I brought my new truck into JSC with 470 miles on it. It had been hit while unattended and had some rear panel damage as well as rear bumper. Janel was super easy to work with and helped coordinate things with my insurance company to make sure that we used non-third party parts and that the truck was restored to as good as new.The estimation process was done quick and easy without much headache, I had great communication throughout the repair and was impressed with the extra efforts that the technicians put in to making my truck perfect again. They paid attention to the small details and it shows in their work. Im grateful for their professionalism and patience exhibited in order to do the job right. I certainly recommendI didnt pay and I didnt shop prices, so I cant say whether or not it was good value, but Id bring my cars here if I was paying out of pocket or through insurance.

My service writer at Jerry Seiner sent me over for some door latch adjustments and they fit me in immediately. Quickly fixed the problem and even explained why this particular issue arises. please bring it back if it needs to be adjusted again. My experience was truly a customer first focus. Shop guys were wonderful as well. Andre, Kyanne & Heather were fantastic and make a great team.

I am very happy with the work they did. I was disappointed that they left a lot of white powder in the inside of the car and a black smudge mark on the fabric on the roof of the car in the inside. I have tried several cleaners and cannot get it off 😥. I would not care if the car was older but its a 2022 I have only had it 3 months

Just before moving from Utah a drunk side swiped the front end of my few months old car. I was under tremendous pressure already. Janel had us come in to see what could be done. Took my Kia Soul in after being rear ended on freeway. Had to schedule a week out but was to be expected. Ready a few days later then originally reported but would rather job be done right. Thanks to Janel. We bought a new ct5 Cadillac which had a small dent in the front bumper. We was unable to get any help from the sales team but that all changed when the collision center got involved . Janel gathered the information needed to make the correct call, had us bring the car to them to repair the dent . They did an outstanding job .looked like nothing was ever damaged . I feel without her help we would not have been able to get the dent repaired. I’ll take any vehicle to get repaired at Jerry Seiner collision center. Vehicle had major damage from being backed into, pretty much from the rear wheel well to the front wheel well on the passengers side. The quality of the repairs performed were very good. Brought the car in and got an estimate from Kyanne. When I approved getting the job done she put everything into motion, ordered the parts and the windshield that had been cracked earlier. I brought the car in and she arranged for me to get a ride home. Two days later (I was expecting 3-6 days) I got a call that the car was done. Went in and when I got in the car it was all detailed and so clean and the body work was beautiful youd never know it had been worked on and I had a new windshield. I was and am still so happy. Great people and company to get the job done.

Lirim was going to install a hitch on my car that required removing the taillights and bumper. He noticed the lift gate was out of alignment and recommended adjusting it as well. Lirim’s eye for detail saved me trouble down the road. The entire team is amazing. They have detailed my car before and it looked amazing. Looking forward to returning.

WORST IDEA EVER TAKING MY VEHICLE HERE! Paint didnt match, missed paint spots, customer service was the worst. My vehicle was dropped off 1st week of August and have dropped off now three times with only having a day each time with finding more and more issues. Goes down the street side ways, pulled to the left. Alignment is messed up and I am sure the frame is bent but they will not ever admit that. Received an email from Heather last Friday it would be done this Monday, hmmmm still no email or communication and she is a manager(PATHETIC). I would rethink taking your vehicle here and pay way more any where else but here. I am on my 6th rental vehicle due to their lack of detail. On top of it all having a bigger vehicle I have been stuck in something 1/2 the size going from an ESV Escalade to XT5. Its super convenient when you have 3 kids and car seats and struggle to get all of them in the car.WOULD NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE EVER AGAIN, WORST EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE HORRIBLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

If you want it done right... Go somewhere else!I bought a new 2013 Camaro ZL1 28-months ago. As part of the purchase deal, they agreed to repair some noticeable paint blemishes under the factory warranty. 3 trips and at least 8 months in the shop, things still arent correct. Before the 3rd trip, I went to other local dealerships to see if I could have repairs done there, but none of them would touch it. This 3rd time in the shop, I was told (more than once I might add) by one of the body shop supervisors/managers my entire car was repainted. After talking to the guy that did the work, I found out otherwise. Since it was in for paint, I looked the best I could and found it wasn’t too bad. After getting the car home, I noticed one of the daytime driving lights was pushed back further than it should have been. This is where I opened the can of worms… Neither one of the daytime running lights were clipped correctly into the front clip. Upon further inspection, these lights weren’t even working because the harness wasn’t connected. Already tired of taking the car back to this shop, I decided to fix it myself. I found missing screws and bolts, stripped torx screw heads, incorrect sized plastic body rivets holding the fender wells in place causing a loose fit, inner fender well not properly secured, and even a factory sticker inside the driver’s door that was put on UPSIDE DOWN with silicone (will add that pic later).

Ive taken my cars to other shops and I havent had quality as good as this place. Im blown away as to the final condition of my car. They guarantee their work and made sure I was happy with the end result. Im 100% satisfied. My car looks just as it did driving off the dealer lot. Thank you Jerry Seiner Collision! Definitely bringing my cars here for all collision repairs from now on. Gained a customer for life.

We called and made an appointment because our bumper was damaged when our vehicle was stolen and when we arrived with our vehicle they said it would take 2-3 days when the original estimate was 3-4 hours. What is the point of the appointment if theyre going keep the car for days before fixing it?

Just to much hassle. Rental car wasnt ready and there at the repair shop on time (took an extra 50 mins). Then they didnt repair all the damage on the back end of the vehicle, also mismatched the paint. And this makes me wonder if any of the motion sensors that are in the bumpers, that could have been broken and some actually were broken (makes me wonder if they fixed those important sensors). Because I know they charged us for all these repairs and didnt deliver a car that should of seemed like it was never in an accident.

I really think these guys are great, my wife and I currently have an H2, and an equinox, and unfortunately both of them have needed this body shop. We just picked up our equinox and after $4,000 worth of damage it looks brand new. They did have to change my completion date once, but they said it was because there was so much damage that they couldn’t see when it was initially brought in, so it’s completely understandable. I told the guys I’d give them a good referral, and this is the best way I know how. Thanks to Jeremy & Bryan for making a dramatic experience a pleasant one.Tony

I wanted to let folks know how good of a job Jerry Seiner did putting a new frame on my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali. I contacted Russ Mullen at the collision center and he quickly lined everything up. Dan was the service rep at the 1500 south location and Jim was the mechanic performing the work and both were very knowledgeable about the whole process and completed the job in just under 2 weeks. Also Aundrae took great care of me ordering parts. Its folks like this that make these type of repairs a great experience and truly represent Jerry Seiners dealership in a very positive way. I took my car here to get fixed, between these guys and the dealership’s service center it was a joke!Any damage done to my vehicle was more than likely not fixed. My car was painted the wrong color and nothing was cleaned or repaired. We were told it was fixed waiting on only one thing and it was not. I took a video of my car and was appalled at the horrible job they did. After all was said and done, Heather had the audacity to claim my car was previously wrecked... I’ve had my car since it rolled off the truck. I think I’d know.This place is a joke. To the gentleman who has waited 4 months for his car, they are intentionally dodging your calls and I have recorded audio of this. They liked to dodge our calls too.

Jerry Seiner Parts Center was the only part store that had my part I was looking for. Grateful for that but it would have been nice not having to wait in line for so long.

I am writing this review from the waiting area at Jerry Seiner Collision Center. This is my third attempt to pick up my vehicle up. They have had it for 2 months and a week. We have been told that our vehicle will be ready by the end of the day or the next morning multiple times. It has become a joke at work about if I really have a vehicle or not. A week ago, after 7 weeks of being told airbags were on back order with GMC, we were told it was finished but when I picked it up I had to take it back immediately because of the incomplete & poor quality of the work that was done. Im not talking about nit picking stuff. It was things like the door vibrating when you open it, the side mirror shaking as you drive down the road, the heater blowing cold air (bad sensor in the thermostat they replaced), interior trim on the door falling off as we drive and more. When I asked where the quality control was I was told, There was none. Now a week later we were told on Friday it would be done at the end of the day. In order for them to not be rushed we came back today, Monday morning to pick it up and guess what its not done. Was told later to come back later in the day now here I sit while they replace yet another sensor on the door. Plus I will still have to come back to have a cover put over the exposed wires on the rear view mirror that they overlooked. Its mind blowing how terrible the service has been. I will never buy from Jerry Seiner or use their collision center again. Did I mention that we havent received one apology?

Horrible! I was rear ended right after Christmas, took my car to jerry seiner collision because I thought of all places they could be trusted to take care of my car properly. It is now June and my car has been in their shop twice, still not fixed and my trunk is leaking and they left a huge scratch on the side of my car from the buffing axle. All they did was collect from the insurance company. I have always owned Cadillac cars, this will be the last Cadillac I will ever own for the simple fact that they do not care about their customers! I am a single mother and need to have a reliable car to be able to get to and from work and taking my kids to their activities, this situation has left me wondering on multiple mornings having to take Uber or Lyft to work because they did not fix what they promised they would. I do not recommend ever dealing with the collision center or the dealership after the experiences and run arounds I have gotten over the past SIX MONTHS!

I bought a new 2014 Camaro at another dealer and included the stripe package as part of the sale. That dealer didnt install them correctly and gave me a hard time about correcting the problem. I went to Jerry Seiner Collision Center and spoke with the shop manager, Anthony. He was very helpful and willing to do whatever he could to help me resolve the problem. He was even able to work out payment arrangements with the dealer I bought the car from. The stripes turned out perfectly straight and look as if they were done at the factory. I am very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them.

What was supposed to take 9 days took 6 weeks. I went to pick up my vehicle twice, first time I had to point out the imperfections in the paint, you could feel one of the repairs, damaged my tail light and that my trim was scratched, second time more imperfections in the paint. They did deliver my vehicle while it was raining, once it dried off there was buffing compound all over my car. I will say they did make it right, but not without me complaining and having to point out what should not have been there in the first place. I will never return to this body shop. If you do take your vehicle to this body shop make sure to take many photos of your vehicle, not only of the damaged areas, but your ENTIRE car.

Why no coffee?Wish I could give better.They failed badly. And again badly.

They quoted us a little higher than another collision repair shop, so our insurance took the other companys quote. However, these people were a pleasure to work with!When the other repair center put a side-stripping back on our vehicle, and it fell of the next day, we came here instead. They attached the piece much more thoroughly and did it in 15 minutes while we waited! Several weeks later and its still firmly attached with no signs of coming off in the hot weather.I would return here with any other repairs I might have done to my vehicles.

Bought a brand new car with less then 20 miles on it. It had alot off scratches all over. The dealership agreed to fix them I just had to bring it back.I made an appt. Took my car left it came back when it was done. I had to wait even longer. When they gave me my keys I looked over my car and went back in to address the fact they didnt fix all scratches!! They take my keys and the guys gets in my car slams the door and peels out back into the bay!! (Real cool) so they could get the scratches they missed!! I wait about 10 minutes not bad.I look over my car and ask about all this white stuff still on my car in spots like wax that wasnt wiped or buffed off!! He says go wash it!!! LOL LOL SERIOUS?????4 months later and im still trying to get it out the crevices!!! They still missed majority of scratches but after the attitude I will gro elsewhere and pay out of pocket!!!

This is the worst body shop in Utah. My insurance estimator told me they have the slowest work he has ever seen. My new car, (July 2016) PURCHASED FROM JERRY SEINER KIA, was involved in a fender bender and has been at Jerry Seiner Kias body center for a month on May 6th. They have told me it would be completed on April 18th, April 20th, April 26th, April 27th, and May 1st and it has yet to be done. Do not work with Russell Mullen and do not expect manager Jeremy Patterson to be of any help. They have no idea what is happening in the body shop and no concern for someone whose only means of transportation has been in their shop for a month. I purchased two brand new cars from them at the same time and this is how they treat their customers long term.
