I was hugely surprised by Calibers quick response to my inquiry to have my car repaired. I was able to get everything set up in a few minutes all through text message which I really liked. The repair finish work looked perfect. And the repair was complete within a few days. Very happy with my experience here and I highly recommend Caliber Collision. No one wants to have to get their car repaired but Caliber makes it easy, precise and fast.

Their customer service was ok but they took twice as long as they said it would and when she went to pick it up it had damage to the interior that they said nothing about, also the battery was dead. They claimed it was old and wouldn’t replace it but it had never had any problems before. Not sure if they are just too busy or just don’t care very much but wasn’t the best experience.

She was ready with the necessary paperwork as soon as we stepped through the doors, was transparent about the services and recalibration needed relative to the visible surface damage, and took the time to ensure we had transportation to our rental facility on her own behalf. I was in an unfortunate accident where I fell asleep and hit a traffic sign and some guardrails. I took my van to Caliber for repairs and they did an excellent job. Jason was so kind and knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process and answered all the questions I had for him. The repairs were flawless and the van looked better than new. I had concerns about how long it would take to complete the repairs because it is a handicap van that I used to transport my disabled husband and Jason and his crew went above and beyond in getting it back to me as quickly as possible. I crashed my car, and through my insurance was set up with caliber collision. They were very helpful and friendly when it came to answering questions and keeping me in the loop on my vehicles status. They also didn’t seem to slack off just with how fast and on top of my vehicle they were.

The wind storm of 2020 left my car damaged due to falling branches. I looked for a repair shop and found Caliber Collision, along with their good reviews. (I had initially called another business, and was not happy with their slow response.) When I called Caliber, they were friendly and committed to my repairs right from the start. I wrecked my car and had multiple airbags deploy along with front drivetrain damage as well as light body damage. They replaced all parts suspected of being damaged and the car drives just like it did before the wreck, the damaged panels look brand new after repair and my interior looks brand new after all the airbag replacements. Their staff was professional and understanding. My car was treated very well, even down to the aftermarket lugnuts on the damaged wheel were inspected and used. The attention to detail that the staff and techs have is amazing and I will recommend Caliber Collision any day of the week.

Great service super honest about pricing. My estimate was over the final cost. I had my driver side door repaired and when I first received the car aesthetically everything was perfect. After driving for a few months I realized a problem with the window and I brought it back and they fixed it very quickly and corrected the mistake for free and without any problems.

I had an estimate from farmers insurance for a door that was damaged on my Subaru Forster for $1300. I brought my vehicle in to Ivette Reyes to take a look at it, and she was able to bend it back into place for just $55. That is incredible customer service and they did it very quickly as well. Definitely would recommend anyone to come in here if you want a good and fast experience.

So for about three months now I’ve had a door on my car that hasn’t been able to open because of a rock I hit and the metal bent. I’ve been dreading getting it fixed because the last time I went to a body shop in SLC it cost me multiple thousands of dollars and I just couldn’t find those funds again.I went in for a quote and how much it would cost to get the door fixed, not completely fix the dent, and the specialist that helped me came and looked at it. He went back inside grabbed some tools and tinkered with it for a few minutes, for what I assumed to be part of the estimate. He looked over to me and said that it was all fixed and I couldn’t believe it. It was actually opening, and he didn’t even charge me. I was surprised and it just made my day. Will come back to caliber on state.

I had my first accident in December. I took my car to Caliber collision. The office personnel really put me at ease because I was so anxious and nervous. Let me tell you, they lead me through the whole insurance stuff, told me I had nothing to worry about. When I got my car back, I was so impressed with the job. Love these people. Thank you so much!

I had an unusually good experience with a car repair at this shop. They were all very professional, service oriented, friendly, and got the repairs done on time and well. I saw other good reviews on this shop which is why I chose them even though they were not as convenient as another one. I am not disappointed. I had to take the car back for a small problem they had missed, although i understood why, and they repaired it completely and quickly with no additional charge. If i ever need an autobody shop again (fingers crossed I wont), ill be going back. They were exceptionally good.

Everest did an excellent job fixing my car. It is an older car that is no longer sold in the U.S. so parts are hard to find, but Everest was able to find the necessary parts within a couple of days. There price was very reasonable and the work was fantastic. The customer service was also top notch and they kept me updated on their progress every step of the way. Walked in to get my headlight restored. The service was very professional. They provided me with all my options and allowed me to choose the best option for me. They finished the restoration in the time that was given to me. At the end of the day Evette walked me through the work that was done. My headlight looks like new. The work is great and the service was attentive and professional. I am very happy with the work that was done and would recommend Everest to a friend.

The turnaround time for the repairs was very fast and everyone I interacted with was polite and professional.However, I will never willingly use this shop again for the following reasons:1) They called me and said my car was done, but when i went to pick it up I had to wait 30 minutes while they finished working on it2) The parts that they replaced werent installed correctly and needed to be fixed before functioning safely3) The part that they painted has several defects in the paint due to contaminationIt seems to me that they rush their work and have poor quality control.

I had just under 10,000 worth of damage to my 2015 Rav4 and after it was fixed, it looks better than ever! They really did a beautiful job. They dealt directly with the insurance company so I didnt need to hassle with it at all. The front desk is very friendly and helpful and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I had a sensor issue after my car was finished which they promptly fixed. Would highly recommend!

The state street store is a mess. Broken cars with mass collisions of people and parts.Their own store and parking situation could use a repair.I liked interacting with the office people. They were friendly and I liked the quick answers. The ladies did an amazing job answering my questions and giving me options. I would suggest putting down the phone and talking to the person who drove to see you.The paint repair was amazing And is worth the money.The detail work wasn’t so good. The carpet and upholstery looks good but there is an oil on everything. The dirt is still there, it just now has oil on top of it.I hope the wet dog smell goes away. I realize that the upholstery just got cleaned but for what I paid, I wished it had new car smell.Overall, I liked my experience. I probably paid a little too much but I’ll be back.

One of their workers was so mad about pointing out his mistakes. I thought he was one of their trainees or somebody. My uncle owns pretty a big body shop in Japan for German cars. I kinda know what is proper body jobs like. But, this place is nothing like it. Trust me. This place is just one of body shops in everywhere, nothing special.

I met with Jordan, who calmly, quickly, and competently listened to me, examined my vehicle, and gave me several options based on my budget - some of which involved going to other businesses in order to save money. Many auto garages are honest and straightforward, a few are not, but it is a rare business that is mature enough to help the customer even when that means risking losing a sale in the short term. I am baffled as to how these guys have all 5 stars, this has to be rigged somehow . I brought my vehicle to these guys two different times and each experience was less than great. I was quoted 3-4 days to fix up my car and it took over a week. This would have been fine, however, no one ever called to follow up with me to let me know it was going to take longer. I had to call both times. The second time I was a little frustrated because it was the second time this had happened. There is an extreme lack of communication when it comes to customer service. When I called up the guy and told him I had been waiting almost a week for my car when I had been quoted 3-4 days, he was very short and impolite. The work itself is fair. The hood of my car needed to be realigned after I picked it up, which wasnt a problem when I brought it in. They also used my own jack out of my own car and didnt even bother putting it back where it went. They left the jack out along with the other compartment pieces for it. LUCKILY my insurance paid for my car to get fixed up and non of it was out of pocket or else I never would have gone back to these guys after the first experience. I do not recommend their service.

I have worked with many auto body shops over the years and Everest is HANDS DOWN the best shop Ive been to. I would recommend them highly to friends and family. My car was a total loss, so it wasnt like they were going to make a dime off me, but they still went way out of their way to help me with some other things, like getting all my sound equipment out of my car before the salvage company came to collect my vehicle. I had to push them to let me reimburse them for helping me with that. Sean is the owner and Tyson is the manager --- both treated me exceptionally well. Little fact: the other auto body shop in the area that has really high reviews? Sean worked for them for 20 years before branching out on his own. He knows how to run a business. Incredible! They did such an amazing job on my car. Sadly my parked car got hit, and he person left without a trace. This was my first time in a situation like this, Ivette was super kind and gave me the info I needed to get my car towed. They were quick too! My whole front bumper and the drivers side panel needed replaced. And I only didn’t have a car for a week. They even offered to help me get a rental. Will visit again if I ever need repairs

The service from Everest is really great. They tell you truthfully what they can do for you and when they can get work done for your car, and they dont give you the run around. They are honest about their prices, and their prices are very reasonable. When I read the reviews I was still skeptical because you never know what youre going to get with car service places, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised by their step-above-the-others attitude with the way they treat their customers. A great company that I will definitely go back to if I need to.

The folks at the salt lake location are wonderful! My car hood got tweaked out of alignment and I went in for an estimate. My concerns regarding the damage to my car from the crash that were not repaired the first time were dismissed and when I complained about it being dismissed they tried to dismiss my claims that I my concerns where being dismissed. Took several months to get my car repaired.

Amazing Company!!!! My insurance recommended Abra but they had such poor reviews I asked to go with Everest - purely based on their reviews. And they exceeded my expectations in every way! They did such fabulous work we brought our other car in for which we had been putting off some repairs. On my way out, the store manager/owner saw that one of my breaklights was out, ran me down and offered to replace the bulb for free! Really an amazing place with dedicated, excellent customer service and quality work.
