant print another receipt. No way to hand write one . No way to help @ all. But, there are many things and many reasons that inhibit this the biggest of which is ... we dont care what our customers need. We just want your $!Dont give these people your $. They are not customer driven. All the one clerk Elisa could do was tell me what she couldnt do. Not helpful @ all.

I was told I had better watch what I say when asked if I wanted $20. Or 20 gallons. She was very rude when I asked if she could slow down and give me a chance to answer her question. I will not return to this location!! Terrible customer service!

Had finish pumping gas. Already took card n info.. Pump said come inside. 4:26pm. Registers went down. Have groceries in car. Still waiting.
