I called the number listed on the website for the Salt Lake location, talked to a woman that stated the parts we needed were in stock and we could come pick them up, when we went to the location, the person was at a call center not the physical location. After a 25 minute drive, all the parts are special order. Waste of time!

Picked up an original/OEM washer drain pump for my LG Washer from these guys for $37 in spring 2020. I installed it and it’s been working great since then! Original parts, really good prices, and great service.

Went in on Saturday to get a new fan for my fridge. I had the person that seemed to be a manager helping me. I brought in the old fan to make sure I got the right one. The person helping acted like he didnt know what the fan was and asked if it was for a computer. This is a very common GE fan. I told him the new part number and without looking it up said that they were out. So he must have known what it was. I guess because I am not an appliance repair person he decided to treat me poorly. If you need appliance parts I would recommend the place on California Ave they were super helpful.

Someone from Home Depot told me about Reliable Parts when I was shopping for a new seal for my Bosch dishwasher. Since then, I have used them several times for household appliance repair jobs. The staff are super helpful and friendly and they always seem to have what I need in stock at reasonable prices.

Awesome store that has always had the parts I’ve needed in stock! To be able to pick up local and get my problem fixed immediately is a big plus! On my last visit I called in to make sure they had my part in stock and when I arrived Juan had already pulled my order.Great business and staff!!!

Awesome place that England Plumbing Supply told me about. They had the leaky LG dishwasher drain hose replacement in stock that I needed. The service was exceptional on the phone and in the store.

They were great, I was looking for a washing machine pump, was referred there by The Appliance Man. Got what I needed and also found a filter for my fridge that I had been looking for.

Just called and didn’t get answers. I needed a relay and the guy said I don’t know, I ask do you have it? He said he doesn’t know. Where can I find it? Doesn’t know. Didn’t really looked up my item and answer short and hang up before I was done talking. Then you wonder why we order online... terrible service.

Extremely great company! Worked with them for years, even before they move locations. Very friendly staff that makes you feel welcome and almost like a long lost friend. Deal with reliable both on a professional business use and personal jobs use. They are the go to appliance parts and products company.

They had the part I needed/wanted. In stock, locally. that is huge. The price was sadly about as much as ordering it in from big online stores (so more expensive than amazon/ebay), but still...I could get it,.They were friendly on the phone.

Ive been buying parts from Reliable Parts/Sugarhouse Appliance for over 12 years with my business. They have always been awesome to work with. I enjoyed working with Jade when she was there, now I primarily work with Juan, who does an excellent job. They will take parts back, but if you installed it they cant take it back if its not a bad part, because they cant resell it. They are a new parts store, not a used parts store. Great company.

Reliable parts is terrible! Shop around some where else before ordering thru these guys... And verify visually that they are ordering the correct part. I went to the store to order a felt which they couldnt sell, unless it was sold in a complete bearing kit . I called a smaller company & they were able to take care of me (the part cost $15.00) w/ out buying the kit for $70.00.

I stopped in here after I was notified by sears that my replacement part was back ordered and they couldnt give me an estimated delivery date. Not only did they have the part in stock it was an original whirlpool part, not the rebranded whatever knockoff sears was going to send out. Oh did I mention that they were close to half the price?!? Definitely going back for any future needs!

Good news: They had my part.Bad news: They are greedy and liars. Said I could return my part if it didnt work. Would accept it back with the receipt. Well they did not take back the part. I said they could just have it back and they said okay!!! Shocking. Be prepared to buy with zero possibility of return.

If you need a part RIGHT NOW, definitely stop in here. They generally have everything I need. Problem is, their prices are jacked up so high its usually worth the wait to just order it on line. My dryer needed a new thermometer and fuse, could have fixed it today for $40 if Id not been willing to wait 3 days and spend only $9.57 (and that includes shipping). If they want to stay competitive, theyre going to have to figure out their prices.

Been doing business with them for many, many, years. Easily 5 stars. People who write the bad reviews are probably cranky to begin with. Understandable when you have appliance troubles. No reason to take it out on the folks ar Reliable.

No parking, very unhelpful. I had to sit there and listen to a guy talking in Spanish on the phone for a good 8-10 minutes to then tell me they probably dont have my part and didnt even try and look it up. He then told me to try Home Depot. Will never go here again.

Should be 0 stars! Terrible customer service. Called about a part, they said bring it in we can test it it be sure it is bad. Arrived and they said oh no we can’t test it. Bought the new $70 part anyway. Clerk said he thought the problem was another part, the control board and that I should bring it in and he “could test it”. So the next day took that part in and told him the other part I bought the day before did not fix the proble so here is the control board you said you could test. Bold face looked at me and said “no we have no way to test that”. No way I will ever do business with them again. Go on line you can get the same exact parts for way less money - just have to wait a couple of days. Appears they will tell you what ever it takes to sell you parts you may or may not need rather than being honest and not telling you one thing one day and something completely else when you get in the store!

Wish I could give no stars. Called the 800# to track down a blower fan for a window mount AC. Already knew the model number would not show a part number. Lady on the phone suggested I should bring in the part to the store. After driving across the valley they flat refused to even try. Without a part number there is nothing I can do. Really? Will never shop here again.

NOT RELIABLE IN ANY SENSE OF THE WORD. Lied about ordering process. Gave incorrect estimates about parts arrival time. Lost order information. Charged card months later. Contacted manager, he was extremely rude and literally laughed in my face when customer service concerns were brought up. Find an alternative source for parts. Amazon is cheaper. I lost for choosing local.

Called the sugarhouse location for a dishwasher part, I knew they would be closing soon so I gave them my credit card number over the phone to pay for the part and drove a half hour to get there as the employee promised he would wait for me since I prepaid, and got there and the doors were locked, no employee, just gone, but they made sure to charge my card.

They wouldnt honor the price for a part that I got from their web site. Made me look it up and show them it to them and still would not honor their posted price. They wanted 30% more. Their office in Sugarhouse closed more than 6 months ago and it is still listed.
